The manufacture has concluded there are no defects . As a one time courtesy to the consumer the manufacture will offer material replacement . Also a a one time courtesy McSwain will offer labor replacement . The consumer must stay with  the same manufacture . If they reselect  they are...

this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Revdex.com,I got a notification that you got no response by me that the issue has been resolved, that is because it is still ongoing! They had to come out and tear old floor up and put another , still not finished![redacted]

more material was needed and is now scheduled to complete 7/25 .
