We would not recommend them for anything that involves expensive wheelsThey will lie to you and let you know they can handle itWell, unfortunately they are completely incapable nor do they take the time to care for the wheels
A set of brand new American Force Wheels ruined and the only thing offered was a $check for repairs and unfortunately $brand new wheels will NOT just be repairedThey should be replaced and handled with care
Will update review once I speak to American Force (keep in mind these wheels take 4-weeks to manufacture and are custom ordered)
Tim and Andy are not understandable at all and treated the situation as if the wheels cost $

Monday morning at 8:am I checked in to discount tire to get a flat repairThey told me it would be an hour so I waitedFour white customers went before me and yet they checked in after me in lineThe last white gentlemen that got his truck done in less than minI waited hour and mindue to the shop manager skipping over meI'm Hispanic and thought this doesn't happen in this day and age, but it doesThe manager tried to assure me that it wasn't racial, but four white person and one Hispanic person??? You be the judgeDiscount Tire lost my business and my family businessI'm sure I don't make a small dent, but it is a start

We contacted the customer and explained the situation of the other customer that was referred toFor the TPMS sensor, the store's TPMS scanner was broke and they have since received a replacementThe customer will be stopping by the store to have the TPMS sensor reset

We were able to speak with the customer and are refunding half the cost of the tire back to the customerThe customer agreed this is fair and is now satisfied

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait until for the business to
perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved

They hammered my rims to remove the tires, and I went back with before and after picturesThe owner said that it was salt damage, when there was no snow, no salt, and I have the date to prove it and the weather in Chicago was exceedingly mildI also have an image of my car's paint on the rims, which he said I must have gotten onto it, which is impossible because it logically can never happenNot only did they not admit to it, they said it was my fault, and I am sure that I did not get nonexistent salt damage in a matter of hours before or after I went to discount tire

We spoke to the customer this morning and a check is being sent to the customer for an agreed upon amount

I object to the statement that *** *** agreed to a price for repair and I have attached the statement from the manager concerning the dialogue with the adjuster. DT may consider the matter closed but being strong armed to accept a less than full price of the repair prior to the ability to complete my inquiry is not customer friendly. Hopefully someone reading my complaint will reconsider doing their business here

I bought a set of four tires about a month agoBrought the car in for a possible balance issueAsked not to rotateThis was done 800miles agoTires got rotated!!! Nobody listens and avoids you like a plaguetimes I tried getting someone's attentionWas ignored timesI went outside and asked the tech myself to please do not rotate the tires, this tech flat out lied to my face WHEN I SAW HIM ROTATE THE TIRES !!!!! Horrible !!!!

We tried to get in touch with the customer but she has left to head back to Canada with no other number to reach her atWe spoke to her friend here in AZ and she is going to relay a message and have the customer get a hold of usWe can give a resolution update once the customer has been reached

Customer was contacted today and is satisfied with the offer given

We contacted the customer and agreed upon a resolutionCustomer is accepting our offer of a new *** tire at no chargeTire is on order and as soon as it arrives, the customer will be contacted for delivery

Very unhappy with this companyI was a repeat client and will NOT be going back to themTheir website is misleading and although they ask you to put in your ZIP CODE ( in my case Canada ), and they apply local Canadian taxes, which will make customer feel they are paying in Canadian dollarsTheir prices are not competitive and their Customer Care if far from CaringI will not be going back to them
