I bought a 3 pack of suits and a shirt and tie set for my husband for a Father's Day present on June 3rd I paid with my credit card 259.98. I and my husband have bee calling emailing this company many many times they kept having excuses as to why I haven't received my order. On July 6 th I spoke with a lady named Jordan and she said oh just wait a couple more days everyone has been gone on conferences, so I waited until 7/19/17 still no suits my husband and I have called and left numerous messages . So on 7/19/17 we call spoke with sounded like the same lady but this time her name was Kayla and we asked for a refund she said ok they would refund my money. Today still no refund 7/27/17 so I back spoke with sounds like the same lady who said they had no record about wanting a refund. So I said I want my money refunded today 7/27/17 and she said ok, but I am tired of getting the run around from these people I think I have bee patient and fair enough. I just want my money back.

We were made aware that an order we had planned to have dropped shipped directly from the manufacturer was partially sold out an put on "hold" without our knowledge of the situation. We are incredibly sorry for the breakdown in communication that lead to *** cancelling the order and apologize directly to her for the mistake. We try to be of a higher standard and truly feel we let a good customer down.
The refund has been processed in full and an email containing the refund info has been sent to the customer. We only hope *** can forgive us....even if she chooses to not shop with us in the future. We wish her the very best!

I ordered a suit on May 24th received wrong suit and not on time after paying express shipping
I then return the suit and I was told that I would not be charged for the shipping and the charge was never return to my credit card now it's been three months after calling them 4 times after repeated lies still no suit so I have to call my credit card company to get my money back. It's July 17th.
In response to *** complaint, we apologize profusely for the error. We have been under the assumption the correct suit would ship direct from the manufacturer as we only drop ship suits directly and do not carry them or warehouse them in-stock. We have refunded *** order in full and with our sincerest apologies, hope this matter will be closed immediately. Please find the details of the refund below

I ordered 2 clergy shirts on the 19th of June. Received the canned Thanks for your order email. They never came in responded to jordan@divinityclergywear and nothing crickets chirping. It is now the 5th of July an no shirts. Tried to call and an old voice mail answers you. It's 12:20pm est. They claim to open at 10:00am The company id on the East coast.
My 1st and very last time doing business. I would like to get my $90.39 credited back. I would not recommend this company to any clergy. Horrible and you can't get in contact with anyone. Leave a message that is a joke. If I could give negative stars they would get the max.
They took my money fast and never sent me the item. I was lied to about it being a size issue as to why it was never mailed to me. They would never have told me that had I not called after 2 weeks. I had to call them cause they would never call me back. They promised it would be mailed out and it never was. Thanks to PayPal I got a full refund fast. Don't trust Divinity clergy wear or clergy robes cause they are the same company.
