I wouldn't recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from these crooksThe prices for their cars are too much for what the car is worthAnd, they don't let you know what is wrong with the used vehicle before buying

Thank you for your response Upon learning of this complaint, Ms [redacted] was initially contacted by Sales Manager, [redacted] ***, who is the manager of the main location located AT Dixie Highway Fairfield OH Dixie Imports has two locations, and the sale of this unit took place at our newest location at Dixie Highway in Fairfield OH Mr [redacted] notified Ms [redacted] that the employee who sold the vehicle to her on January 29, 2015, was in fact terminated Mr [redacted] was terminated on or about March 9th, 2015, for dereliction of duty, among other various reason Mr [redacted] is subsequently being pursued legally by Dixie Imports for criminally negligent behavior such as in this case, where documents were allegedly forged, and therefore we ask this consumer to watch for a likely subpoena from the Butler County Courts as well as the Attorney representing Dixie Imports, Incin this matter With regard to Ms [redacted] 's complaint of 'taking cash under the table' for her down payment, a receipt for $2.,is found in our receipt book dated If this is the same amount that Ms [redacted] references in her complaint, then we respectfully request that Ms [redacted] make consideration that whoever the monies were given to that same day (likely Mr [redacted] as well), had physically placed the money in his pocket at the time of transactionHowever, $2,was in fact reported to another member of the management team and receipted into our daily logWith regard to the warranty that Ms [redacted] claims to have not agreed to, Dixie Imports will need for Ms [redacted] to physically come to the North lot (main location) located at Dixie Highway in Fairfield OH 45014, so that she may sign an order of rescision for the warranty so that Dixie Imports may reimburse the lender, [redacted] *** Again & lastly, Dixie Imports kindly ask Ms [redacted] to stop in at her earliest convenience to speak with [redacted] regarding this account and provide her signature so that we may begin the refund process and rectifying this less than desirable situation (for all) This has certainly been an embarrassment to the company and its representing employees Ms [redacted] CHOSE to do business with Dixie Imports which is so much appreciated Dixie Imports is only hopeful that this customer will not allow one rogue employee to be the reflection of the entire companyThe very least we can do is apologize to Ms [redacted] for all of the inconvenience and problematic issues that may have arisen beyond what is reported herein and since the date of this complaint In the interim, please do not hesitate to call us at ###-###-#### if any questions prior to coming in to Dixie Imports Respectfully, [redacted]

I purchased a Toyota Ravfrom them and found it had transmission troubleI took it back, it couldn't be repairedThey worked with me and got me another Toyota RavI really love my carThey were extremely helpful in every aspect of my purchasing a vehicle from them

Do NOT buy from hereWorst customer service and management I have ever seenWe bought a car from them and a month later they had to make us drive minutes back out there to resign all of the papers because of a mistake they madeThey told us the paperwork would be ready and we would be out of there in minutesWe were there for minutes instead because the manager was eating $worth of [redacted] 's instead of helping his customersHopefully the car works out because their business is not giving me confidence

Dixie Imports has repaired everything that was agreed upon in the 'Due Bill' We have spoken to this customer vie telephone & it was explained to her that Dixie Imports found and repaired this unit beyond what was expected from us, as well as supplied her with a loaner car at no charge, because it was later learned that although the owner of Dixie Imports offered to reimburse her for a rental car, she was too young to rent a vehicle As an extended gesture, Dixie Imports provided this customer a company owned cars while all of the repairs were completed We note that this customer complained because the loaner car had a 'check engine' light on (which was not for her to worry nor was she being held responsible for), therefore, I do not understand what was upsetting her by receiving a free company owned vehicle to drive until hers was repaired She states there was NO gas in the car The majority of the vehicles are low on gas as that is how we receive them when purchased We of course always will put enough gas in a vehicle for a test drive for an interested consumer who is wanting to test drive a car from Dixie Imports Had this customer made mention that there was very little gas, we would have put approximately $in the gas tank in order to see her home We note further that she complained when she was told the reason we had her vehicle longer, was to do additional work that was found would benefit her with a safer vehicle, but her reply was "I didn't ask you to do more work" This is certainly a first - when a customer was not happy that Dixie Imports offered to do additional repair, at no charge - but she is still upset? This is a bit confusing & I look forward to her reply as to why this upset her that we did free work to her carFurther, when a 'check engine' light is on in a loaner vehicle (the company owned loaner she received), this does not mean that the car is not safe to drive, so perhaps she was bothered by the light please note that Dixie Imports pays near $for EACH vehicle purchased, in order to receive a complete inspection (inside / outside) to ensure we know whether there are any issues, and if so, we know what they before deciding whether to purchase

I keep reading all these negative reviews and I had a great experienceI bought a Chevy Suburban off them at a great priceYou would expect a few problems with it and there was one but the cheap warranty they sold me covered it in fullI love my vehicle and my boyfriend and I both feel it was great service, easy financing as we have no/bad credit, and its a very nice vehicleThen again we checked the car over and they fixed a few minor things like a mirror that had a little crackThey treated me like a person even though my credit wasn't all that and you don't get that at other lotsEveryone was very nice and very helpfulIll be going back after I pay this one off and ill be getting another one

Good Afternoon, Since the date of [redacted] response, this issue has been resolved [redacted] was contacted after this complaint and her car was serviced, and as she requested, she was paid for the part for the spare tire instead of having it repaired by Dixie Imports As of this date, Dixie Imports considers this matter closed If there may be any further questions or concerns,please do not hesitate to reply again

This customer has been in touch with the Sales Manager since yesterday and as we speak, this customer is on her way now to pick up her vehicle as it has been repaired beyond the 'Due Bill' expectations Although the customer believes it took hours to bring her a company owned car because sales staff was eating breakfast, the service department is actually responsible to deliver the customer a vehicle in the unfortunate event that Dixie Imports may need the car for a longer than expected period of time The service department does not work in the showroom nor eat breakfast in the showroom, but instead, are servicing vehicles at different locations Indeed, Dixie Imports is a very busy used car dealership and arguably, the busiest on Route I'm sorry this customer felt it was due to breakfast that delivering a company car wasn't immediate Once again, Dixie Imports went above and beyond in providing her a car Allowing a customer to drive a company car was not part of the 'Due Bill' In fact, most customers must obtain a ride home once the car is dropped off, and must wait until the vehicle is repaired, or chose to get a rental with their own money Neither of these were the case for this customer Dixie Imports has more than serviced this customer's complaint, repaired her vehicle's problems, as well as gone beyond the contractural agreement, in order to facilitate a 'more than happy' customer Today, she seems unfortunately, MORE unhappy than before We apologize that this customer is not satisfied, but Dixie Imports is confident we have given her everything and more, than was requested of us We are hopeful things will begin to settle for her once she receives her vehicle back today We do consider this matter closed as our contractural obligation had indeed been fulfilledPlease advise

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Regards, [redacted] On 03/Dixie responded to the complaint saying they had been in touch with meAt that time they offered me $ [redacted] off the purchase price( see response on 03/rejecting response from DixieAt that point Dixie told [redacted] to tow the vehicle to their lot for them to look atI then paid to have the vehicle towed to Dixie Imports at their requestAs of March 17th they had not done anything with the vehicle and would not return my calls Myself and my mother visited Dixie on the evening of 03/(roughly)At that time we spoke to the Manager and another gentleman ( he gave me his name as ***, which is the managers name so not sure who he was) in an officeThis conversation was recorded by meDixie agreed to fix the vehicle at no cost to my Son [redacted] and to pay whatever it would cost to fix the vehicle and said this would be done within a few daysI was told on 03/that the vehicle was done and to pick it up at the mechanic that they use, Dixie AutomotiveI picked up the vehicleAt this point I was just happy to have a vehicle to driveWithin days of picking up the vehicle the vehicle then BROKE DOWN againAnd again per their request, I paid to have the car towed to their mechanic and was told they would fix whatever was wrong and call me when it was completedThat was DAYS AGOI and my mother have called Dixie Imports several times each day and have been told each day that the car would be fixed by the next dayToday when I called, I was told by the receptionist that [redacted] said to call HIS mechanic and find out when the vehicle would be doneSo, I called Dixie Automotive and was told that they were just asked by Dixie Imports on the 7th or 8th of April to see what was wrong with the vehicle ( NOT TO FIX IT)The gentleman I spoke to stated that he called [redacted] on 04/in the afternoon and told him that the vehicle needed a new Slave Clutch and [redacted] told him not to fix it, so now the vehicle is in the parking lot NOT fixedI have recorded each conversation I have had with Dixie Automotive, in them [redacted] states that they are fixing the vehicle and that the vehicle should be fixed by the next day (which hasn't happened)Again, I have about voice recordings of all of the conversations I have had with Dixie ImportsThe recordings have them telling me that they would be fixing the carAT this point, I want the full amount of money that I have paid for the vehicleIf I am able to send a voice Recording via the BB please let me know as I will attach each of them as well as my call logs on how many times I have called and how long this process has takenI expect a response to this by COB on FridayThanks

RE: Complaint ID# [redacted] Please accept our sincere apology for the delay in responding to this complaint Pursuant to this complaint filed March 11, 2014, I have contacted " [redacted] Warranty" who is the company providing the warranty to [redacted] on this GMC Yukon I called [redacted] Warranty CD (800) 442-who states they paid claims to the repair company, [redacted] Pt,4e Chevrolet ( [redacted] states that Is what the name looks like in the computer system), Both checks were written the same day, March 17, First payment was for 'Manual Switches In the amount of $and the second check was for Transmission Repair' in the amount of $1,Total paid under this warranty was $1,200,98, Lastly, according to [redacted] at [redacted] Warranty, there has been no activity on this file since March 17'", when they paid out the claim for [redacted] At this time, Dixie Imports, Inchas closed our file on [redacted] complaint Please do not hestitate to contact me If you may have any additional questions or concerns Sincerely, [redacted] DIXIE IMPORTS, INC
