Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The reason the there was not enough carpet was because Dlesk measured incorrectly in the first placeWe did not measure the room and therefore, we are NOT responsible for the fact that Dlesk did NOT correctly measure the room Had Dlesk measured the room correctly in the first place, there would have been no issueIt is incomprehensible that this company would place blame on the customer for its own measurement mistake Again, we did not measure the roomDlesk measured incorrectly resulting in the carpet shortageAT THE TIME THE CARPET WAS MEASURED, WE PAID FOR THE CARPET IN FULL PRIOR TO INSTALLATION.In addition, if Dlesk had been able to competently schedule their installers, there would have be no issueWe made ourselves available on THREE different dates That is, we made arrangements and adjusted our work schedules (and lost wages) to be home WHEN DLESK SAID THE INSTALLERS WOULD ARRIVE TO INSTALL THE CARPET IN THE CLOSETKEEP IN MIND, THE ONLY REASON THE INSTALLERS HAD TO MAKE A RETURN TRIP IS BECAUSE DLESK MEASURED THE ROOM INCORRECTLY.We were not upset with Dlesk initially when it became evident that Dlesk failed to measure correctlyWe only became upset after we were stood up twice for the corrective installationAfter the third time the installers did not arrive (when we were told they were on their way with the carpet but found that the carpet was actually at the warehouse) that we decided to take possession of the carpet that we paid for in advance as we paid for the entire upstairs to be carpeted.We cannot believe that this company is placing the blame on the customer when (1) Dlesk measured incorrectly and (2) Dlesk failed to insure the installers arrived on three separate dates that were scheduled by DleskIt is obvious that Dlesk (1) needs to learn how to correctly measure rooms for carpet and (2) needs to improve its communication with its installers when scheduling customer installation.At the very least, we are owed an apology for Dlesk's incompetence in servicing it customer[redacted] Regards, [redacted]

The [redacted] s Received a x to FINISH their Closet at No ChargeThey were not charged for extra materialIf they would like us to Charge them the $for the X we would gladly pay them to have said piece installedOr they Could have used a nicer tone, been a little more respectful to myself and my staff, which would have resulted in a CLOSET installed and issue resolvedIn Closing we are sorry this did not go as smoothly as we wanted for them, however, as a reputable company of many years' experience ; We answered every call they made to us We tried to Resolve their problem, and we didn't charge them for the extra materialThey chose to resolve the issue, by taking said X and leavingThus for us this matter Is closedRespectfully, Sean H***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The Carpet was supposed to be installed on Oct 23rd, more than a week after the 23rd, they had half our house torn out with no carpet, and no carpet ordered,Then there was a chance that they could "try and match" the color"We got that offer, not from Dlesk, but from the carpet mill representative, but he told us it would NEVER look the same, just closeAnd this process would take at least more weeks The manufacturer told us that they could never match the color in a ft long seam, because of the dye lot differenceThey manufactures rep also advised us remove the carpet that was partially installed, and to pick out a different carpet in an amount that would cover the whole areaI have that statement in writing, and I sent it to the Revdex.com as an attachment in the last messageDlesk carpet sales has done nothing to correct its mistakes, in fact they continue to deny them, they refused to refund any of our money, and they prolong the agony, and I would not recommend this company to anyone who wants carpetShame on [redacted] *** for not owning his mistakes and living up to his responsibilitiesHe acts like a child who just can't get his wayHe never attempted to fix the problem, or order the carpet, or provide an alternative, he just told us new dates about when the carpet would be thereAll of which were found to be lies Regards, [redacted]

Once again Mr Zelowitz Has four of our cabinets If he has purchased them elsewhere we will consider this matter Resolved and Closed

They stated that the vinyl has been installed They are incorrect The incorrect vinyl that we did not even choose has been installed in one room only The only items that were not removed from the work area were the fridges and washer and dryer Everything else has been removed and shoved in other areas of our basementI kept them there thinking they were coming back to finish the job and correct the mistake that they have made They have not When I talk to Linda, she states that she will see what’s going on and call me back to let me know what is going on I have not received any phone calls from her or the owner, which I have asked to speak to on more than one occassion None of my messages are returned When I asked to speak to the owner, the response I got was “when I tell him who it is, he won’t take the call.” I have not received vinyl that I ordered for all of the rooms that I paid for The only vinyl installed was one that is a cheap thin vinyl that we didn’t even choose and it has only been installed in the laundry room There are also storage areas, a closet, and hallway that needs to be installed in the basement In addition to that our upstairs kitchen and bathroom have not been installed I have made numerous phone calls to the company to get to the bottom of this and they refuse or don’t return phone calls to try to resolve this issue

The following is the proof of payments and delivery of all products ordered by *** * *** *** Also enclosed you will find the installer bills for the installation of all the products *** * *** *** proceeded to go on our website and say that they "loved our installers"
Hopefully this helps with this discrepancy

Dlesk Kitchens And Flooring did Not install this , a subcontractor , *** *** did , and to our knowledge has been out to home to Repair

We are sorry You feel that way Howvere We will Respond to each inquiry

Please Be advised , these comments are lies That said we stand ready willing and able tp complete the footer in their home However , if consumer does not want us back we will be glad to restock carpet , run a total for the yards installed subtract the footer less the Percent
restocking Fee and the COnsumer can send us final payment of $1300-of maser payable to Dlesk Kitchens and FlooringAs for the Sons Home we will be exercising our Rights Under Ohio law and Reserve Comment till we have Reviewed this Matter We believe the Customer mislead us in this contract to secure a lower labor price than originally quoted for laminate floor

Dlesk flooring installed our carpeting and put the hole in our wall Subcontractor or not Dlesk knows that the hole was never fixed and that we did not receive the $discount as promised Multiple attempts have been made to get our wall fixed and to get our money they owe us Linda repeatedly gives us excuse after excuse after excuse The business tells us they will contact us back within minutes after every call and we hear nothing We are now having to reach out to the attorney general and are going to file a claim in Small Claims Court

I do have of the wrong cabinets that were delivered to me which I believe were from the dlesk warehouse so he could say an attempt was made to deliver them None of them fit and no contact was made by Randy Dlesk or his attorney for any delivery.Randys attorney said that Randy tried to contact me for delivery but I have the phone records to prove that he did not.The last letter I received from his attorney was to take the loss and buy cabinets somewhere else

If they would like us to Charge them the $216.00 for the 12 X 5 we would gladly pay them to have said piece installed. Or they Could have used a nicer tone, been a little more respectful to...
