I have read the response and feel the we did everything we could to to explain the situation and try and get this resolved. My company's reputation is very important me, I feel that I have no choice but to refund the amount requested even though we clearly documented our recommendation to replace the system including the cost for both the repair and replacementI will send a check for the amount requested. DM Select provided us with a prompt, competitive quote for a replacement heat pump, then quickly got us on their scheduleTheir technicians arrived promptly and worked courteously and professionally to complete the heat pump replacementThey removed all old equipment, showed us how to operate the new thermostat/equipment and left their work area cleaner than they found itThe house has been very comfortable ever since the replacement

Excellent staff and service - Technician Fred very personable and knowledgeable - helped me resolve a minor problem with filter sizing with a simple easy solution Excellent contact by office staff to remind me to set up the service appointment I had paid for with annual service agreement and to inform me of when and who would be doing the service Very pleased - would recommend to anyone needing HVAC services

DM Select has consistently provided me with first class service They never keep you waiting....convenient appointments, always on time Their personnel are all courteous, efficient and thoroughPricing is hard to beat - service can't!! I've used numerous services over the years, but DM Select is a winner that I'm staying with

This Service was generated by a home warranty company that we provide services for- after diagnosing the and determining the problem was beyond the scope of coverage provided by this home warranty company we informed the tenants of the property that we would need to contact the owners of the
property with the repair and or replacement options for authorization. We were unsuccessful reaching the homeowner as the contact number provided was not accurate. After receiving notice of the Revdex.com complaint from *** *** I reached out to her in an attempt to rectify the situation*** *** informed me that it would do no good to provide me with accurate owner information at this time as the problem has already been resolved by another contractor. *** *** indicated that her interaction with my customer services representatives was not as professional as she would have liked and for that I do apologizeIn hind site we should have been more diligent in obtaining accurate homeowner information so that we would have been able to provide the cost estimate more efficientlyWe have taken the necessary steps to improve our customer service and efficient cost estimates in owner/tenant scenarios. 12/24/2015We serviced the system under the contract on 6/1/This service plan includes inspectionsSince he received one of the I think it would be fair to refund $and cancel out the contract? Complaint number ***To Whom it may concern:We provided service for *** *** 12/29/and found the system in very poor condition, the coil dirty, the filter completely blocked with dirt and low on refrigerantDue to the age and condition of the system we recommended replacing the heat pump
as stated on the attached invoice*** *** declined and requested we repair the existing unit, we quoted the repair cost and made the repairs. A week later *** *** called the office to inform us that the unit was not working, since we had just serviced the system I took the call and offed to send our field manager out to recheck the system, they declined and requested a more detailed proposal. I prepared the proposal and deducted the entire amount paid ($755) for the repairsWe quoted $on the invoice I deducted $from that price and offered to install the system for $and stated on the attached proposal.I certainly do not want a customer to be dissatisfied with my company or our servicesWe did exactly what they wanted us to do, we recommended replacing the system because it was old and in poor condition as indicated on the invoice. To whom it may concern:I have reviewed *** *** complaint and spoke with her on the phone, unfortunately after my tech had made repairs and left the home the water heater stopped workingI don't feel like her concerns were handled in the best manor on my endI have made corrections with my
staffs processes for handling our customers concerns and feel confident this will not happen againI have agreed to refund the $*** *** had paid for our service and have apologized.? When servicing older mechanical equipment other problems can occur just after a repair as in her case, *** *** has contracted wit another company to replace the water heaterI have provided my direct line so that she can contact me directly if she should have any concerns in the future.? ? As our reviews indicate we do not have many customer complaints and out reputation is very important to ushopefully with a little coaching this will not happen in the future.Thank you for your time,Jim W***President?
