I called DMV based on a neighbor's recommendationSaturday morning at a.mDMV moving was to be at my homeI got the call that their truck was broken down and they were trying to work things out with a different truckLater I was told that there was no truck and they wouldn't be coming but offered to move me on MondayWhen asked about moving on Sunday as my house is sold and I must leave today, I was told that they don't work due to religious reasonsI referenced that my experience in church ministry let me know that their abandonment of me and then refusal to help on a Sunday was pure hypocrisyI reminded him of the story of the man laying beside the road who was left to lay by the priestI told him that they put me by the side of the road and then walked by me on his way to church stating that God wouldn't let him work on SundayHe verbally rose up and told me that if I knew scripture I should know that you are not to work on SundayHe suggested I google and find another moverI asked him to find me another mover and he refusedI understand that the broken down truck was out of his control but total unwillingness to problem solve my dilemma and then the pure haughty disregard for my circumstance while proclaiming religion was unprofessional and insultingI told him I would write bad reviews so they will not be surprised to see this

They were amazing!! DMV moving and storage for me is really wonderfulThe movers were great and they are really professional with their job, particularly moving furniture with enough care and supervisionI would like to thank and congratulate you guys for a job well done! I would recommend you to my family and friends if they will need a help in moving!
I have only been in communication with this customer via email. My phone number has always been provided to all customers filing an insurance claim and in my signature of all emails delivered out. I am best contacted on my mobile.
Since I own the company, I am the only person in charge of all...
insurance claims. All customers are to contact me directly. Sales representatives will always take messages down when I am not in the office.
With all of this said, I reimbursed the customer based on the liability insurance provided at the time of our move. [redacted] requires us to reimburse customers based on $0.60/lbs regardless of the value of the piece. Please see the attached insurance claim agreement and contract. All customers have the option of insuring their items but at an additional cost. An additional policy was not purchased at the time of the reservation. This information was also provided to the customer before we came out to perform the move.
At this time the customer is being reimbursed based on the terms of the contract.
