Why are you going through Revdex.com to file a claim? Revdex.com is a mediator and never resolves anything. I'd understand if we ignored you completely, but this isn't the case.
There is nothing missing on our end. Everything picked up was delivered to you. The foreman made sure all the inventory stickers were signed off. 
The insurance claim takes up to 90 days from the insurance claim was received.

I received [redacted] complaint and we do apologize for the inconvenience.  Andrew indeed is the manager at our office and manages the sales team with over 10 years of experience. The information provided over the phone led him to provide a 3 hour estimate. He did not perform a visual estimate,...

therefore, the estimate hours was not a guarantee. When a customer is on a budget or wants to remain within the estimate hours, we offer to move the larger pieces only (as an option). In your case this wasn’t an option. In no way shape or form do we try to mislead customers. We understand issues arise and we want to satisfy all of our customers at hand. With this said, I am willing to refund the customer $40 on their card as an apology from our company.

DMV Moving and Storage Inc. moved my household from Odenton to Crofton in less than four hours without any issues. DMV sent three movers who were equally focused-driven, customer friendly, efficient and all about business and didn't waist any time playing around. For the quality service, the price was great. I will utilize DMV again and highly recommend.

We recently had Dmv moving move our 2 bedroom apartment. It was a very pleasant experience from the beginning.
Our sales representative was very helpful and knowledgeable. Then on move day the moving team was excellent. They worked very hard in the rain pay conditions without missing a beat.
I would not only use them again but I would recommend them to anyone looking for a positive experience.

trash, and medical cabinet contents behind. I estimate this would not have taken anymore than 30 minutes to remove. If customers agrees, I will refund the card on file 30 minutes-or $67.50 for the inconvenience.

One month ago I contacted DMV Moving company and spoke with a Sales Rep named Kevin. I asked the normal questions about the cost, what's included in the quote, are there any additional fees, will you break down and set up furniture, protect fragile items like Curio Cabinet, China Cabinet and TV as well as the number of people working and providing a truck.
Oh course he said they could accommodate all my needs. No problem. I then asked him to email me a confirmation stating the services they would provide for my move. As we discussed he sent me a quote in writing that all my needs would be included in the quote. I have a 2 bdrm condo with a loft. I was upfront and told them I lived in a 3rd floor walk up. I even mentioned that there was a possibility that they may had to move a piano if I hadn't got rid of it before the move.
I was given a quote as if the piano would be moved of 105.00 per hr. For 3 men, truck, blankets and supplies as well as 105.00 transportation fee. I was also told that they would arrive between 8-9. I confirmed with another rep. once they took the 50.00 deposit and again right before the move. The day before the move I informed them that I was able to get rid of the piano.
On moving day 4 guys showed up an hr. late. The Forman Juan C[redacted] was rude, unprofessional and when I asked him if he was going to break the bed down he said no although the contract stated that they would. They also have you sign a Liability waiver that states that they are not responsible for damaging or breaking your items. Not once was this ever mention during the conversations I had 3 times with one of their representatives. If I had known that they would not take responsibilty for their negligence, I would not have chosen this company. Neither was it mentioned if they chose to send an extra person that you would be charged an additional 25.00 per hr. They said they needed the extra person so they could finish in a timely manner. I think it was because they were an hour late arriving and they had another job after mine. Also as I mentioned earlier that they said blankets and supplies to protect your fragile items were included and it wasn't. I was charged an additional 30.00 for them to wrap my China, Curio Cabinet and TV in a blanket and to put a piece of cardboard over the glass part.
When we called the owner Oscar to complain that what was on the contract wasn't being carried out he was condensing, nasty, rude and unprofessional accussing us of complaining because we didn't want to pay. Not once did we say we weren't going to pay or asked for a discount. We just wanted the services done as outlined in the quote. He even threaten to pull his crew from moving us. We reminded him that he was under contract and he would complete the move.
The bright side of the move was the 3 young men helping. Carlos, Ezekiel and the 3rd young man were professional, pleasant and hard workers. The adult owner and forman could learn a great deal from these young men and should model these young men who were only between the ages of 19 to 21. Their customer service and attitude was a breath of fresh air compared to the rude adults of DMV Moving company.
Finally it states if you pay in cash that you would get a discount. This wasn't honored either.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. In fact I will highly discourage anyone that I know is moving from using a company that does not want to honor what's written in their quote, nor tell you about hidden fees.
The reason I called a moving company in the 1st place was to alleviate some of the stress. I just had major Brain surgery less than 6 months ago. By the time I finished dealing with these people I was sick to my stomach and had a migrane. This type of stress is what my Doctor wanted me to avoid.
I see why they have an F rating. My total bill came to 730.00 for 5 hrs. As you can see I was overcharged.

Worst moving company. Moved from maryland to ft myers. Took 5 days to get furniture, no communication at all, about delivery date. Was given a certain date they showed up 5 days later. Cost much more than quoted. Gave 980.00 deposit in maryland. When furniture arrived two young russian guys who spoke not much english would not unload furniture until $1500 more was paid. Plus no credit card but when I made first deposit that's all they would except. They wanted cash nows its like 4:oo in afternoon, good thing we had cash. My boxes where wet & crushed, furniture just cramed in truck bikes twisted furniture marked up. Plus the never even setup bed or unwrapped furniture in blankets. My husband did that. Very unprofessional, would not advise this company especially out of state. Big ripoff.

I will continue giving you the same answer through any mediator you use. All the guys hired and sent in any truck are our employees. The only time we send [redacted] Trucks are when our trucks are undergoing maintenance. This is not unusual for any small business. So your statement is not...

correct. We do not hire day laborers.
If your items needed additional coverage, you should have purchased additional insurance. This information was provided to you in the estimate before performing the move. We are going to insure you what the hired contract states.
Your legal council advised you to charge back the entire move fee until you received what you thought was "satisfying". I do not know any company who will provide a customer outside of what they were hired to do. Mistakes happen along relocations. Moving isn't easy, but your cooperation is greatly needed.
As I mentioned in the email, I will not proceed with the insurance claim until the charge back has been reversed or the outcome finalized. How do you expect to get reimbursed twice, credit card and us? Things don't work this way.
You already have a copy of the contract. Please read all the fine print in the yellow carbon copy Bill of Lading provided to you on move day.
The insurance claim takes up to 90 days to process.
