Terrible communication This company is completely failing with communication and continue to not show up to appointments and have been 'scheduling repairs' for daysThey are incompetent and wasted a week of my and my tenant's timeI would not recommend themThe two telephone reps Ruby and Linda were unprofessional yelling back and forth to each other while I was on the phoneThey also demanded and begged for a service call before they arrive-- that was just the first red flagDon't waste your time!

I recently had the pleasure of meeting Patrick, from Do It Right Plumbing He arrived withing minutes of my call and fixed my plumbing problem within minutes! What awesome service, I will definitely use this company again for any plumbing needs that I have Thank you Patrick!

Very professional and great to do business withThey are priced pretty good, they came to my home within a few hours after I called for help*** and *** where very polite and answered every question that I hadHighly recommended they should always have a five star plus rating

The job was to replace my water heaterThey gave me a hour window then they showed up 15min lateOnce the claim was approved on a Monday, it took me calling them every day for the next days, and them saying "we will try to get out there today or tomorrow" For them to finally make an appointment Thursday night to come out Friday at 11amThey showed up at 12:30pmThen the water heater did not work and wouldn't light after installI had to call them to come back out, which they said they would come out "today or tomorrow morning." Tomorrow at 11:30am I call and Linda finally gave me a time of 3-At 3:12pm I get a phone call they will be here in min, an hour later no one is hereI called the office and they said the plumber has been outside my house for an hour calling me over and over, I said I have been here so that is a lieThe lady (either Linda or Ruby since they would not tell me their name) hangs up on meI call back and she says he will be here in minWhen I confront her about lying that he was outside my house, she hangs up on me again and won't answer my numberI call from a different number and Sharon answered, I asked the name of the person I was talking to and I hear that lady in the background tell her that I need to call my home warranty it was escalated to management and told her to hang up on meWhen plumber gets here he tells me he was not outside my house or calling me, that he was on his way a while ago but the office told him that I was not home so he didn't come

Do it Right Plumbing was dispatched to my home through my Home Warranty CompanyBecause of bad service and a lack of communication, another plumbing company was assigned to my claim through my Home Warranty companyI am trying to get all the documents from Do it Right Pluming from the date the claim started on Dec 2016, including my invoice for the call out fee, their diagnosis and the diagnosis from the leak detector they sent out to my property on Dec I have called numerous times and cannot get someone to send this to me or to return my callsI have to submit these documents to the HOA for their review and I want these documents for my recordsLawfully they have to supply me these documents All it want is the documents for every time they came to my property do diagnose and the report of the leak detector

Sadly this company's name should be "DO IT WRONG PLUMBING" I was assigned this company through my home warranty I have been without hot water for days now A representative from this company did nothing but LIE to me by first telling me my hot water heater was ordered when it had not been Then telling me on a Friday that the plumber was finishing up a job and would be at my home between 1- By 5pm this mysterious plumbing did not show nor was he ever scheduled to show as I have found out later through the home warranty company I have since found my own plumber - will be going out of network from my home warranty company - will pay out of pocket and be reimbursed a portion from my home warranty company - just to not have to work with DO IT WRONG PLUMBING and ensure that the water heater is installed correctly and TODAY (Saturday) NEVER - EVER work with this business Anyone who LIES to their customers should not be in business THE ONLY SERVICE THIS COMPANY SHOULD DO IS CLOSE THEIR DOORS DONE!!!!! p.sthanks *** for all the lies!!!!

I have used them three times over the last two yearsMy experience on all occasions has been excellentThey pick up their phone, listen to the problem and make convenient appointmentsThe work is done properly with never a need to call them back

Best customer service ever!!!! Do It Right Plumbing was sent out by my home warranty company when I called about a leaking toiletThe technician arrived at my property and within minutes determined that I needed a new toiletThe toilet was very old so I had no problem replacing it and I was trusting his professional opinionHe said he would be back the next day between 3-5pm to fix itAfter organizing work schedules so someone could be home he never showed upI called the office and they said they had no record of the appointmentI then called the technician and he said he doesn't handle schedulingAfter some frustration I set up a new appointment for the next dayI told the office someone would be home all day until 3:30pm and they said they would have someone out by 1pmThe technician arrived at 3pmHe walked in and said he couldn't repair the toilet because the tile floor was finished too close to the toilet baseHe said the toilet he bought wouldn't fit and he didn't notice it the first time (his min diagnosis)He said he was not a flooring guy and I should probably find someone on ***In addition to the incompetence of the technician I found the office to be poorly runEvery time I called I had to re-explain the situation and reconfirm all my informationIt seems like the employees do not communicate or keep records on work ordersI would never use this company again and I asked my warranty company to remove them from their preferred vendors

Should be called do it wrong plumbingTheCompany was referred by a home warranty...they came out could not find a leak in the shower then put the shower handle back wrongThe technician was very argumentativeWe paid $for nothingI had to make another appointment with the same company, different technicianStill waiting for them to come

We had Do it Right Plumbing come to inspect a stain in our ceiling, between floors and under the bathroom*** came out and insisted the stain was the result of the dryer vent needing to be cleared and refused to cut into the ceiling to do further researchThe stain continued to grow after we had the dryer vent cleaned and had Gecko Plumbing come out*** cut the hole in the ceiling and found, after running the water minutes in the shower, that there were not only one, but two leaks from the drainStay away from Do it Right PlumbingThey only want your money

I had a sink drain clog Called the shop after they closed and the owner called me that evening to set up an appointment for the next day Plumber was on time and the work completed satisfactory

This person has sold his house and moved and left no contact information. We have been in contact with the new owner and have resolved the issue to his satisfaction.

We were actually going to go out tomorrow, however due to the elements of the weather; we will complete within a week's time.

an individual price for 5 projects; we did 3 of those projects at the price Mr. M had agreed upon.  The main part of his complaint is that we finished the work too quickly and proficiently and didn’t take 3 days to do a 1 day job.  What he and most people don’t see or take into account is the prep that goes into getting to the job.  We have to train people, get supplies, get insurance, get and maintain a vehicle and then have them show up and do a stellar job only to have the customer complain that we did the work too fast.  How is that right?    Mr. M also gave us a very poor grade on Angie’s List and wrote a review looking for a refund.  We had a phone conversation previous to that where he said he had seen other people get refunds when they complain and a bad review could be avoided with a refund.  That makes us wonder what his motivation really is.   What are we at fault for?  We had a scheduling issue and we didn’t talk to him before he started writing bad reviews.Mr. M agreed to the price before the work was done.  When there is a legitimate issue with a project we do our best to come to a mutual resolution.  We did the work proficiently and timely at the agreed upon price.  We will not be issuing a refund for a job that has no flaws.

Do It Right Plumbing is the best company to go with for all plumbing issues. It is a a business run with integrity and honesty. They only charge you for what they do and give you tips concerning the up keep of your pipes. I will go with them every time. I have been using them for a few years now and I would recommend them to everyone. Thanks for running a great business. I've always said if people were just honest with me and I felt like I was being taken care of I would stick with them for life and refer them to everyone. Do It Right Plumbing is that kind of business.

We have reached a settlement with her and resolved this matter.
