Hello Ms***:
I am following up on a complaint from *** ***Ms***, stated, "that she was not given the Mini Miranda and that our collector, yelled at her"
Our agency previously sent a letter to Ms*** on August 2nd, which clearly has
the Mini Miranda on it. The letter was delivered to Ms*** via the United States Postal Service and was not returned to our agency. Our collector, Carmen is a very professional collector with excellent work ethics. Carmen tried to discuss the debt with Ms*** on August 18th, Ms*** became upset and angry while talking with Carmen, so Carmen politely terminated the callI also received a call on August 18th from Ms***. I explained that the Mini Miranda information was sent in our previous letter to herI also said that Carmen is a very professional Collector and she is always polite and respectful in all communication with debtors. Ms*** was highly critical of Carmen and demanded to speak to a higher authorityI stated that there was no one else at our agency the speak to and that I was the manager
