On January 28th Ms. [redacted] had trouble coming onto our conveyor and in the process, her front driver’s side tire climbed over the track.  As a result, of getting her back into the conveyor track, her tire became punctured and was flat when she exited the carwash.  According to the...

managers on duty they helped Ms. [redacted] put her spare tire on her vehicle so she could have her tire repaired.  Over a month later, On March 7th, Ms. [redacted] returned to the carwash and presented a receipt for $551.  She informed us that she had her tire and rim replaced and requested reimbursement.  We understand that the tire was damaged during this incident, and since it couldn’t be repaired, we will gladly reimburse her for the cost of the tire only ($135.83 w/tax included).  With the nature of this incident, we see no way that her rim would be damaged and need to be replaced.  Additionally, the rim was replaced without allowing us the opportunity to inspect the damage to determine if it was indeed somehow related.  For these reasons, we cannot provide reimbursement for replacing the rim.

On 5/5 Mr. [redacted] reported damages to both of his mirrors on his f-150.  Mr. [redacted] indicated that the wash stopped and this is why his mirrors were damaged.  After investigating the damage to both mirrors we determined that this type of damage is not consistent with something that could...

be caused by our wash process.  The damage is the same on both mirrors.  There is a piece of the plastic housing that has been broken in the exact same area.  Based on our investigation, Mr. [redacted] received a email from us explaining our decision.  While the email does come from a do not reply address, all of our contact info is clearly listed in the salutation.  After receiving the Revdex.com complaint I pulled up our video of Mr. [redacted]s vehicle prior to entering the wash.  In the video we can see the crack on the passenger side is present prior to entering the wash, but the image of the drivers side is not clear.  We would be happy to show Mr. [redacted] what we see on the video if he would like.  We understand that finding this damage to his new vehicle must be very disheartening to Mr. [redacted], and we are at a loss for what would have caused it.  We do however, feel very confident that this was not a direct result of his visit to our carwash.Courtney [redacted]Crew [email protected]

That meeting was a waste of time by the way because after listening to the Area Managers (Adam) continuous fast talk for the first minute it was clear he had no intention of paying for the damage caused by their car wash.

Based on the initial report date, time, and location we were unable to find Ms. [redacted] vehicle on our video system.  Based on the photos taken when the damage was reported.  The scratch on Ms. [redacted] vehicle is not consistent with something that could be caused by our wash process.  The scratch is isolated to a side pillar and is vertical.  Our soft cloth that cleans the side of the vehicle spins horizontally and can not cause a vertical scratch.  We are sorry Ms. [redacted] found this damage on her vehicle, but we are confident it was not caused by our wash process.  If Ms. [redacted] could provide us with the receipt from her visit we would be able to use information from it to find her vehicle on video before entering the carwash and show her this damage was there prior to her wash.Courtney [redacted]Crew Carwash
