The Dolphin Pool team was great to work with. [redacted] started the process with us and the rest of the team, [redacted], all the contractors, followed right behind him. Everyone was so nice and had our pool completed right in time for summer. When our friends and family come over we get so many compliments on how beautiful it looks. The timeline we were given for pool completion stayed right on track. We got to be involved in every aspect of building the pool. We love our pool and the whole team at Dolphin. Dolphin Pools - More than just a company that "builds a pool and says "enjoy!"", this has been such a great experience in the entire process. My wife and I met many of the sales staff at a Home and Garden a few years ago, including [redacted], who became our sales consultant for the pool/deck design. We live in central Arizona , and it's not always easy getting to the valley efficiently, so [redacted] was more than kind to come to our location to work on design, show an amazing 3d rendering, print out pages needed, and designed with our assistance too! (hey, this is our paradise we are getting here!). Price was better than any of the other 2 or 3 pool companies that we also considered....and we got a LOT more! [redacted] and [redacted] were all wonderful in assisting through entire project.

Building the pool was a problem-free experience for me, and I did it all from Birmingham, Alabama!

Dolphin personnel kept me informed with emails, phone calls, and a written plan of what activities were to occur, and when.

The only time a milestone slipped was due to weather or material delivery delay.

This pool was built in what has to be record time, and every aspect of the finished pool exceeds my expectations.

The pool is beautiful in every finely crafted detail, from the acrylic lace on the decking to the beautifully done Pebble-Tec finish to the labels on all the control valves.

I was just about to sign with another company when I decided to ask around at pool supply stores if they were to build a pool who they would go with. All three mentioned Dolphin pools so I decided to give them a chance. They won my business by being very informative but most of all because of the value for the dollar. Hands down they gave a better product for a more reasonable rate. The whole project went like clock work and have been very pleased since. Dolphin pools was a great choice!

I had my pool installed in October 2012 by Dolphin Pools and have been enjoying it ever since. The office was very helpful and address all my questions during the construction process. [redacted] and [redacted] smoothed the way and assisted us with scheduling concerns, etc.

We had a stone waterfall installed and the men did a great job selecting and placing the stones. The feature is a wonderful addition to the pool.

We were very impressed with the start up guy, [redacted]. He was very professional and personable and gave us a great deal of information regarding the care of the pool.

I am a first time pool buyer and I met with 4 different companies to get pool pricing. After meeting with [redacted] from Dolphin Pools I realized it wasn't just pricing, but also pool construction and maintenance that I should be learning about. [redacted] & Dolphin Pools explained to me the entire process and answered all my many questions before starting construction and I am pleased that things went smoothly. I was hesitant to pay for the in-floor cleaning system but I am extremely glad that I did. My pool is always clean, even after a storm or when I an out of town.

Dolphin Pools just finished our 2nd Pool with them. We are happy again with such great work. The staff is great! I highly recommend them!

Ive ben working on adding a hot tub with Dolphin Pools since October 2014.. It is now April 2015 and I still do not have issues resolved but they have all my money.. 35,000 in fact!! Dolphin pools contracts every one to do the work but then give the customer the numbers to contact those people when there is a problem!! NOT once has the manager Scott been out to my property to try to resolve the issues..I was told to stick a screw driver in the jets to adjust them.. the brand new pop ups didn't work, the stone around the sides of the spa are on sheets of flat backing .... and my spa is rounded... they put mortar in the ledge stone ... it looks terrible, the ends of the stone are exposed and ruff cut. Looks terrible!!! They sent out a guy to fis it with totally different stone!!! Ive had to babysit this job from the get go.... they take your money in full before the job is done also... and claim its a statue.. The ROC does not agree with this either!! BEWARE!!! I feel bad for the owners.. they need to clean out the entire bunch!! I also have emails to prove all my complaints!!

I can only recommend Dolphin Pools . Joe came out to explain in detail what to expect , step by step , incl. the price . I was informed in advance if there was a delay d/t weather or other factors . Overall experience was great . My Family and I can't thank Dolphin Pools enough .

We are an HOA located in Phoenix, Arizona and used Dolphin Pools to remodel our fifty year old, 45,000 gallon swimming pool. This included new electrical for lights, a commercial salt system, all new plumbing, including dual drain installation, and pool resurfacing. We also had our large pool deck refinished. The remodeling brought our pool up to new County regulations.

We could not be happier with the service we received from Dolphin Pools. The start-up began as promised and the job took less time than we had expected. The various crews used by Dolphin were very professional, friendly and accommodating to our needs. Any communications directed to Dolphin was immediately responded to. We had no negative issues or any problems with the project.

Dolphin pools designed and built our pool this year they were very professional and prompt. the pool was completed on schedule. I would say they have great communication skills. They are great to work with. can't wait till summer to go swimming. Thanks to the Dolphin Team!!!

We just finished our pool and spa with Dolphin Pools and I am beyond happy with the finished product. They took the time with us in the beginning to come up with a design that is both beautiful and functional. They really paid attention to every last detail (things I would have never even known about) and the suggestions they made did make a huge difference in our pool. I felt like they kept me in the loop the entire process and finished our pool for us much quicker than I expected. The quality and workmanship of their crews had me blown away; you can tell they have been doing this a long time. We actually have friends that recommended Dolphin Pools to us and we will also recommend Dolphin Pools to our friends and family going forward because they were excellent to work with!

Warning to all prospective buyers I started to negotiate a deal with dolphin pools 4.5 weeks ago. finally received a bid on the 15 of august that was what I wanted. The discount price seemed to be to small for the items that I asked to be removed from the pool because I wanted to do them my self as I'm very handy and have done the things many times before. I asked if I could have a break down of the Items that I asked to have removed from the pool as I thought that I might buy some because they were cheaper than I thought. I then received a email from the salesman that he forwarded from the office the items were 3814.00 total if I wanted to purchase them. This was a surprise to me. It was funny because the discount from there base price was only 2572.00. This information came from there salesman [redacted] is the salesman that I have dealt with from the beginning. [redacted] did not return my calls for meny days and I think if you want sell something you should follow up. So to make a long story short I called the company and left a message to get some answers. I received a call from [redacted]( who said he was the manager) 3 days later and I told him what I wanted He acted shocked and said they would not do that because of warrant issues. I then informed him that I had a contract emailed to me with an ok to do that very thing. I read it back to him and he replied back to me that I would have received a call from management that they wouldn't do what they had contracted. when I questioned that he hung up on me. In closing it seams to me that dolphin pools may do good work but there word isn't any good. If I'm going to invest over 15 thousand dollars. I need to know that a owner knows that the voice of his salesmen is a reflection of his own voice. I would not use this company. I have kept all of the emails and contract and would gladly share them with anyone who asks. BTW my name is [redacted]
