Our contract with Erie Construction was for a basement remodel We have followed the Owens Corning wall product in the past but poor reviews turned us away The product has now been greatly upgraded and Erie is the sole contractor in our area to install the product The design ideas offered in the initial meeting with Erie really helped us hone the project and the installers couldn't have been better We are very pleased with the final product Just so you are awarethere will be incentives to sign with Eriemake sure you bargain hard and get the most you can and then some Our interface with the company and the product they provided are top notch

Everyone that we came in contact with from Erie Construction Company was very polite and friendly! Everything that was going to take place was fully explained to us by Mr [redacted] and the representative that was with himMr [redacted] later came out and told us what was going to happen and he was very pleasant! The Installer Mr [redacted] was very courteous and helpful! He let us know just what to expect! I was extremely satisfied with how the jets worked! I was having some back pain before I got into the tubThe minute the jets started, I could feel the pressure hitting my back and it felt good! The jets really helped my back pain!

I called Erie at the number listed on their website looking to talk with someone about ordering a replacement gasket for one of the sttubs they sold in 2012, and they said all their tubs are custom and they don't carry any partsSo, be carful with this company and don't expect any follow up or warranty because they will say they don't have partsDisappointment is what they offer!!!

We are very pleased with the work done to our home as a new metal roof was installed by Erie Construction The salesman explained all the details and the cost before we decided The workers were efficient did a good job and cleaned up the area great when finished We then had a problem with a leak called them and they were out the next day to fix t he problem They have gone above and beyound We would highly recommend them [redacted] & [redacted] Oak Harbor, Ohio

Erie Construction installed a metal roof on our house and they did a great job The workers were very considerate of our property and did the job as we had asked, arriving when they said they would and finished the job at the scheduled time The price was a little high, but so is the price of steel, you get what you pay for The fifty plus year warranty is a real, "peace of mind"

They're a bit expensive, but the people are really friendly, and the roof does come with a lifetime warrantyThe representative was very informational and interesting to talk toI initially wanted the unused satellite dish on the roof removedSomewhere down the line, this request was lost and forgottenUpon coming home to them almost finished with installing the new roof, I requested the dish to be taken down, and they did it without a problem!

Excellent customer service ! Products were as promised and sales staff were very knowledgeable, I would recommend Erie to anyone who is in need of new windows and doors

I was stopped by an Erie salesman and asked if I would accept a free quote on new windowsSince we are actually in the market for new windows I agreedHowever, after looking this company up and reading a lot of bad reviews, I decided that window companys are not few and far between and I have been given many company recommendations for companys with exceptional value and serviceI decided I will not give my money to a company with bad reviews and who has left customers with unfinished work and problemsI just wont, there are too many options out there to settle on someone who is less than the bestWhen the manager [redacted] called me to confirm the estimate time I told him I decided to look elsewhere for windows and was no longer interested in a quoteHe would not take no for answer, telling me that anyone can post bad reviews and that they are not necessarily true and basically I'm wrong for looking up reviews before deciding on a companyHe then proceeded to call me a "single lane" and make other sexually harassing comments toward my decision such as "Just wow"This confrms my decision to steer clear of this companyWHY? BECAUSE OF YOU AND YOUR BUSINESS PRACTICES AND UNPROFESSIONALISM ***Thanks for confirming my feelings

Erie Construction was very efficient and courteous The crew had the job finished in about days They cleaned up all the debris on the ground, we have pets and I checked and everything was picked up The quality of the materials used is excellent and I would recommend Erie Construction for all your roofing needs

Absolutely impressed with daily punctuality of crew And their professionalism and delivery of services and care for property apart from work construction area

Erie sent a team of teenage kids walking through our neighborhood trying to get people to schedule appointments Not knowing any better we agreed They called and confirmed our appointment the night before, but the sales guy never showed or called Read several other sites where other people had the same experience They are not accredited and don't have a very good rating with the Revdex.com We will not be doing business with them

We are very pleased with the quality of windows that we had installedThe crew that came in were business like but very willing to answer our questions about the workings of the windows I was impressed that everything was cleaned up inside and out when they finished installingWould not be afraid to recommend them to my friends and family

I bought a walk-in-tub from Erie construction I have really enjoyed my tub its very relaxing and I like soaking and the hydrotherapy jets The salesman was very helpful and good at explaining how everything worked the workmen did a excellent job of the installation and the job was completed in a timely manner as promised
