I would like to provide additional information regarding Ms***’s complaint, as it appears that she remains dissatisfiedAccording to Ms***’s initial complaint, she expressed concerns with a lack of follto her request to terminate her dental plan benefits and requested a call back from a Supervisor As a result of Ms***’s complaint, I reached out her directly on 7/07/I confirmed that her policy was terminated effective 7/01/and I apologized for her dissatisfactionAt that time it was determined that no refund of premium was due as the last payment received was on 5/23/for May and June premium duesWhile there was no record of a request to terminate coverage prior to July, as a gesture of goodwill and in the interest of resolving this complaint expeditiously, Dominion issued a refund to the member in August totaling $This refund amount reflects total premiums payments received from the member in While we are unable to take back Ms***’s poor experience from earlier this year, we have made every effort to make it right with the consumer If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me Best, Carey Carey W***Manager of Grievances and AppealsDominion National

This was the absolute worse experience I've ever had with a companyI had dental insurance with Dominion for over a year through the Marketplace, and they terminated my coverage in March without notifying me of the terminationThey backdated my termination to January 2016, but accepted months of payments from January until MarchI called in April upon discovering the policy had been terminated, and they would not give me any logical explanation as to why it was terminatedThey have owed me a check for months worth of payments since I called back at the beginning of April 2016, and it is now almost mid-JulyThey have given me the runaround several times saying a check had been sent, then saying it hadn't been sent but it was in reviewI never even received the insurance cards after requesting them twice

I cancelled this insurance policy two years agoI continue to receive invoices for monthly premiums, despite repeated requests to delete the accountI have received notices that they have rectified the problem, only to then receive additional invoices for premiums well after the policy cancellation dateThe company is impossible to contactIn the last months I have not been able to reach anyone on the phone, as they never actually answer the callsI do not trust this company and would never recommend doing business with themThe administration is terrible and the customer service is non-existent

Revdex.com:Dominion Dental was also going to call the dentist, Dr C [redacted] at Great Expressions, who had committed to the Revdex.com to send my x rays to me at no cost I called the dentist two weeks ago and they said they would send the X-rays immediately but have not done so I have not received a refund nor the x rays and I have paid for all services Regards, [redacted]
