2014 regarding a complaint received from [redacted] relating to payment/billing services. Our Grievance and Appeals Department researched the
complaint thoroughly and we can report that the Member’s concerns have been
addressed and resolved directly with [redacted] via written notification on January 16, 2016. We attempted to reach out to the complainant by phone, however, we were unable to make contact and left a voice-mail message.

Revdex.com:Dominion Dental was also going to call the dentist, Dr C[redacted] at Great Expressions, who had committed to the Revdex.com to send my x rays to me at no cost. I called the dentist two weeks ago and they said they would send the X-rays immediately but have not done so. I have not received a refund nor the x rays and I have paid for all services.
