I’ve been renting from Dominion for 3 months. These three months has been hell. They jack the rent up without consent. Wait to post your rent, then charge you late fees. The maintenance man ride around on his cart through this small complex, screwing all the section 8 females. The turn the water off 13 times a month due to backup. The owner of Dominion will suffer and all of his peasants. The trauma they have caused is unimaginable.

Horrible
Villa Spring Apts 15101 Blue Ash DR 77090
I've saw this happened to so many people, now its my family. I live at Villa Springs Apt. for two years. My children was saying they here footsteps over there head throughout the night. So I installed a ring camera in the attic. Low and behold theirs a family of raccoons living in my apartment attic. I brought that footage to the office and also reported as a repair for maintenance No One came as of yet. I still have my ring camera in the attic and its catching them every single night. Now comes April 2023 . Housing came to inspect my house. It failed inspection due to minor repairs for the owner to fix. They had until May 21, 2023 to complete those inspection. I gave written and verbal notice. No one came. I was lucky enough to get a re inspection that was due to be repaired by June 21, 2023. I gave them written and verbal notice two weeks ago no one came. I went to the office this morning June 20, 2023 to see if they was going to repair in time. The office personnel told me I had to remove my Ring camera from my porch in order for them to come and due the repairs, I recorded her telling me this. I told her that is for my protection.

I have rented a unit for the last 3 years at chariot point apartments in tn that is managed by dominion. Every year some happens with a major appliance of mine (a/c, stove, hot water heater, etc) and I am always told it is not an emergency. Now on the hottest record weeks in tn and me and my children have no air conditioning. This has been since Saturday and it is now Friday of the next week. When I went to the office to complain I was told I was making my house hot, that I could just open a window and be fine and that I was causing the building manager Stephanie anxiety for complaining and she threatened to call the police. Seeing as though I am a mother of 2 children I could not believe that this is the reception I was given not to mention I had to ask for her to even give me a window unit to help cool off my home which had been 90-95 everyday because I live on the top floor and there is not type of shade. They finally provided a window unit which was broken, dirty and needed a new filter. I still have no date on when my unit will be fixed and I was told to rinse off the filter in the window unit. Some kind of assistance

To whom it may concern,I am writing in response to Ms [redacted] ’s complaint about the toilet handle and the request for improvements in her apartment.Ms [redacted] has had multiple issues with the toilet handle assemblyAfter several phone calls to our vendor, it was determined that there had been a recall on this toilet handle assembly It is our company policy to correct maintenance requests within hours However, this has been difficult to achieve, as Ms [redacted] prefers to be home when maintenance staff is present in her apartment and involves coordination of Ms [redacted] ’s schedule and staff availability We believe we have resolved this issue with the toilet handle assembly on Saturday, July 29th, However, in effort to make Ms [redacted] feel more comfortable we are willing to replace the entire toilet and toilet handle assembly as an improvement to Ms [redacted] ’s apartment. We do regret that Ms [redacted] has had to deal with this inconvenience but feel that we worked diligently to resolve this issue timely Respectfully, Gina [redacted] Regional ManagerProperty Management Dominium [redacted] Plymouth, MN 55441Office ###-###-#### DominiumApartments.com

The Villages at Essex Park take all customer concerns and incidents very seriously and have had ongoing communication with *** and the mentioned tenant regarding the noise level concern since June 2016. File documentation of the *** ***’s concern has been reviewed as well as
documentation on mentioned tenant. According to our documentation, starting in June both tenants were able to communicate with each other if there was any problem with the noise level. In October the communication did break down between ***’s household and the mentioned tenant and the mentioned tenant was upset with another request from ***’s household to keep the noise level down feeling that they are not making unreasonable noise. Management has reviewed with the mentioned tenant what noise level is acceptable in person and in written documentationIn addition, Management investigated further surveying the next door neighbors to mentioned tenant. The mentioned tenant’s next door neighbors were unable to confirm excessive noise coming from the mentioned tenant’s apartment home. Management does suspect that not all the noise concerns have been caused by mentioned tenant. This suspicion is based on the text messages that mentioned tenant shared with management between mentioned tenant and ***’ household. Specifically, there was an occasion when ***’s household texted the mentioned tenant asking them to keep the noise level down. The mentioned tenant responded immediately that they were not home and did not have any guests in their apartment home at that time. Management will be sending all residents of the Villages of Essex Park a reminder of acceptable noise levels. In addition Management followed up with *** via the day time phone number listed leaving a voice mail message. Management will be offering *** the opportunity to transfer to a 2nd level floor apartment home in hopes this will meet all parties involved expectations

We put the contractor TopNotch Carpet directly in contact with Ms***They went to do an inspection of the pool table and Ms*** stated she was not sure when the damage was doneBased on the pictures that were supplied to us it appears this table has extensive damageWe have no evidence that the pool table damage was caused by TopNotch CarpetsThe owner of TopNotch would like to remain a business partner with Park at MtZion and agreed to pay for the fair market value of the pool tableMs*** denied this request and asked for a brand new pool tableThis pool table is not in overall good condition and appears to be a older modelWe feel a new pool table is not warranted

1/18/Dominium Inc(Re: Chapel Trace Apartments) *** *** *** *** *** Minneapolis, MN Revdex.com of Minnesota and North Dakota To whom it may concern: We are in receipt of the complaint filed by Ms*** ***I have attached the lease that was in fact signed by
herBeing that Chapel Trace Apartments participates in the Tax Credit Section program, we are required to complete our renewal efforts at least days prior to lease expirationThe lease that is attached was signed by Ms*** on September 15, (days prior to the expiration of her previous contract)It is clear both on the top of the lease and at the bottom where our software generates a date stamp on the leases we typeAt the time that the lease was generated, there was a minor glitch in our system that generated this lease for 2015, instead of The only portion of the lease that was affected by this was page paragraph This error was corrected by hand and initialed by the tenant and a member of our staffThe file was completed and the tenant continued to live in the premises for months, at the rate stated on her lease and following the lease that she in fact did sign

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***.I do not feel that us moving is going to make things betterWe should not be the ones who have to move when we are not the ones making the ridiculous noiseAnd I can't imagine that someone who moves in after us is not going to have the same complaints that we do We only have months left on our lease and will not be taking the offer to move up to a 2nd floor only to move again in 6-monthsThis past week the tenants above us have been keeping their child's noise down to a reasonable noise levelWe can still hear them, which we accept is going to happen in an apartmentHowever, when their child is jumping off furniture and jumping around the apartment and running around for hours on end this is NOT okAlso, when we have contacted them at times, they do say that well we have a 2-year old so you know how they areLike they know their child is making a lot of noise, but they don't care because they are not the ones who have to sit and listen to itI am sorry, but if you want something resolved then I would rather just be let out of our lease without penaltyWe can give a month or two notice if you would like and that gives them time to find another tenant so as to not lose out on any money, but we do not want to pay to get out of our leaseWe would have gladly stayed living here for another year or two, but not after this. The reason that the other neighbors are not hearing the noise is because the stomping is happening right above our living room, into the kitchen and down the hallway and above our master bedroomSo of course they are not hearing this, it is happening directly about our apartment. I get that because they have a child they have more "rights" than my boyfriend and I doHowever, if would really would like to hear what is going on and we are not making this up we gladly would love to have someone come live in our place for a week and they would understand why we are taking things to this level to get this resolvedNot only for our own sanity, but for future tenants who have to live under these people when we leave in 6-months. I am sorry, I am not trying to be difficult in this situation, however, you can imagine our frustration when this has been going on since June and nothing has changed on little bitSo obviously the tenants upstairs are not attempting to make any changes on their endThey think the noise they are making is an acceptable level
