I received a call from Berglund on Monday morning following the weekend of the complaint about the rental advertising around amThis is approximately an hour and a half before the business opensI was told by the manager a rental had conveniently just come availableThis seemed odd to me seeing how they were not even open yetWhen going over this with the technician at the front desk he stated he couldn't believe they refused me a rental over the weekend and refused to see me for five days that the rentals were there all alongI did not receive an apology or any remarks on why I was refused business or a guaranteed rental for the second time by the managerThis was the third time I had been forced to stay in a car that was unsafe by the dealership.This is the fourth time I have visited the dealership for the same issue of water leakage leading to electrical and safety hazards in the vehicleThe technicians did not replace the loft gate as they should have and instead added some form of sealant putty around the light bulbs gluing the inWhen I asked the technician to provide written instructions from the manufacturer stating they had approved adding this foreign substance to my car they said it could not be provided due to it being approved via phoneThe technician stated I would have to contact my case manager at Mazda for such documentsWhen I called Mazda my case manager unsurprisingly did not answerI have left her multiple voicemails with no return callI have only spoke to her briefly once in the last two months of which she did not offer any helpI am still seeking a repurchase on my vehicle currently with no help form the dealership or manufacturer I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11794452, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved Regards, Matthew ***

As a goodwill gesture, we are glad to install the Mazda factory navigation system, all costs associated with this work will be performed at no charge to Ms [redacted]

I received Mr [redacted] complaint on August 10, and immediately began an investigation as to what went wrongI discovered we over-nighted the payoff check to Ford on July 27, and confirmed it was signed for and received on July 29, After further research, I learned we mistakenly sent it to an old addressAs a result, Mr [redacted] account reflected no change as he indicated in his complaint.I called Mr [redacted] on the evening of August 10th and left a message explaining what I learned and what action would be takenPer our Ford representative’s instruction, we shipped a second check via [redacted] on Thursday, August 11th and were told the account would be credited on Monday August 15thOn Monday the 15th I spoke with my Ford representative and she confirmed Mr [redacted] account was correct and that a credit balance in the amount of the payment drafted in error on June 21st would be refunded to him in to business daysShe further stated she would speak with Mr [redacted] directly if he so desiredI called and left another message relaying the conversation I had with my Ford representative the previous nightIn closing, I would like to apologize to Mr [redacted] for our mistake as well as any erroneous information he may have received It is our hope that Mr [redacted] will consider this issue a mistake and not indicative of our commitment to exceptional customer service

We have confirmed with Mrs*** that she has received a
full refund for all work done at Berglund Ford, we have also sent $to
the garage where her car is being repaired to go towards
work that is being done there

The transfer of title on the vehicle will be processed by the lender, unfortunately, we have no control over that process

*** ***, General Manager of our Ford Store has been in contact with the company that processes and issues title for out of state sales, *** ***. *** *** has assured us that the customer will receive his tags early in the week next week*** has also spoken to Mr*** to update
him and has also shared his personal cell number with him in case he has further concerns

We are currently in the process of reimbursing the customer $for repairs we performed, along with this,
we are covering $worth of repairs to repair/replace the stripped head
boltsWe are extremely sorry for the inconvenience this customer experienced due to the service received at our
Service Dept

It has been nearly four weeks since I presented a check to Berglund Ford for full payment. I still have no idea when I will receive the title to my car. There has been no explanation why the mistake was not discovered until I filed my complaint, nearly two weeks after Ford received the check. I am considering legal action against the dealership and Ford

So somebody finally did their job. That does not resolve this complaint. Berglund Ford is completely responsible for the delay in this process. As the agent signing the contract, it is liable for the breach of contract. It has been over five weeks since I signed the contract and I have yet to receive any explanation in writing to notify why this contract was no completed in a timely manner. The lame excuses presented by Berglund Ford demonstrate poor management and complete disregard for the interests of its customers
