We have been in contact with Mr. [redacted], he has purchased
a 2001 F150 now and will be taking delivery today.

Our technicians worked with Mazda and repaired the water leak.  Mr. [redacted] picked up his vehicle Friday November 3rd.

I received Mr. [redacted] complaint on August 10, 2016 and immediately began an investigation as to what went wrong. I discovered we over-nighted the payoff check to Ford on July 27, 2016 and confirmed it was signed for and received on July 29, 2016. After further research, I learned we mistakenly...

sent it to an old address. As a result, Mr. [redacted] account reflected no change as he indicated in his complaint.I called Mr. [redacted] on the evening of August 10th and left a message explaining what I learned and what action would be taken. Per our Ford representative’s instruction, we shipped a second check via [redacted] on Thursday, August 11th and were told the account would be credited on Monday August 15th. On Monday the 15th I spoke with my Ford representative and she confirmed Mr. [redacted] account was correct and that a credit balance in the amount of the payment drafted in error on June 21st would be refunded to him in 7 to 10 business days. She further stated she would speak with Mr. [redacted] directly if he so desired. I called and left another message relaying the conversation I had with my Ford representative the previous night. In closing, I would like to apologize to Mr. [redacted] for our mistake as well as any erroneous information he may have received.  It is our hope that Mr. [redacted] will consider this issue a mistake and not indicative of our commitment to exceptional customer service.

I just received the attached from our F&I Director [redacted].   Ford refunded the overage on Mr. [redacted] vehicle to us and we have cut a check for the same amount and will be mailing it to Mr. [redacted] this afternoon.[redacted] also ran a search to see if the DMV has processed Mr. [redacted] Title and on the second page, you will see that it was in fact processed on 8/26/2016.  Please see below for Title #. [redacted] The DMV will be mailing the customer his title.Thanks for your help!!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. I would add that, had this issue been dealt with more productively by the dealership's staff, the Revdex.com complaint would not have been necessary.thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter.

I received a call from Berglund on Monday morning following the weekend of the complaint about the rental advertising around 7 am. This is approximately an hour and a...

half before the business opens. I was told by the manager a rental had conveniently just come available. This seemed odd to me seeing how they were not even open yet. When going over this with the technician at the front desk he stated he couldn't believe they refused me a rental over the weekend and refused to see me for five days that the rentals were there all along. I did not receive an apology or any remarks on why I was refused business or a guaranteed rental for the second time by the manager. This was  the third time I had been forced to stay in a car that was unsafe by the dealership.This is the fourth time I have visited the dealership  for the same issue of water leakage leading to electrical and safety hazards in the vehicle. The technicians did not replace the loft gate as they should have and instead added some form of sealant putty around the light bulbs gluing the in. When I asked the technician to provide written instructions from the manufacturer stating they had approved adding this foreign substance to my car they said it could not be provided due to it being approved via phone. The technician stated I would have to contact my case manager at Mazda for such documents. When I called Mazda my case manager unsurprisingly did not answer. I have left her multiple voicemails with no return call. I have only spoke to her briefly once in the last two months of which she did not offer any help. I am still seeking a repurchase on my vehicle currently with no help form the dealership or manufacturer. 
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11794452, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

We have been notified by REGUSA that the tags have been delivered to the customer.

We currently have Ms. [redacted] vehicle in service, the work being done is covered under her warranty.

As
a goodwill gesture, we are glad to install the Mazda factory navigation system,  all costs associated with
this work will be performed at no charge to Ms. [redacted]
