A few weeks ago during our unseasonable heat, I was forced to turn on the AC only to find that one of the units would not cool With the threat of these year old units nearing life's end, I feared the worst and expect to pay a premium I get a couple estimates for this AC Heart Attack fix only to find myself nearly having one myselfA couple friends suggested I get a quote from who they swear by, Autumn Air Thankfully I did Being naïve in the world of AC repair, the thought of being oversold, unnecessarily upsold and ripped off is my biggest fear We all want that family/friend in the business to help protect us from that With these guys, that's what you getThey came in, new what needed to be done and where disappointed in the unnecessary charges the other estimates stated The owner Josh was involved and actually helped find a more cost effective means to handle my repair That never happens in this money hungry world Selfish with my time, I DO NOT take the time to write reviews In my years of life, I felt this was worth passing on so others could feel as honestly protected as I do with this company
Spoke with a woman she passed my number to a tech for assistance with the installation of a new thermostat in my houseHe called and helped me for about an hour and a half steady by phone and it turned out to be a small wiring issue of my doingFixed it and the ac kicked onI have all good things to say of him and this company he was extremely knowledgeable Thanks again
I have been a personal customer with Autumn Air Heating & Cooling since and after my first experience with them I added them to my vendor list and highly recommend them to anyone who expresses any needs for heating or cooling The tech’s who came out to my home were very professional, happy, arrived at the time they mentioned they would arriveThe prices are very reasonably at all times of the year and most importantly in the middle of Arizona summer as I have used them on many occasions for different homes that I have personally owned and managedI have always had great customer service from the office staff answering the phone, to the A/C technician’s, and even the OwnerThey treat your home as if they were taking care of their own personal residence
I needed Autumn Air late in the afternoon yesterdayNot expecting service until the following day, I was surprised and enthused that they could accommodate my needs withe hourThe tech preformed my service with efficiency and speed, was very polite, and answered all of my questionsThank you Autumn Air for great service!!!
Can't get any better than Autumn Air, my A/C went out on a sunday in the middle of the summer and they quickly came out within the hour and had my unit up and runningWill recommend to any of my friends
I was not thrilled when the leading technician (James Brewer) spent about minutes on the phone before overseeing the work by apprentice Francisco Olagve(sp.) James did apologize for the call and proceeded to monitor the work of FranciscoI mentioned a fan-like piece of equipment within the AC unit that appeared quite dirty to my eyes and was told by James not to worryIf it quit its performance we are to contact you and the technician will immediately head this way to fix the problemWe were pleased that a replacement part was complimentary as was the tune-up, etccosting over $
Really appreciate these guys coming all the way to tonopah and coming up with an easy and great fix for the poor design that was installed firstThey came out within an hour of me calling them alsoGreat and friendly tech and great service
AUTUMN AIR IS AWESOME it was the best service my husband and I have ever had They called me to let me know they were on the way, We got a system service agreement they are going to coming out this spring to make sure we are good to go YA'LL have a customer for life!!!! Thanks for the great service and will see the in spring
