I first had Autumn Air service my store, *** *** *** in Phoenix because the air conditioning wasn't cooling the store enough for the customers on a degree dayMost places you call would have told me forget it we are booked solid but Josh the owner knew how important it was to seat my customer through lunchHe came out to service the call himselfFixed the problem in no time and even sent one of his guys out again later that afternoon to make sure everything was working to his likingI've also used him for my personal home air conditioning needs as wellAgain great personal customer service from a guy who knows what people needThanks Josh for caring!

I contacted them and they were able to get out to my house within minutesI had a previous company come in that did absolutely nothing and said there was nothing but problems and I needed a new unitThe Autumn Air tech came in and fixed the problem in abou minutes and said everything is fine with our unitWill definitely be contacting again in the future if there are any other problems
