[redacted], changed his schedule to reviw the install before starting. he was quick with calls and quote for my project. Once the date was set the team showed up and started right in. They even provide a carpet mat to protect my floor while going in and out. Great group to work with.

This was a very good company to work with. Joe did an outstanding job in configuring the right system for my home and also making changes to resolve issues I had with the current furnace and AC unit installed. Steve and John did an excellent job in stalling my new furnace and AC unit. The were on time every day, communicated very well with me on what to expect, and their craftsmanship was outstanding. I would recommend this team to anyone.

After receiving a few proposals from different HVAC companies I chose Donovan & Jorgensen. Paul listened to my needs and did a thorough job on explaining the different options available to me. The entire process was smooth as silk from start to finish. The crew who did the install were very professional and efficient. My installation was done in one day. After the install the crew walked me through the differences between my old (non functioning) furnace and air conditioner and my new system. Would definitely recommend them.

After learning that the heat exchanger on my 19-y.o. furnace was cracked (not something one wants to hear coming into fall), I began the process of getting quotes for a replacement unit. Of those I talked with, Donovan & Jorgenson came up with the best solution for my old house and it's ductwork which would still allow me to get a hi-efficiency furnace - and at a price that didn't break the bank. When installation day came, the crew was on time, were extremely pleasant, and didn't mind me looking in and asking questions as the work was done. I am incredibly pleased with D&J, my salesperson and the installers, and how hard they worked to find solutions and then successfully complete the project.

Very happy with the Company from the start. The Quoting process we had with [redacted] was thorough and detailed. He was patient and was prepared to explain all competitors bids to see where the best value is and to compare Apples-to-Apples. Our furnace and A/C was replaced in November 2013, and I can't wait to try out the new A/C once it warms up in Wisconsin.

Review: I had the company come to my house because my central air was not working. The service man could not find the problem so

he replaced the thermostat. The air still didnot work. ( he said quote "you may have just gotten a new thermostat") He went

back to the unit and found wires pinched from the last maintenance call by their own service dept. I said then I didn't need the

new thermostat and he said yes I did. I said I was going to keep it because I wanted to check with someone else to see if it

still worked. He said it didn't and took it with him. I went in to talk to the owner and he said his service man was correct.Desired Settlement: I would like my credit card credited for the amount of the thermostat and the service call.
