I am not satisfied with Doostang one little bit.  I reject their refusal.  Their response sounds canned and inflexible.  Some guy was probably reading that off a wall or something!  On a scale of 1 to 10, I'd rate my experience with Doostang a -5!
They did not work well with me and were often abrupt and condescending.  I insist on a resolution on their part!  I paid them a lot of money for unsatisfactory work and unprofessional treatement!
As for the Revdex.com, this Doostang company should come with a warning label!

This is an unsatisfactory response from Doostang. 
Doostang does not offer refunds for what I consider to be egregiously inadequate service.
I am not not interested in spending my valuable time with Doostang to get a bad product to an adequate product.  
The draft product submitted to me was UNUSABLE and I will not be using it, which defeats the purpose of hiring Doostang in the first place.
I demand nothing less than a refund and an apology from Doostang.  Based on reports from other Doostang users, I believe I am not alone.

Review: I submitted my resume to employment sites. I received a free resume critique from doostang.com. I emailed back/forth with [redacted] to ascertain a timeframe and price. The price was $349 for a professionally written resume and generic cover letter. I was told that upon payment , I would be asked some questions to assist the writer and then it would take 7-10 days. I paid for the service on July *, 2014. I waited a few days and while I thought I was going to receive a call, I received an email link to complete a questionnaire. I completed the questionnaire, hit the submit button and was done. I had 25 jobs I wanted to apply to. I inquired with [redacted] what I should do about those job postings. He informed me to bookmark them and wait until the resume was rewritten because the job postings should be up long enough for me to use the new, rewritten resume. To date, I have received no rewritten resume/cover letter. I have also not received any type of contact from doostang. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Today, I talked to credit card company (Discover) and was informed that doostang informed them that I had not completed the questionnaire, and that they have tried to contact me to no avail. They also stated that there is no particular timeframe for the rewritten resume/cover letter. As I stated, time was of the essence, so their information is untrue. At this time, I am no longer in need of their services because I have numerous interviews set up and they were done with my current resume. I am no longer in need of their services.Desired Settlement: Doostang did not fulfill their obligation to me within the timeframe desired. I no longer need their services. I want a full refund back to my credit card (Discover). I want it immediately and I wish to have no further dealings with doostang.com Please note there is no phone number for customers to call.

Review: I am very disappointed with this resume. I was under the impression that I would be paying someone to write me a whole new resume not condense my resume with my words from what I sent you. The resume I received was something I could have done myself. I was looking for something way more in-depth than something very generic. I am very much disappointed that I just gave someone 400.000 dollars for something that is very plain.I could have done that myself with a LiveCareer.com service for $34.95 not 400 hundred dollars of my hard, earned money.Desired Settlement: Today at 2:44 PM I am sending a formal complaint to the Revdex.com concerning my services paid through Doostang. [redacted], who advised me that he would be making changes from the resume he sent on December [redacted], did not change not one thing on the resume he sent out almost a week later. Same resume, same wording from my original resume. I was told that by using your services, you would be building a resume for me from scratch but Joe did not do that. he used my resume I sent to him with all of the same bullets listed and shortened my resume. I could have done that myself with a LiveCareer.com service for $34.95 not 400 hundred dollars of my hard, earned money. I have all evidence to support that the 2 resumes I received from Doostang are the exact same, nothing different.

Review: I agreed to their resume rewrite service and their staff was highly unprofessional. They gave me either canned or condescending replies (through emails). The drafts they sent me were usually full of mistakes such as mispelled words or bad grammar. I have expressed my disatisfaction with them on several occasions and have asked for at least a discount for their less than stellar service. A certain [redacted] ([redacted]) has threatened to send my account to collections. He has not addressed my complaints at all. It's like I'm talking to a brick wall.

Due to the fact that I have had to make several corrections myself, I have asked [redacted] for an adjustment to my account. Really, what am I paying them for if I wind up cleaning up after them?Desired Settlement: Ideally, I'd like a complete refund for the less than professional service and condescending attitudes. But I would accept that they keep what I've already paid them and leave me alone. I don't want to pay them another brass farthing! Really... what am I paying them for?
