Non Surgical instant lifting syringe
At the mall this product worked I went home and used the product for 5 days and broke out in hives. I stopped using the product and researched the ingredients and found that you could have a reaction such as hive using a product with phenoxyethanol.
I tried call the representives number and they would my representive call me back. That was 3 days ago and I have heard nothing. I feel they are responsible for their product.

Very abrasive!!
So, I feel stupid for falling for this crap, but after reading some of the comments its not as bad as some. I got taken for $150 for the eye cram. No return policy. I've been using it for a week and now have a black eye! Its very abrasive ! I will post it on there website if they have one.

scam
I got taken at the CNE cosmetics booth Thursday. I was quoted a price $750 but when I received my receipt it was $7,500, a price I would never have agreed to. I never saw the price on the card reader as it was handed back to me asking for the pin number and I went from there. When I called them the next day there was no relenting or refund considered. Their postal code is also invalid. I found this out when I tried making a complaint with the better business bureau.

Beauty Frizz Scam
I purchased the beauty tool for $12,000 an upon going home had buyers remorse. I went bac k the next morning an was told they had a no refund policy. After a lot of conversation and Tony calling his manager I was told they would credit me $3984 they did not! I constantly remind them they owe me a credit. I kept my part of the bargain and paid mor3 than 7000 - but now 5 months later I still do not have the credit! I went in today and they offered me another beauty tool for 75% off! Beware - it's high pressure sales and if you have buyers remorse like I did they make an agreement with you that they do not honor - it's a dishonest business.

My 78 year old, visually impaired mother, just got taken at the CNE in Toronto. She just bought 2700.00 worth of product. My mom is a pensioner! yes she should know better but the person was very pursuasive. My niece tried to go back within the hour to the vendor to do a return and he said "well she shouldnt have come to my booth, too bad".
If these mother f'rs are preying on seniors, I hope the KARMA gods are reading this!
Steph - Toronto, Canada

AWFUL! It is a ***.(There's a reason why there are absolutely NO RETURNS ACCEPTED. EVEN IF THE PRODUCTS WERE UNOPENED AND UNTOUCHED.) DO NOT for this garbage.

I had the same issue with all people who had filed a claim and complained. I had read all the stories, l felt something no right.
The store made me to sign no refund form. The store is located in Westfield Valley Fair Shopping Mall Resveralife #1049 store in 2855 Stevens Creek Bld Santa Clara, California.
On February 18, 2020 I was walking my dog and waiting for my daughter in the Mall,
A woman came and hand out a sample of cream to me, she said she want to give me amazing eyes serum. She( Melanie) applied it under my left eye and said if I used it every once a night my eyes bag would permanently gone. I ask her for the price. She told me it had 2 sizes small $350 and large $995. And I ask for the small size $350 and she said I have to used with Stem Cell Facial Peeling ID-9 $200 . And l followed her to paid in the meantime she told me the small size had been sold out but she can give me the large size and she offers me the same price as small size. She said it was great deal l finally agreed to buy it. She charged $600.88 on my Chase Visa Card. After she offered me a free face- lifting demo with her boss Beautiful young woman Alex, Alex said she can do the face lifting free of charge. Asked me to followed her to the room. After the demo she showing me my before and after pictures, she said the results were amazing. She was very determined to sell the LED lifting device with some creams in the black cases and said it cost $35000, am l afford for it she asked. I told her no no it too expensive for me, I don't have money, definitely not afford it. She continued to dropped the price from $35000 to $15000, I told her I needed to leave l can afford to buy it. She continued to pressure and make a call to her partner and she told me she wanted to help me. She dropped the price in stages to finally $4000 and will no cost of eyes serum the I had paid $600.88 and she gave me free LED treatment for 6 times every 2 months and I only need to pay $ 4000+Tax $370.00=In total $4370.00. And her staff Malanei said her boss had connections to me she never offer any costumes this price only me. (Really?) I went home and looked in to my bank account l realized I had been charged $ 4370.00 +$ 600= $4970 in total. I felt humiliated the facial results claims could not be true and buying thing that l can't afford. I got deceived and felt I been scammed after reading this all complaints. That's very unprofessional way to selling products to customers. I want my full refund $4970.

Desired Outcome

I had called the woman name Melanie, she said will ask her boss about the $600 But never return my call.

to me
Hello,
I request to close as resolved.
Thank you

Waiting for my refund of 214. Returned the cream Aug. 19,19. Shop in Fort Lauderdale. VISA XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.
Bought a cream for 214. At 5.57. Returned after 10 min. the shop was wide open and nobody was there, I returned three times, still the shop open and nobody was there. I called the phone that is on the slip, spoke to a gentleman and he instructed me to returned it, which I did the next morning. So far I haven't received the refund.

Desired Outcome

5 months have passed *** I returned the cream. It seems to me lack of seriousness for a company to delay so much time in reimburse my 214 dollars.

Product not as described, no refund document forged, company is a scam
Purchased a Perfectio device and Lioness cosmetics in St. Maarten. Merchant said they would ship from states to avoid shipping fees and duty. Product arrived was not at all what I ordered. Receipt doctored to look like only Perfectio was paid for and everything else -0-. In any case, I didn't sign $3300 NON REFUNDABLE form. I signed one for a smaller purchase that I had opened and used. Merchant switched documents. I am not looking for anything for free. Simply want to return items and get my money back. On line searches show many other customers similarly swindled.

Desired Outcome

I want a refund for $3300, in exchange for returning all the product. The original purchase for $250 I am willing to accept, as a compromise. Unable to contact this merchant.

D'Or 24K Cosmetics Response • Jan 22, 2020

HI *** Perfecio device. Isnt Associated with DOR24K. I suggest you to contact the store owners at St. Maarten. We cannot apply any refunds as this purchase wasn't made on our terminals.
Your other option is the contact Perfecio which is other brand and not Associated with D'OR24K.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
This business operates under several names, purposely confusing the customers. All items were shipped from this company in Miami.

D'Or 24K Cosmetics Response • Jan 28, 2020

please email send us back the Invoice of your purchase.
Perfecio device isn't D'OR24K Product. This Zero Gravity Company. Here is their site https://www.zerogravityskin.com/

Very aggressive sales tactics, dishonest representation of product. Store accepts no refunds although the product was falsely represented.

Approached by Tyler at Franklin Park Mall D'or 24k store in Toledo, Ohio on 11/21/19, Non Surgical Lifting Syringe product was applied to my eye area. Impressed with the results, I asked if moisturizer and make up could be applied over the product because the product felt dry and I have dark circles, Tyler said that it could. After I purchased this product the manager Fernando asked to do a demo on my neck area. This person was very determined to sell the LED lifting device to me and said it cost $6,000, but he could sell it to me for much less. I told him I had to leave for work several times, he put the product in my bag and says he wants me to have it and is very aggressively wanting me to purchase this product, I asked him twice about being able to apply make up and moisturizer to the eye product, he said I could twice. Running late for work and under pressure, I impulsively bought the product. Fernando made me feel guilty and foolish for not making an investment in my skin, I can't quite describe the sales approach but it put me in a whirlwind of sorts. Later I saw on the receipt that the store does not accept refunds and that on the back of the box for the eye product that nothing could be applied over the product. I felt guilty for being foolish. Returned next day, Tyler and another associate said they'd love to issue a refund but didn't have the authority and that Fernando would be back in three days. I returned 11/25 and Fernando said that he'd love to give me a refund but didn't have the authority. When I asked about the eye product and what the box said, he said I didn't need make up, I disagreed, he exchanged the eye product for some eye serum. He agreed to submit my return request to corporate, I also emailed them, they said that while the website accepts returns, I should follow the store's individual policy. I texted Fernando 12/10 he said he'd contact the owner, 12/17 he again said he'd make sure they answer my request 12/20 I let him know I figured nothing was going to happen, which brings me here. Upon trying to contact the company, many times I was told that I was contacting a vendor not affiliated or a wholesaler. I would hope that D'or 24k would stand behind their products and businesses. First purchase was order #XXXX-XXXXLC4 $375.38 Second purchase #XXXX-XXXXLC4 $1,169.03 charged to Discover card # XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX So I have over $1,500 worth of products unopened sitting in my closet taking up space, because I want to return them. I asked three times if I could use moisturizer and make up over the first product I bought and I was deceived. I also see the product that Fernando said cost $6,000 on the website for $1,500. When I asked why there was a no refund policy they said it was because the products were sometimes tampered with. I don't understand why the store will not give refunds, yet they will do exchanges. At this point I feel that the company is deceptive in it's sales practices and has no integrity.

Desired Outcome

I want to receive a full refund for the products

D'Or 24K Cosmetics Response • Jan 17, 2020

Hi *** each location is privately owned and operated. AS well as each store have their own return policies. I suggest you to call the store for refunds. or speak with your CC provider. Your purchase isn't in our terminal therefore we cannot refund any funds. Thank you.

Customer Response • Jan 21, 2020

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I will not accept this response because 1) I already went to the store twice with the products to return and was lead to believe that the store had to submit a request to corporate in order for me to get a refund. I have records of text messages with Fernando, he said he would assist me with my request for a refund. So I have already contacted the store and never got a response from the owner regarding a refund. 2) I already provided my invoice numbers the amounts for the purchases and my CC information. You are able to issue a refund. D'or24K is responsible for all their franchisees, and Fernando said he was submitting my request for a refund to corporate. 3) Three times I was misled regarding the first product I purchased, if I had not been told these deceptive statements I would not have purchased the products. I purchased a product under deceptive pretenses, and now want to return the items. I am going to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission next. I also have notified my attorney, I did not deserve to be decieved and I suspect that I'm not the only person who has had this experience with customer service at the store. I dealt with many sales associates at the store in good faith trying to resolve this issue. I will submit this issue to every agency that I believe may be able to help me because while everyone at the store has been kind and polite, no one is able to help me and I am being led in circles without a solution.

D'Or 24K Cosmetics Response • Jan 22, 2020

Hi *** at this point I suggest you to contact your CC provider. And ask for refund. As this store not associated with D'OR24K brand or our terminals so we cannot do any refunds.

Customer Response • Jan 29, 2020

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I called my CC company hours after the purchase, I know that because the receipt says no refunds, I cannot get a refund without your intervention. I have known this and I agreed to the price. I did not agree to buying a product that I wasn't given truthful information about though. If I had known that the non surgical lifting product could not have anything applied over it, I would not have purchased any of the items. As I mentioned earlier I was told three times something about the product that was not truthful. I have pictures of my receipts and a jar of cream from your website that looks exactly like what I bought, the name on the receipts is exactly the same as your company name. This store is selling your product, you are responsible for the proper representation and sale of your product. I think that a store that makes deceptive statements about a product using high pressure sales tactics with a no refund policy is unfair. I think that using deceptive statements to sell a product is unlawful as well in the state of Ohio. I believe that I was treated in a deceptive manner. Because what I was told in the store about one product contradicted what was printed on the box for the product, I don't have any reason to believe that the other products are worth the purchase. I will pursue this legally, will contact law enforcement and will file complaints with every agency I know of to resolve this issue. I'm continually being led in circles with no one being responsible or associated with this company. I just want to return the products for a refund. Your franchisee at the Franklin Park Mall in Toledo Ohio is open now for Valentine's Day I assume. Their phone number is XXX-XXX-XXXX. Please reach out to this store and assist me with resolving this issue if you are a company that stands behind it's products.

D'Or 24k uses predatory sales tactics to prey on unsuspecting victims, will not accept refunds.
D'Or 24k uses predatory sales tactics to prey on unsuspecting victims, I was unknowingly scammed for $5500 dollars for a simple cream with a negligible value. They did not tell me cost of the product and shoved the point of sale into my hands, I was not issued a receipt afterwards.

I tried to return the product but was denied by the owner and he said they do not accept refunds, which was not previously mentioned. What type of business doesn't accept refunds on unused and unopened products.

All I want is a simple resolution which be a refund, is that too hard?

Desired Outcome

I am seeking a refund of the product, I tried to return the product after finding out the ridiculous charges on my credit card because I was not provided with a receipt from the store, for obvious reasons.

to me

The issue has been resolved but only after threats of legal action, I'm not saying this company isn't a scam because they are but they eventually unwillingly returned the money as of today.

They will continue to scam and steal from other people but at least it isn't me or my friends and family I guess. It seems as though there is nothing I can do at this point to protect further victims.

Sales people were very pushy and pressured me to purchase their product, they said product was free if I get a facial, *** then took my card and charged me $271.75, then stated she put her promo card in and charged the amount. She then said they could refund it if I paid for a facial which was $350.00 a month. I then said no I don't have the money to pay monthly and she said you can split up the payments. I knocked over a mirror by accident and they were threatening to make me pay $1000.00 for the mirror. The bag says the products are D'OR 24K Luxury Skincare and when I called that company, they stated the products I was sold were not their products, they don't even sell nail products, which was one of the ones I was sold. I had to use the restroom and they would not let me leave, she literally escorted me to the restroom and trying to block me from leaving. A gentleman named Dr. Moe, was very rude and aggressive and was also not letting me leave, they continued to put creams on my face as I kept saying no and I need to leave. I was afraid to return to the kiosk because of how pushy and aggressive they were with me, I was able to find a number for a Manager who said they would have someone call me back and I have not heard back at this point.

I have researched the products and I am not willing to have the products used on my face. The cost of their mask sells for $4000. I do not know if the person applying the products is certified as a skin care professional. The voucher did not have the store name or phone number on it. I am very dissatisfied with the voucher and request a full refund due to fraudulent sales practices and ridiculously overpriced products. I am asking for a full refund due to my dissatisfaction with the entire process.

to me
I have received the products as promised and am satisfied with the outcome. We can close out this complaint.

Thank you for you service.
I really appreciate it.

The product I received is not the product used on me in the store. It does not work and actually makes my skin look worse.
On Dec. 26, 2019, I was conned into purchasing the D'or 24K Non-Surgical Eye Lift syringe. The sales rep, Anna, pulled my daughter and I into the store and put some cream on one of my eyes. The result was amazing; my puffiness, dark circles, and wrinkles completely disappeared. She told me that the product is a treatment, and that when used once a week at night for a year, would continue to yield the results I saw in the store. So, I bought the product. However, the product in the syringe I received is not doing anything to my skin. In fact, it creates more wrinkles under my eyes. I emailed the company directly and was told that each store has its own return policies, and gave me the website for the PV store. The website states that they issue no returns, only exchanges.

I'd like to note in my complaint that Anna, the sales rep, told me that the owner of the store (and the products) had been on Dr. Oz, which is a lie. I have researched this and it is untrue.

Here is some more info:
Address of store: Paseo Diaz Ordaz 882B, Puerto Vallarta Mexico
Invoice #3253
Payment amount: 4,000 pesos ($211.33 US dollars)
Payment type: Visa credit card

Desired Outcome

I would like a complete refund to my credit card.

Hi *** unfortunately this Mexico store isn't an official D'OR24K brand Store. Therefore we cannot proceed any refunds. You will need to contact store owners where u purchase the product. Regardless our customer services will send you instructions how to use the product.

Customer Response • Jan 01, 2020

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
This store is listed on your website as an official store, so saying that it is not an "official" D'or 24K store is untrue. Don't bother sending me instructions for using the product. I know how to use it, it just doesn't work.

D'Or 24K Cosmetics Response • Jan 02, 2020

Its list of locations selling dor24k products. its not managed and operated by dor24k. We cannot submit any refunds as this terminal not owned by dor24k. You need to have contact the store owner of this store or contact you CC to dispute.

Customer Response • Jan 05, 2020

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
How can you say that the store has no affiliation with your products? The store is listed on your website, and sells the products that you make. Is this not a franchise? You are saying that the store is not owned by D'or 24K? Does this mean that the company D'or 24K makes NO money from the profits of these products sold in its stores? That is one of the most ridiculous things I have ever heard.

I noticed today that your website no longer has a store locator on it - you obviously took that down after my complaint. You have an obligation to any customer who buys YOUR products from any of YOUR stores.

D'Or 24K Cosmetics Response • Jan 08, 2020

Its not a franchise each location is self managed and operated. If you have any other questions please contact ***@dor24k.com But they will be able to help you with product issues. No refunds. Please read the refund policy on our website. https://www.dor24k.com/pages/refund-policy
Products purchased from a 3rd party store, kiosk or distributor salon must be returned to the same place you bought them, and all returns and exchanges are subject to individual store policy.

Customer Response • Jan 09, 2020

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I have already contacted ***@dor24k.com as you suggested and they have not assisted me with product issues. That IS my issue - with the product. The product I received is counterfeit - it is not the same product that was put on my face at the store. As a company, you should be made aware of and then take action against any of your stores that are selling fake products. YOU should be helping customers like me who have been defrauded to get our money back, and put an end to fraudulent sales at any of your stores. I am assuming that many of your stores are selling legitimate products - like the one that was actually put on my face - but when one or more stores is selling something inferior, the company as a whole needs to take responsibility.

If I could give this company and the eye cream I purchased negative 50 stars I would.

I purchased the product on August 3, 2019 after a rep for the company sampled the products under my eyes. The skin under my eyes immediately began tingling and the salesman stated: "That means it's working."

When I woke up the next day, hives had developed under my eyes and it literally took two weeks for the hives under my eyes to disappear -even with the use of hydrocortisone cream and while taking a daily anti-histimine tablet. That's just how toxic the sample was.

When I contacted the corporate office for a refund, I was told that it was the responsibility of the "personal retailer" who sold the product to provide the refund - but the issue was that the personal retailer stated he worked for D'Or 24k. So, I returned the product to the address on my receipt and it was sent back to me and then D'Or 24k customer service stopped responding to my emails.

Desired Outcome

I lost my money, but I still have my eyes thankfully!.I know it's months after the incident, but I want to end 2019 on a good note, and I just don't want anyone else to have to deal with this, I'll take a refund, but if I can't have that,I just want this complaint to live on the Revdex.com site. The returned package is still in the FedEx box it was returned in from the address on the receipt. (Maryland)

Dear *** D'OR24K the brand. NOT selling in any trade shows. That's different retails. Therefore we cannot apply any refunds as your transaction isn't in our terminal.
You need to contact the company you purchase from stated on your receipt. or contact you credit card company.

The business isn't stating anything new. They said the same thing the first time that I attempted to get a refund. I'm beyond that now and I already stated that in my complaint. I just want other consumers to BE WARNED about this product because my reaction was SO SEVERE and it LASTED FOR OVER A WEEK. That is the more important issue.
But months ago, the business claimed that it would contact the original seller of the item - but obviously never did. So I doubt very seriously the company's word can be relied upon and that answer is probably their standard answer when these types of issues come up.

CONSUMERS BE WARNED!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had no prior knowledge of this company or their products before meeting one of their promoters in the mall. She was extremely educated about skincare and kindly explained the benefits of these products over others. I am a hard sell but I didn't feel pressured because after experiencing the products, I course and feel their results immediately. Yes, the products are pricey, even with the great discounts I was offered, but I only have one face and I deserve to keep it looking it's best!

High pressure tactics targeting seniors & tourists in St.Maarten. Under pressure made purchase. What salesman said respect was really condescending.
They give samples on the street & tell you they need to demo eye treatment. Then say owner in town & will do free facial demo. See attached for details & texts with Dom the person that did demo. Under pressure on 9/13/19 charged $3100 to American Express. Told products would be shipped from Las Vegas. During treatment Dom kept referring to self as my son & me like a mother to him. Request both verbally & in writing on form with shipping info that ship date should be 9/20/19 as no one home to get package. When texted Dom on 9/14/19 try to cancel he said no refunds & product already shipped. More details in the attached.

to me
As of 10/13/19 nothing has been delivered. I believe this whole thing was a scam. Notice today from credit card company the they have credited card with full amount as products not arrived and no proof of shipment from Dor 24k. Also, they ignore request for information.
Thank you for your help. This company is bad news!

I went to DOR 24 k store in the Manchester mall in New Hampshire. The women in the store was very aggressive and verbally about the products she was selling as I walk by. I told her no I am disabled and I couldn't afford it. She continued to be aggressive in selling her product. I got a free sample application that put on to see if I would like it. She again was trying to pressure me into buying it. I had a lot of anxiety over I just bought it and then after my anxiety attack passed realized that I shouldn't have given into this product, I feel I was pressured into this product many times as mentioned earlier in this letter. My friend went over to ask why I couldn't return it. They told me I couldn't return it because it was face cream. I didn't even get a chance to use any of the product so there was no reason why I couldn't return it. The employee would not give out the manger's name or any information so we could talk to him about it. I feel I was scammed and pressured into something I really didn't want. This is a lot of money put out and I really would like to be able to get refunded this. See receipt for employee information and phone number. It say on the receipt that no refunds are given but nothing was said prior to my purchase so then it was too late for the return.
If you need a written statement from my friend her name is Bobbie Johnston. Her phone number is (XXX)XXX-XXXX her address is 82 Phil Brook Road Sanborn, NH XXXXX
Sincerely

Desired Outcome

Refund to credit card

to me

My bank had credited back $500 thank you for your help

Bad sales strategy. They are pushing customers to buy. Doesn't let go of you easily and will be deceived to buy their product. Unprofessional.

I came out from a store and a guy approached me. He doesn't let me go even I say I dont want it. He aapplied some products on my face that actually makes my skin irritated. I repeatedly tell him that I have sensitive skin. Then he offered me things, ill get it for cheaper price. Buy one and Ill give you one for free. I was about to leave and he offered me something again, numiere which costs $8000 according to him, he'll give it to me for $500. I said no, but he doesn't let me go and continuously trying to persuade me. He is also creepy and asking if I want to get a coffee with him or go on a date. I just wanted the talk to finish, I got deceived and felt scammed. That's very unprofessional way of having salesman like that. I want a refund on my product. I dont have the actual receipt but I have saved my receipt number and my email was taken so of ever, they can get the history of purchase. The items also irritates my skin and the numiere is not doing any good on my face, instead I am having rashes and break outs on my face which he promised would do great!

Bad bad service. Deceiving, bad strategy. Pushing customers to spend for what they don't need. I am a college student and I tried to tell that to him because I am not financially stable but he tried to push me to buy or else he won't leave me alone from persuading to buy it.

Desired Outcome

I want a refund, especially to the numiere gadget. Bad sales strategy. Have some more respect and be more professional.

I am very embarrassed to say the least that I fell for this *** I was reeled in by a excellent sales tactics. The saleswoman showed a me a wrinkle removing cream that worked almost instantly. I was very impressed. When she told me the price of over $500, I said no thanks, and somehow the price got lower and lower and more and more "free gifts" were offered. I was also given a free facial coupon, and when I asked where the spa was she said she would show me a few doors down. Of course, who was there to meet us but what I call "the closer". I guess spending $200 already, the cream must've wrote sucker on my face. I told them I had only 5 minutes because I truly was in a hurry to pick up my kids from school. This "special" man who supposedly was only there from Miami for the day and only could supposedly spare a few minutes to show me what the free facial involves, had zero respect for my time. 1 minute more, and 1 more. No! What part of my children are going to be stranded don't you understand? This over- pressured sales tactic now had me angry. And the icing on the cake was the icing on my face when I got to the car. The wrinkle remover became sticky and ashy. Elmer's glue probably would have had the same effect for $199 less. Now I'm stuck with this product that I can't return. As embarrassed as I am, I will tell everyone NOT to give 1 second of their time to this sales cult.
