I bought the eye non surgical lifting innovation. when I went in after telling them i'm not interested. they put this gel on my eyes. it did work
she told me it would last me 6 months. well in less then 2 months there is none left. I used it how she told me.2 times now its empty after 2 uses. I am so mad. it cost 200.00 for a promise that was not kept. I am going back to the store and bring it back so no one else can get cheated like this.

Employee would not let me leave despite us saying multiple times that we are unable to afford it. Persistent and kept pushing us to purchase products.
The sales rep *** from the Galleria location kept pushing us to purchase products even after we told her multiple times that we could not afford it or want it. She pulled my girlfriend aside and started putting product on her hand without asking her, and continuously said that it will be free. After she put everything on as a sample, we told her once again, that we are college students and are unable to afford it. She then proceeds to say okay, not a problem, and says she is going to give us a coupon for next time. But instead, she pretends that she is our friend, saying she's not supposed to be doing this but she is giving us a very good deal, saying just for us the $149 product is only $49. Again we declined and said next time. She then continues to pull me aside and beings insulting me regarding how my face looks and how I should clean my face. She further talks about my skin like it's a joke, making me feel extremely uncomfortable. After this, we continue to decline the purchase, but she would not let us leave. She begins to put the product in a bag, before we even agreed to purchase, and then at that point we were put in a extremely tight spot. We never said yes to purchasing the product, but she continued to charge us for it.

Desired Outcome

I am seeking a refund for a product that I never wanted. The way the sales representative made me feel is unacceptable and downgrading to anyone. They try to make you feel bad about your own body and yourself, just so that you purchase their product. After multiple non consent to the purchase, she continued to bag it and made us feel bad if we were not to purchase the product.

Hello,
Vendors replied that they gave the customers the price for each item. Total amount of purchase was discussed and agreed before charging the card. Since it is skin care and cosmetics, the store's policy is no refunds and that is stated not only on the receipt of purchase, but also on a sign in the store. Customer signed the receipt of purchase with the total amount charged

Everything about this company screams Scam! From the way they grab you into the store to the nonsense about the owner having 5 minutes to show you how the products work.
The prices are astronomical! Watch Out!

Help! While on vacation product purchased and no invoice or receipt!
While on vacation with 84 year husband in St. Thomas and St. Martin I (wife) went into town and was invited in to the store - champagne, much attention, product on face and neck - more champagne. I loved that part but also made me unaware the length this purchase would go. I have NO RECEIPT OR INVOICE. I have no idea what I was charged for. The gentleman was very friendly, complimentary, handsome... along with his staff. The champagne made me too willing to purchase... along with the attention they gave me. Some of the product looks like it had been opened and some actually used. The product did not have the sealant/wrapping around containers and some of boxes looked old/used and not closed for new customer. Since I do not have a receipt or invoice other than my credit card charged - I wish now I could not have purchased and I wish the card had refused this charge from D'or 24K. I went online and found product at varying prices and the website of DOR product is set at a huge markup. I communicated with the handsome young man (appeared to be owner/boss) and I do not have an answer back re the invoice or receipt.

Desired Outcome

I would appreciate a "person" call me at XXX-XXX-XXXX and explain how to return the unopened boxes (at the website price no EBAY or Amazon or ?) for unopened product. The fact that I DO NOT HAVE A RECEIPT OR INVOICE I have no way of sending that in with returned product. I NEED A COPY OF WHAT WAS CHARGED TO ME ITEMIZED ALONG WITH instructions on returning the product. Again, some of the product appeared to be used/opened/not sealed. high pressure sales and product caused rash and swelling of the under eye. purchased in treasure coast mall. refund refused.
tried to return the product that caused a rash swelling of the eye. was told there is ne refund and store employee got nasty. when asked where the published return policy was the employee went behind the register and pulled up a sign that said no returns. sign was not displayed when purchase was made. We then contacted mall management and they tried to call the owner. the mall management then came back and said that I received a two hour facial which is a lie because it was scheduled for later in the day of the requested return. al we want to is return a 300+ product that cant be used.

treasure coast mall doesn't seems to be legit d'or24k brand store it may be one of the Wholesalers. Therefore we cannot issue any refunds.

We're embarrassed that we fell for their hard-sell "today only" antics. After we purchased a ridiculously overpriced skin cream, we tried to contact them to cancel the order and no one answered the phone. Once we received the package, we tried to contact them by phone several times to arrange for return and no one answered the phone. So we returned it with a note explaining our request for return. It's been over a month since the postal service confirmed delivery and we still have not seen a refund on our credit card. Tried to call again and ... you guessed it. Bad Business!

hen they sold me a $300.00 product but gave me the one they used for demos. It was empty after one use!
I purchased, after and hour of HIGH PRESSUREM a 24K ?Syringe face product. However it was empty, they gave me the DEMO box and I got one use out of it then it was empty. I have been more than patient. I tried to contact the customer service # NEVER ANSWERED 10 TRIES. Then I noticed the other local number (XXX)XXX-XXXX. Finally after about 6 attempts with a NO VM SET UP. I got ahold of a lady I think Laya was her name. She appoligized and promised to call me. That was over a month ago.
I just want to warn consumers because they took me for $655.50

I would have taken a replacement but now I have used the other products WITHOUT THE FINAL ONE. NOW I JUST WANT A REFUND AND TO WARN CONSUMERS

I returned their product unopened the next day after I realized they lied to me. They refused to take the product. I left the product with them. But they still refused to credit me

To the best of our knowledge, we have not received any correspondence from this particular customer, as she had never contacted our customer service line or corporate offices. In order to better assist the customer, we will need her to contact us directly at ***@deor24k.com with a more detailed explanation regarding her experience, as well as attach a copy of her detailed receipt along with any credit card receipts, showing the date, time, amount of purchase, store location, etc. Please have her include her full name and phone number in her email so we have the necessary means in contacting her in a timely manner.

I am a sixty-nine year old senior citizen on a social security fixed income.
On August 24, 2017, I was in the Galleria Mall, Ft. Lauderdale FL, waiting to see a representative at the Apple store. I walking through the mall when a man came out a kiosk and shoved a sample of cream in my hand. He said that he wanted to show me this amazing eye serum. He said that if I used it once a week for 4 months that the darkness and bags under my eyes would permanently go away. He applied it under my right eye and said my eye looked much better. He kept pushing me to buy the product for $299 which he said was a great deal. I finally agreed to buy it. I followed him into the D'Or 24K store where he said I needed to go to purchase the eye serum. He charged $318 for the eye serum on my Bank of America Visa.
After I bought the serum, He offered me a free face-lifting demo with his boss, Don ***. Don *** did one side of my face while showing me pictures of celebrities that he said used the product. He showed me before and after pictures of women who did the program. Don told me that the application results were amazing and that I should be model and example for the product. The store was dimly lit and I only was given a mirror for a brief time.
Don stated that the program cost $10,000 and he showed me comparable prices on the internet. I told him I didn't want the product and definitely could not afford it. He continued to pressure and intimidate me insisting that this was better than a face lift. He dropped the price in stages to finally $1800 which he told me was at his cost and how could I refuse I told him I didn't have the money nor did I have enough available on a credit card. Then he asked for a few credit cards so that he could spread the payment out. Once he had my credit cards I gave in and he began swiping credit cards and gave me several receipts to sign. When I left I was not sure of the final price.
I went home and looked over my receipts. I realized I had spent $2,226. I felt humiliated when I realized the facial results claims could not be true and that I let someone sell me things that I could not afford. I spoke with my sister and decided that I needed to return the products. I felt that I could not go by myself because Don was very intimidating.
On August 30, 2017, I went with my sister and a friend to return the unused products to the D'Or 24K store. Don *** was there. He refused to let me return the items because he said there was a no refund policy. I told him no one told me about a no refund policy when I purchased the items. He then tried to intimidate me by telling the store had cameras everywhere. He also told me there was a no return sign when I purchased the products. I told him I did not see a sign when I was there. Next he said that I could return the products because these products were part of a promotion and promotional products cannot be returned. I told him that there was no mention of a promotion. Next he said that once products leave the store, there is law that prohibits resale even if the product is in the original packaging and not opened.
I never was told there is a no refund policy but later noticed on the receipts it says No Refunds in very small letters at the bottom of the receipt. Don told me to call customer service which I later did. After we left the store I was very upset and filed a complaint with the Galleria. The next day I called D' Or 24 K Customer Service and was initially offered a 5% to ten per cent refund and keep the product. The next day Dave at D' Or 24 K Customer Service called me to offer a 25% refund. I asked him if the Galleria Mall Management had contacted Customer Service. He told me the Mall Management was just a concierge service. When I didn't respond a few days later, he contacted me and offered 50% back and keep the product.
They do not disclose the no refund policy. The company makes untrue claims and preys on senior citizens who are on fixed income.

Desired Outcome

I want to return all the unused and unopened facial products for a full refund of $2,226

1. Client asking for full refund and she used some of the products
2. Customer service offered client 50% Refund although the store policy has no refund exchange only policy on cosmetic items. Client declined the offer.
3. Customer signed on receipt that stating no refunds / exchange only within 7 days.
4. Next to the register there is a sign with no refund policy attached.
5. Client filled a dispute with the credit card company so right now they cannot issue any refund until credit card will find a resolution.
6. As client stated on her dispute "I finally agreed to buy it"

In the response, D'OR24K, the brand, stated that the store at the Galleria Mall is managed and operated by one of their wholesalers and D'OR24K is not affiliated with them. How is the Galleria Mall's D'OR24K, a wholesaler, selling direct to a consumer? If it is a franchise, then the D'OR24K brand is responsible for all their franchisees.

When I made my purchase, I did not see a sign stating no refund. However, I did see the no refund removable sign when I attempted to return the unopened products in their original packaging. Also, no mention of the no refund policy was stated when I made the purchase. I do not want to use the products and want to return them unopened with a full refund.

If the products were of such quality and high value, the salesperson would not have the ability to drop the price thousands of dollars. The company should be investigated regarding the actual quality of their products and alignment with prices and business practices.

I believe I was targeted because of my age. I'm also filing a complaint with Consumer Finance Protection Bureau.

The store management at Galleria Mall agree to make a full refund to client at these conditions.
1) The client will arrive to galleria mall store with all products closed with the original packaging.
2) Confirmation Letter from the credit card company that the dispute is cancelled.
3) Client signature on customer refund receipt and waiver agreement.
4) Client will remove all negative publications / reviews she made online. And agree not to write any future negative publications / claims / lawsuit now or in the future.
