I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Because that is not what he told me. After going down there multiple times he told me and my mom one of his technicians did it. I don’t know what to do past this point. I guess going to see a lawyer is my only other option if messaging you guys doesn’t help.

1.  No one contacted me on April 20th as Haley's representative claims.   I haven't heard from anyone at the dealership for over a month.  3.  If the problems couldn't be duplicated as  he claims, it's because they refused-despite repeated requests from me-to drive the car on the road that I use several times daily and where I took the initial test drive.  The salesman [redacted] rode with me when we drove the same road as on my initial test drive and he DID notice something wrong, so saying the problems couldn't be duplicated is a false statement.

Yes, Mr. [redacted] has been very helpful and a man of his word. We are just waiting on a call back from the painter so we can split the cost of front bumper as they have stated in statement. Mr. [redacted] said that it was done previously by someone else and the work was bad from  not  clean & strip bumper. Resulting in peeling / trash in paint (overspray) that you can't clean out of white and will only get worse peeling later. Mr. [redacted] has told me we can get this done the right way and I trust & Thank him for all his help
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
