They actually called us the day before pick ups and delivery just to make sure everything was set. Whenever I had a question they were quick with a friendly response. I was very disappointed with Dorm Room Movers. I used them to store my son's belongings over the summer 2015 at SUNY Binghamton. I signed up in May for a delivery date in August. I planned my trip back to Binghamton to coincide with this date. When Dorm Room Movers did not arrive within the promised window of time, I called and was told they were running a little late. After a full day of waiting for them, at around 7:00 PM, I was told that they could not deliver onthe promised day and would have to come back the next day. All of my son's bedding linens, towels, and winter clothing etc. were in storage. We could not set up his room, make his bed, etc. Clearly the company overbooked and did not have enough manpower to meet their commitments. I arranged my whole day around these armatures, and I will make different arrangements in the future. I would recommend that you use some other company for your summer storage needs.

Dorm Room Movers was perfect for moving out during the hectic time of finals. It allowed me to focus on my schoolwork and not worry about packing up and lugging all of my items to storage. Workers were very professional and the overall experience was stress-free.
