history and transactions you have made at Dosh merchants using a credit card linked to your account. On June 27than email was sent to you from a Dosh Customer Support Supervisor. Please respond to that email so that we may complete our review of your account. I am rejecting this response because: I still have money owedI had people sign up in front of me and link their cardsMy DOSH social changed in $increments as well so I do know these people signed upI hustled and offered people free starbucks cards, etc for signing upThere is no time stamp or date on anything from DOSH on the app so I have NO Proof to show everyone else that signed up under neath me other then the dosh social.? ? I will make sure to spread the word about the DOSH Social app through Social media.? You have hundreds of people constantly complaining of not being paid and all DOSH does is give Generic Responses to submit a ticket, etcYour response is a basic generic response EVERY SINGLE TIMEIm over it.?

used your referral link to download Dosh during last month’s referral bonus promotion, and we only paid you for one.? To get paid for referrals during that promotion, certain requirements had to be completed.? A Dosher had to, firstly, send people his/her personal referral link via social media, email or text message? When any person he/she referred 1) clicked on the link on his/her mobile phone to download the Dosh app; 2) created a Dosh account; and 3) linked an eligible credit or debit card, then the referrer was paid $by Dosh? This page was emailed to all Doshers, and has been available online since February 12, 2018, the day of the start of the promotion ? Dosh has reviewed your complete account history and details, and it has been determined that we have already paid you for the two (2) $referral bonus that you have earned to date (for *** **? and *** **)? ? Please note that your bonus for *** **? was issued to you after your filing with the Revdex.com.? If you wish, you may redeem the funds in your Dosh Wallet by transferring them to your bank or PayPal account ? In communications with Customer Support, you noted four (4) other individuals (*** **, *** **, *** **? and *** **) who you stated you are owed additional referral bonuses for.? Dosh has verified that *** **, *** **? and *** **? did not use your link to download Dosh on their mobile phones.? As such, you did not meet the requirements to earn bonuses for them.? Additionally, although *** **? did successfully use your link to create her Dosh account, to date she has not linked an eligible credit or payment card to her Dosh account.? The requirements were not met for you to earn a referral bonus for *** **? You are not owed any outstanding referral bonuses from Dosh, and we consider this matter closed.? ? In order to earn the $referral bonus, the promotion required any person you referred to both create a Dosh account (using your personal referral link that you share with them) and link a credit or debit card before the end of the promotion.? These conditions were not met, and this is why you did not receive any $referral bonuses.? ? You state that you received notification(s) from Dosh which said the bonuses would be applied to your account on December 7, 2017.? Please note that you are referencing a general notification that was issued to all Dosh subscribers, via the app.? That notification was not specific for you.? Rather, it was a general communication that was (and still currently is) in the feed of all Dosh subscribers; and may be viewed by going to “Home” in the Dosh app and scrolling down.? It reads, “$Referral Bonus Update: Total referral bonus will be deposited into your Dosh Wallet by 12/7.”? We apologize for the confusion this notification caused you? Since you did not meet the offer requirements, you will not be paid any referral bonuses in conjunction with that offer.? As such, we consider this matter resolved.? ? You are receiving the error message for this reason.? ? ***’s Terms of Service, which are public and available in the app and online at www.***.cash, clearly state, in part: “In order to access or use the Services (other than merely browsing the Website), you must: (i) be years of age or older, reside in the United States, and have a U.S.-based, non-VoIP mobile phone number; (ii) accept and agree to these Terms, including our Privacy Policy and any Additional Terms; (iii) create a user account with us (an “Account”) and maintain your Account in good standing; and (iv) provide all information requested by us, such as your name, phone number, email address, and payment account information (“User Information”).? correspondence that during Dosh’s January referral bonus promotion you had a total of four referrals and only received payment for two.  We conducted a review of your account, and have verified that you received payment from Dosh for four referral bonuses.  As of February 19, 2018, Dosh’s records reflect that you have successfully redeemed $56 from your Dosh Wallet.  That $56 is comprised of your earnings from linking your own two payment cards in the app, the three (3) $15 referral bonuses you earned during Dosh’s referral promotion which lasted from January 7-21, 2018, and the one (1) $5 referral bonus you earned after the end of that promotion.  After a complete review of our records, it has been determined that Dosh has paid you for all bonuses you earned during the January promotion.  As such, we consider this matter closed.    Thank you for using Dosh.  If you require assistance on this or any other matter, please feel free to submit a ticket to Customer Support.   Regards,    The Dosh Team

I am rejecting this response because:  The person I last told you about (I will not mention names as I'm not sure if this is made public) with the first initial "*" clicked on my link right in front of me.  The fact that your system lost track of his complete registration (including immediate action in successfully registering his credit card) should not be the fault of the customer.  I realize, however, you have thousands of complaints matching my exact scenario, wallpapered across social media.  Your company made a big mistake and isn't making good on promises because the system is so fundamentally flawed, you CANNOT track your mistake.  It's a shame.  I would expect you to at least act with integrity and make good on promises.  I don't think thousands of people, having the same experience that has fallen on deaf ears, is anything to dismiss.  I pray your company accepts your mistakes and honors your agreement with it's customers.  The fact that you have no record for SO many people clicking on referral links is a wave of poor public attention that I've never seen to this degree for ANY app.  It would be in your best interest to act honorably and respond to the public.  At least admit that you have taken thousands of dollars from THOUSANDS of people who held up their end of the legal agreement.  Pay me my $15 agreed upon referral fee.  Please operate with integrity, even if you can't prove your error.  Thousands upon thousands of people cannot be wrong.
