Please note:? ? I contacted the [redacted] Police each time not [redacted] or anyone else from AutoDrive1.? The? first time? was because [redacted] told me that he had his co-worker as his witness and I was alone and feeling vulnerable.? Second time: Then? on Monday? (which is when the police officer told me to return to the dealership) I did bring my friend (who is the person who had previously purchased a vehicle at AutoDrive1)At that time [redacted] reneged on what he told the officer, which again I was told to leave.? ? This resulted in my bothering the [redacted] Police once againI was told that the paperwork to cancel the [redacted] sale would be ready for me to sign? on Tuesday? and to come back at? 12:00pm.? ? Third time:? Tuesday, I arrived at? 12:00pm? (as instructed by the police) but there was no paperwork for me to sign to cancel the car loan.? ? AutoDrivewent and registered the [redacted] and got new plates for the car (again against what [redacted] told the police office he was going to do).? ? I was also told to get my [redacted] off their car lot.? Again, I was told to get off the property and the [redacted] Police were called again? So Yes, I have been? verbally? instructed by [redacted] Police not to return to AutoDrive [redacted] ;? However,? I have? nothing in writing.? ? Also, I was professional and did not threaten, swear, or take any other unprofessional action against ***? [redacted] or anyone else at AutoDrive1.As for [redacted] who was very unprofessional and as soon as he told me to leave I did so and did not return until the police officers gave me the okay to do step onto the property.? ? ? Ihave no intention? of returning to AutoDrive1, nor did I want to be there? on Saturday,? Monday? or? Tuesday; but because of the? lies and deceit of the dealership? The original date that this vehicle was supposed to be ready was September 29, at the Natick locationOn the morning of the 29th, I called the business and was assured that my vehicle would be there after pmWhen I arrived not only was the vehicle not there but they also let me know they had to put in the shop due to an abs lightOn Friday, October 2, they called to say the car was not ready due to the mechanic not getting the part and it wouldn't be ready until Monday, October On Monday October 5, I was told the car was being worked on that day and would be back on TuesdayOn Tuesday, Oct7th, I was told? by ***? that "if you had not received the registration I would have you come get your money because it's not worth the aggravation." (EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL) In addition, to that he assured me that the car would be delivered on Wednesday, October 7, at pm to my home addressOn the morning of the October 7th, I called and confirmed that the car would be delivered this afternoon and asked that rather than come to my home if it could be delivered to my daughter's daycare where I would already be at that time as opposed to having to take? another taxi to get home to meet themThe guy (***) assured me that his driver was headed to pick it up and then to get the [redacted] inspection done on it and that it would be to me by pm thereAt 2, I called to be sure that they had the right address and were on the wayNot only did they put me on hold for minutes but they also, did not answer when I called back and at 3:PM had [redacted] (the person, that originally did my paperwork at their Bridgewater location) call me to tell me that the car was actually still in the shop and had not been picked up because the part had not been ordered and they would try to have it ready and delivered tomorrow, October 8, So not only have I been without a vehicle since my old one died on September 27th, but I have been forced to use a taxi to get myself and my daughter to and from work each dayI have spent approximately $alone in fees for that since public transportation does not go by my daughter's daycare and would have been a minute walk from my job putting me even later for work than I usually am since her daycare does not open until AMNow they are offering to pay for the state inspection on my vehicle in addition to the car paymentsI believe that I have been completely misled in this whole ordeal and? at this point I would just like my car and a check to be cut for the inspection, so that I can take it to a place of my choice and get the inspection report (for the bank)? as well as to be reimbursed for the days this car has been on my insurance and I have not had itThe bank has been great with helping me to resolve this and it is only because of them that I learned the REAL reason why my car has not been delivered to me and are in agreement with me that I should not be responsible for the payments on the car until I have the car in my possession ESPECIALLY since they too had been told it would be delivered to me on Wednesday, October 7, Regards, [redacted] ?

We heard from you earlier this year when you stated you were having issues with your vehicleAt that point, you were out of warranty by a few months and had put a significant amount of mileage on the vehicle, but we still offered to diagnose your vehicle free of chargeYou never brought the vehicle to us and we have not heard from you sinceHowever, we will still diagnose your vehicle free of charge and allow for you to use our discount at your expense? on any repairs needed

I am writing as an update to this claimYesterday, as instructed by Officer [redacted] on Saturday 8/29/15, I returned to the Auto Drive office at approximately pm to retrieve my [redacted] and void the entire transaction related to the [redacted] ***Upon arriving, the paperwork was not ready to void the transaction, and they attempts to send me away with only my keys and an u voided contract, despite what they had informed Officer [redacted] that they would doWhen I refused to leave without signing anything, I was told to go outside and I wasn't allowed in the buildingHe still had not given me back my keys to the [redacted] that they say they did not take from me, but refuse to give me backImmediately, I had to call the [redacted] Police again, and three officers arrived this timeAs of 5:45p on 8/31/the officers were told that I could come back on Tuesday 9/1/and take possession of my vehicle and sign the paperwork voiding the entire transaction at noon, and could not take possession of my vehicle until such a time, so again it was left on the Auto Drive lot in [redacted] , **. I have had to contact [redacted] regarding the auto loan because this dealership had yet to cancel anything, and spoke with them this morning regarding this issueMy insurance company has also been made aware of the situation. Now, despite having told the police twice that they were canceling my deal and giving me back my car, they went and registered the new car as of noon today and are trying to force me to take both vehiclesThe police are now involved once again. While we are unsure of how a mechanic can fix a vehicle "temporarily" for approximately 30,miles, we were still trying to assist you in trading out of the vehicle before this complaint was submittedWe have tried to contact you twice since this complaint was submittedWe were attempting to locate a third row SUV that you stated you needed that fit within your approval and budgetAt this point, we can continue working on the trade in process, but we do need communication

Please find attached a document that *** *** *** will ask *** *** of AutoDriveto sign so that *** Bank can "unwind" this car loan. The *** *** (VIN#***) is being driven back to the AutoDriveDealership at this time. The only thing different on this vehicle is that it will have mileage from when *** drove from home to work or from the dealership to home or vice-versa.When *** gets onsite he will be asking for the Dealership to cancel the car loan with *** Bank, take back possession of the *** *** and return the *** *** VIN# ***, with only the *** State Inspection Sticker missing (Inspection Sticker was good until 1/2016)(which AutoDriveDealership removed the inspection sticker without authorization from *** Jayden ***).*** will need the signature(s) in order to clear this matter up today.Thank you for your assistance.

As discussed yesterday morning before this complaint was submitted, we were going to be paying your first weekly payments for the time spent without the vehicleAs discussed today, we will be paying your first weekly payments as well as delivering the vehicle to your home

I am writing in response to the answer that AutoDrivein *** has submitted regarding Revdex.com Complaint # ***. I (*** Jayden ***) spoke with *** ***, salesperson for AutoDrive1 a few times on Saturday, August after learning that the car loan, which AutoDrive
applied for on my behalf through *** Bank, did not include the $4,balance which was still owed on my *** *** VIN# ***When I spoke with *** he then informed me for the first time that “the *** *** VIN# *** was not taken as a trade-in. I even drove to the dealership to give the *** *** SE back to AutoDriveand take back my *** *** VIN# ***; but *** told me that I couldn'thave it back until Monday even though it's not part of a trade. The reason was because they have to cancel the financing contract, even though according to *** *** my *** *** VIN# *** wasn't covered under the financing contract. If my *** *** was not covered under the financing contract and the vehicle is trespassing on their lot then WHY did *** *** take possession of the *** *** VIN# *** with my keys, tell me that he did not need any paperwork on the car and then removed the inspection sticker sometime before Saturday 8/29; would that be considered vandalism by AutoDrive1? I contact the *** Police Station Saturday, August and Officer *** arrived and did take a statement from me, as well as witnessed that the car was missing the inspection sticker. My *** State Inspection Sticker was good until February 2016. Side Notes: And not to mention that they had to do a second purchase contract because they didn't do the registration within the day transfer time. Also, *** *** told me outright before I call the *** Police Station that it doesn't matter what I say, his coworker was right there and will go along with his story.I furthermore will be picking up the *** *** VIN# *** later this afternoon as long as I am made whole. Which was promised by *** *** when he told me that the contract with AutoDriveand the bank loan through *** Bank would be voided.*** ***

We offered to take the vehicle for the *** inspection that your insurance agent requires prior to them insuring the vehicleWe also stated that we would give you the $to get the vehicle inspected (meaning you would take the vehicle to get inspected)The only reason you do not have the vehicle yet is because the vehicle has been tied up at the *** dealer waiting for a partWe did get the vehicle back and will be delivered todayWe have been informing you every step of the way and have done everything in our power to get you into the vehicle as soon as possible

We mentioned to you on Saturday that we would have fixed the vehicle and as long as it was dropped off at our locationYou did not bring the vehicle to us for it to be fixedWe send our vehicles out to third party reputable mechanicsSince you have already completed the work without our mechanics
looking at the vehicle, please fax the repair order to usWe will quote the work with our mechanics and send you the amount we would have been charged

There seems to be quite a bit of confusion hereYou did not trade in the vehicle you mention in your complaintYou left the vehicle on our lot when you took delivery of your new vehicleThere was never a time that we were trading in your vehicle and this was stressed to you several timesPlease remove your car from our propertyThe vehicle you purchased from us is set to be registered today
