Our company has a Limited Lifetime Product Warranty, which we do abide by after the proof of purchase is provided and we can accurately find a manufacture date of windows. The windows in your home were manufactured in 2003, which in accordance with our Seal warranty falls under years 11 through 20, 50% of the cost of the replacement glass component at our current price for insulated glass and Hardware is warranted for 3 years. Also stated in our warranty, our company does not cover any labor or shipping/handling charges. So please understand the cost breakdown Eliot sent is not retaliation from our company by no means he is following our product warranty for windows over 10 years old.
