I ordered 200 face masks for my company and spend $677 they were custom and came in wrong. The masks were suppose to be individually wrapped, my custom business logo and like the image. I received dirty masks from China when they said they were from Chicago, the masks logo is not even close to the logo I sent or the proof they sent me. I sent photos and they told me that they would remake the masks and I have gone thru 50 emails and they will no longer respond to me after I requested a refund. They have my money and I want it back. I want this business shut down they are stealing money from people. Please help it took a month to get the wrong item and im at another month. I need my money back please

I ordered 200 customized face masks over 6 weeks ago and never received the product. I was charged immediately and was repeatedly told it was on the way but when I called the USPS and gave them the tracking number provided by DOZ Trading the USPS said they had no record of the order.

They finally did respond on May 6 to say that we may ship it back with us paying the shipping. We then reached out to them and they failed to respond. Placed an order for 500 masks on April 10, 2020 at 04:14 PM. We were told we'd receive them between 4/22 and order #1618 was placed. We paid $1,114.00 on our company credit card and I have followed up via email, chat and telephone on 6 different occasions since but no one replies or calls back.

I ordered 68 I-phone cases with DozCell Company this January. I received my order in a timely manner however, I am missing a good amount of my cases. I only received 59 cases, which 7 of those are phone models I did not order on top of missing colors for other models received. Besides merchandise not being sent, I was also charged a $25 shipping fee, when the website clearly stated after a $200 purchase, shipping is free, which we accomplished hoping to not get charged. I have contacted the company several times, which we made contact once, but that was a reply from the vendor addressing the shipping charge, which is non-disputable since they are moving forward in not offering that service anymore. Which is certainly false advertisement, we bought the products with the $25 free shipping advertised, spent the minimum $200 but still got charged and now the website has been changed to not display that information. Hope to have this matter cleared soon with a shipping and missing merchandise refund or my shipping refund and all my missing products. If any further information is needed, I do have email threads of attempts to contact and the website advertising for the shipping. Thank you.

I ordered a set of popup sockets. They sent me the wrong ones. I contacted them to get this problem fixed. They sent out the new popit sockets via DHL. For over 3 weeks I have tried to get my package contacting DHL and DOZ trading. DHL said the package is lost and DOZ trading stopped responding. There are 2 parts to this item and since they sent me the wrong ones I have to manually fix them myself if I ever get them.
