My company purchased some items from DOZ. I received 2 shipments, one of which did not belong to me. I notified DOZ and they sent me a shipping label. I was not comfortable sending directly to their customer with my address, email, and name information on the label. I requested a new label from DOZ. They provided me with one. It took some time for me to send the items as we do not typically ship anything from our location.
DOZ sent me an invoice for those items. I shipped the package, provided tracking information, and proof of delivery, and requested that DOZ provide me with proof that the invoice was cancelled.
Additionally, the products they sold me were knock-off "Pop-Up Sockets" and were of very poor quality. Many broke easily, and the adhesive on them did not stick. DOZ assured me that they would send replacement adhesives once they received their shipment back. They have since blocked my email address and have not followed up with me, even when I have submitted inquiries to their website.
