Great serviceHowever, purchased extended warranty thru HHGregg for LG Fridge/FreezerThey use a third party called AMT Warranty CorpThey should not be allowed to be in business and HHGregg should be ashamed to offer this service to their customers Read the reviews on the web for AMT Warranty Corp and you will see why they shouldn't be in businessBGH Electronics was very good to deal with; technician did a great job

BGH refuses to service my A/C which is insured by *** and which I purchased from *** to insure my AC
On 03/31/I called *** which provided my service plan They scheduled BGH Electronics to come to my home to repair my A/C on Monday, 04/04/The repairman arrived on Wednesday, 04/06/and when he finally got to my home he only spent approximately minutes looking at my A/C During the visit he did not plug in my A/C to assess the issue nor did he take the machine apart in any way to find out why the machine blows hot air instead of cold and why it leaks inside my home when its on, even when I have it tilted outside The repairman told me he needed to order parts which I found weird because he never opened it up or turned it on but I am not a repair person Then he asked me to sign a piece of paper that was basically blank to prove he had come to my home and said they would be in touch when the parts arrived Then he left without giving me a copy of

BGH Electronics was absolutely horrible to work with! It took a week for a tech to come out to even look at my washing machine (which was leaking into my basement might I add)Once he was here he never even took anything apart to see what the problem may have been and assumed it was the pumpHe ordered the pump and here we are a week later will waiting on the partI contacted BGH and they said they had no idea when the part would be hereNow the machine won't even power on and this was relayed to BGH, they said they wanted to wait until they got the part in to come and look at it againSince the pump had nothing to do with the machine powering on, we both knew it was going to need something else (most likely a circuit board or something)So instead of coming to look at it and get the necessary part ordered asap they wanted to wait who knows how long until the other part was here to even look at itSo here we are over weeks into this thing and we will most likely have to wait at least more weeks to get the other part in and it replacedWith kids and a large dairy farm, going without a washed for over a month is not a reasonable thing to have to do Now they are refusing to even do anything about this issue and closed my ticket because the rude receptionist on the phone got her feelings hurt when I got an attitude with herWhen I asked her what I was supposed to do for another 2-weeks without a washed her resonse to me was "I don't know what to tell you", which is why she got the attitude in return
I would under NO circumstances have chosen to work with this place after out first phone conversation except that this company is who *** uses for their extended warranty issues!
Good luck if you are in my shoes and forced to work with such a slow, bad customer service and rude company

I am writing to express concern for the manner in which my five year warranty through *** is being processed by My Protection Plan and BHG
I am made several calls to My Protection Plan regarding reoccurring issues that I have experience with my LG Dryer model #*** not heating I was advised that no other service would be authorized for my machine and that I should expect a call within 3-regarding a payment for the replacement of the dryer

This company is the worst service company I ever (tried) to deal with They never answer the phone, have to leave messages which they don't return In my case, they canceled a parts order because they say I never responded to their calls to confirm the refrigerator serial number I have phone records to prove I called no less than times!!! Warranty assigned BGH as repair company to fix our dryer - Company won't call us back - repair not complete
We purchased a Washer and Dryer through *** in May Our dryer recently stopped heating properly I had purchased an extended warranty through *** so I called and they assigned BGH as the company to fix our machine A part was ordered (the company never came out to look at the machine) and they came out last Saturday February 11th During that time the part they ordered was not correct and they had to order a new part The two guys who came out spilled water all over our floor when they unhooked the water/steam line to the dryer and then sort of cleaned it up and then hid that they spilled water by pushing the machine back over it rather than telling me so I could dry the wet area I'm afraid to use my washing machine because I don't know if they hooked it back up right and can't ask the company because they won't call me back

05/09/- receptionist said that they are waiting for the two parts they ordered to come inNo ETA
Multiple calls - no answer
05/17/Called BGH, finally someone picked up and I was told again, they're waiting on partsI was able to get the number of the parts distributor and decided to give them a call
The gentleman who answered said no order was placed for those parts and had agreed to give BGH a call on the three-way Of course, no answer from BGH Stuck in limbo!
On a side note, BGH had once repaired my wash machine It took the same amount of work, phone calls, back/forth to get it done
