This complaint should be taken up with Odyssey O&P They have not placed an order with us, therefore we cannot ship anything Please check with them

A customer service representative contacted this customer to suggest a different style but she decided to send these back. We also are sending her a pair of socks for the order she initially placed which allowed for a free additional pair

We are the manufacterer of the shoes and we will stand behind our productsWe are willing to replace the footwear Mr*** has received through Advanced Diabetic Solutions espeically due to the unusual nature of the defect of the boots. However, since this is the first time we were made
aware of this problem, we will contact the company which has dealt with Mr*** to address these concerns

reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is for the most part acceptable to me. After filing the complaint I did receive a refund, However, the refund did not post to my account until February 8th. This was 34 days after confirmation that the returned merchandise had been received by Dr. Comfort, taking more than a month, several calls, and a complaint to the Revdex.com to make it happen. According to Suzy in DJO's refund processing (who was I might say the only person who actually helped me), this is a well-known problem they are dealing with and that her specific job is to get people into gear to get customer's refunds back sooner. This means I can't be the only one that had this problem.

We have attempted several times to get a hold of Mr. [redacted] with no success.  Messages were left on the phone number he provided on January 16th, 19th and 23rd.  In addition, we show no records of the phone number provided calling our offices within the past 6 months.  We would like to...

The situation was as stated.  The order was changed and charged the incorrect amount.  Then there would have been 2 pending transactions. Both orders have now been cancelled.  The customer was emailed as we could not get a hold of him over the phone (called multiple times) and...

explained the situation again to ensure full understanding was reached.  If there is a transaction that has occurred on the credit card, we would appreciate a response by phone or email with the credit card charges.

Refund was issued for the desired amount.

[no body understands what I am saying - first is I have two 2 pairs of dr comfort shoes  because company (dr comfort shoe company as noted as the company here) refuses to exchange the damaged goods and made Me buy a second 2nd pair of shoes, the company said they dont exchange and that I (Syed) have to purchase another pair which is why now I have two 2 pairs.So this is the first problem was then the other problem is that the company refused to correspond and I got frustrated as days turned into weeks and weeks into months and then they claim they have no records of My contacting the company.  what I seek as a solution as resolved is this that the company needs to send Me 2 two return labels so I can ship both pairs back and then I would like refund on both of the pair $278 (= $139 + $139) of dr comfort shoes. once company received both the pairs of shoes then I would like the company to issue an immediate refund of $278 without further delay as this whole thing started in november and now its february. it seems as though company is using delay tactics which is bad business practice period as reviews of dr. comfort are not very good as well, once I get $278 back to Me - I will consider it complete and resolved but until then to Me its just a stall tactic on company's part and last thing I never claimed any charge to be false as I dont know where that came from]

When ordering online, the information provided is exactly as entered so any errors of information are the result of a keyed in error by the person placing the order.  A 9X is the same size as a 9XW so if she received the 9X, this was the correct sizing.  A refund was sent to the credit...

card on December 27th.

The credit was provided on June 26th.

This complaint is with the provider of the footwear and not us, the manufacturer.
