This "Dr. Berg" starting sending me private FaceBook messages for no reason... just harassing spam, selling his products. I have "unsubscribed" several times. Yet. he continues to send me these messages.
Today, I unsubscribed for the tenth time... and got back the automated reply telling me I had unsubscribed... and just FIVE MINUTES LATER, he starting sending me sales offers through FaceBook's Messenger again! Then, I got THREE messages from him... all identical... all selling his product package... within another few seconds.
This person in a carnival huckster... a con artist, and a relentless spammer.

I want to thank you for the information you provide and for the fatigue and effort you put in to educate the viewer about what is happening about his food and his body .. I discovered that I suffer from insulin resistance with a craving for food Carbohydrates in large quantities in short (my body from the inside was messy) but I saved myself thanks to your purposeful videos about insulin, intermittent fasting and healthy keto diet.. Within 3 months, thank God I was able to get rid of insulin resistance by intermittent fasting and keto and everyone noticed the change in my shape and skin..??and the percentage decreased My appetite Towards carbohydrates I have not eaten like before, I have advised everyone to watch your meaningful videos, thanks from my heart????

Very informative videos from Dr Berg, internet especially YouTube is full of fake information, it was September 2017 when I did my annual medical checkup that was full of negative report, thereafter, I started looking for quality health related information, this is how I found Dr Berg videos in YouTube, I am 59 year old, after following strict diet control including interminent fasting, give up sugar completely and six days 10000 steps a day, lost about 18 kilograms and my waist from 38 inches to 34 inch now, again this January 2020, according to report and my Dr. I was able to push my biological age by 20 years :), I feel so good can't express in words, all credit goes to Dr, Berg informative videos, God bless you.

Dr. Berg has been my trusted mentor daily via his YouTube, FB, etc feeds so naturally as I progressed into my healthier eating way of life I was drawn to his supplements to help in areas that are harder to get from food alone. I use Dr. Berg's K2/D3 product and have reordered multiple times and have been quite pleased as I know if he puts the same effort in his supply chain that he does in his daily content then I will always be getting a great product - and I do.

All of your videos I have found to be EXTREMELY helpful in our learning about our own health and this keto journey!! This is another one that will help keep me aware when buying anything premade from the stores!! And even makes me MORE doubtful that the food industry is making any attempt to actually help me/anyone be any sort of healthy (let alone stay in ketosis)! Dr. E Berg is without a doubt the best teacher of the nutrient dense Healthy Keto & Intermittent Fasting. With his guidance and now understanding how my body works and what nutrients it needs, it has changed my life dramatically for the better. He's consistent, easy to understand, has over 2 thousand videos for free on his youtube channel. He has a passion in what he does and shares his research. It's clear that he enjoys helping people learn about health and he loves to hear from people who made great progress in their health. He asks what people would like to know and goes the extra mile to answer, in full detail with a new video. I plan to grow older and still being able to function not be in a wheelchair. With my new eating lifestyle of healthy nutritious food I believe this is completely possible. I thank Dr. E Berg for all he has done to help me and so many other people. He has over 3 million followers on Youtube, that says a lot about how many people have trust in him and how many he continues to help.

We have an extremely negative experience working with an online order team of Dr Berg. The placed order was $580 worth; however, Dr Brg's services failed to complete the required documentation and parcel was delayed for three weeks. After multiple attempts to request the missing documentation was ignored, we have placed the dispute through PayPal for the full return. Only after money was required Dr berg finally completed documentation and forwarded it to FedEx.
In general, the customer service is below the minimum.

I have used Dr. Berg's Electrolyte Powder for several weeks as a food supplement for two medical conditions that require added electrolytes. After using this product for several weeks I noticed that there were mold colonies (dark gray or brown disks) inside the bottle containing the reconstituted product, dissolved as directed in filtered water. I discarded the bottle and started over with a new bottle. The same thing happened, after just a few days: large mold dots were present inside the bottle.

This product is supposed to be sugar-free, aimed as it is to those on a ketogenic (low-carbohydrate) diet. The label lists stevia and "natural lemonade". I expected Dr. Berg to provide an analysis by an independent laboratory showing that I was wrong, that there truly is no sugar in the product.

I reported this problem to Dr. Berg and received a series of denials: the claim was that there is no sugar in the product. However, electrolytes have been shown (https://www.***.***) to suppress mold, so it is clear that the product must contain some form of carbohydrate, such as sugar, to be growing mold colonies. It may also contain mold spores, although I have no evidence of that.

I found this mold to be disgusting and unhealthful. I was hoping for some concerned response from Dr. Berg, and got not the smallest amount of concern from the supervisor of his customer service. I also asked to contact Dr. Berg, the owner, directly, to converse with him, and such contact was refused.

Customer service has refunded my purchase price, but I find that an inadequate response.

This business is unlawfully collecting New Jersey sales tax on nutritional supplements. New Jersey does not tax nutritional supplements. I called the New Jersey Division of Taxation to verify and was told that it is fraudulent to collect sales tax on these goods. I called Dr. Berg's customer service department and was told that there is nothing that can be done about this. This business is collecting money from customers that it shouldn't be and is causing their customers to pay unnecessarily.
