On the Dr Berg website they have an offer of a free shaker bottle when you order 3 or 6 of an item. I recently ordered 6 of one item, 6 of another and 3 of another. That would equal 3 bottles IMO, but no, their unwritten rule is one bottle per order.

My order was large enough to split it into two orders and only $15 away from splitting it into 3 orders with free shipping. Had this been stated I could have done that and gotten my 2 or 3 free bottles. I contacted them and they told me of their policy - so I told them I would take it up with the Revdex.com, Nowhere that I can see does it state this policy of one bottle per order. IMO that would make this false advertizing.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

While their actions work for me, I still contend that it is deceptive advertising to state that it is one bottle per order on their website - that gives the customer an opportunity to divide their order and get more bottles without spending any more money in some cases.

I have purchased 9 containers of the electrolyte powder over the past year. The most recent container was purchased in December, the cap was screwed on tightly and the little moisture packet left inside, when I went to use it the power was solid as a rock and discolored. I wanted a replacement but they will not assist. The expiration date on the bottom is 5/2020. There is nothing on the container that indicates it should be consumed within 30 days of opening.

I completely understand. We do have a 30 day refund policy and I understand that you are not looking for a refund but a replacement. We normally don't do this since we don't know how the product was stored or if the product was opened and not sealed correctly. This usually causes the product to become stiff.

I will make an exception and send you out a new bottle.

I expected to have access to every thing promised in the promotional materials for the Keto and intermittent fasting diet. When I was not able to access the menus and meal planners I complained about it. The e-mail I received assured me that everything would be alright. The problem had not been resolved and so I had to send another e-mail . It never has been resolved. The password they provided does not work either. I can get on the site but the diet menus are not available to me. So I will discontinue my subscription and believe that I have been cheated

Excellent product quality and combinations of nutrients for health. Great service. But why are you charging sales taxes for mail order. Fed law says inline doesnt pay sales taxes for state and local services we dont use...roads parks police fire etc.

I've completely gotten off of my

The supplements are of a very good quality and have really helped me.

The products are good, but over-priced. However, I was willing to pay the premium price for what I thought was a premium product. What's not "premium" is the customer service.
I got a very poorly-written (grammatically) email from Maria stating that they'd made a mistake and charged me mulitple times for a subscription re-order and that she refunded it all, but would I go in and re-initiate the transaction.

No, this is YOUR problem. Having me go back in and do the work is not the answer. YOU figure it out on your end I am the customer. Then, when I tried to log on, I couldn't, they had temporarily disabled my account for some reason. So, I'm over it. I canceled. This drama isn't worth it. Treat your customers right, Dr. Berg. If you're going to charge so much for these products, match the customer service.
I'm very disappointed.

I am very disappointed in Dr, Berg’s business. I ordered a free book-all I had to pay was shipping. $7.?? At checkout another great deal popped up for about $19. dollars and some odd cents. I clicked on to order it. The total of the order was $27.44 cents for both orders. The first book was “healthy Ketosis & intermittent fasting a simple overview and the other was a group of books. The Ketosis book is priced at $9.95 and that is all I received. I loved the videos and was waiting to save enough to order the package for the adrenal burnout. After feeling that I have been cheated I’m afraid to order anything from your site.

Dr. Bergs website states that if you are not fully satisfied within 30 days of your purchase you are guaranteed a full refund no questions asked. We tried several items and my family did not like the products. Now they are not refunding me despite their website claiming they will. I find this to be fraudulent advertising.

I'm sorry for the confusion. You were refunded on the 10th for all 3 orders that you placed in May.

It should take around 3-5 business days to show up in your account depending on your bank.

I see that you opened about 5 tickets with our customer service department. I have gone ahead and responded to all of them and confirmed that you got refunded, no need to return anything back.

I agree with Emma. They do not let me cancel free trial that goes into reuccuring payment membership subscription after 7 days. I've been trying for hours to try to cancel free trial but they have made it impossible. He should get exposed.

I bought an entire package that came with the sleep aid, adrenal support, trace minerals, electrolyte powder and gallbladder formula. I noticed the claimed milligrams were already low but decided to take it. More then half way through the bottle I started to experience discomfort, worsening anxiety, insomnia and I now have extremely painful gallstones. These products should be banned and Dr. B should be held accountable.

On April 9, 2019 I emailed [email protected] requesting that my account be canceled effective immediately. Today, May 9, 2019, I received another automated draft on my bank account for $36. I sent another demand to cancel my account today and notice that I’d be filing a claim with the Revdex.com and disputing the charge. I contacted them via the contact method they list on their website.

If I could give this zero stars I would. It’s scam don’t sign up! You can’t cancel your membership online or by calling in. You call in and they either say they’re busy or closed and ask you to leave a message. There’s “steps” online to cancel but they don’t work. He’s not an accredited dietitian he’s a chiropractor who’s decent at googling. Everything he offers is stuff you can easily find through a simple search online.

I had ordered online a book, two nutritional supplements and a digital download on Wednesday, April 3rd. I paid for expedited shipping via ***. It was expected on Friday, April 5th. On Friday, the website still showed the order was being processed. The payment in full was taken from my account within minutes on Wednesday. When I first contacted the business via live chat with the person, she said the order was shipped and could not be cancelled or refunded. On Monday, 4/8/19, the order still had not been shipped and shown as pending. I started to suspect a scam. I called and got the "answering service" at 2:00 in the afternoon. No return phone call ever came. Instead an email from "Ava" in support stated she would forward the request of a refund and cancellation to her supervisor with no mention of when the refund would happen. Tuesday, 4/9 I got another email from a "supervisor" who stated "we will be refunding you". Nothing more. Today, again, no refund and after emailing twice for a time of the refund, today I emailed back 3 times and have been told 7-10 business days. But from when? I got no answer. After reading reviews online, I am not the only one and may never see this money back in my account, $158! Poor customer service to be sure. It is impossible to talk to anyone live other than an answering service.

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and late response. I was out of the country for 10 days and I'm just now catching up on my emails.

This is totally not okay and I have confirmed that your refund was processed on April 11th so it should show in your account already. Please contact your credit card company if it does not show. On our end it shows as refunded and we have no control on how long it takes for your bank to process and make funds available. We assume it could take anywhere from 3-5 business days. Sometimes its immediate.

I can guarantee you that we are not a scam. The reason why your order took long to process is because you ordered a kit that had a book and on the site it says that book is on BACKORDER. We had to split each order so that we can ship out the rest of the products so I do apologize for the delay in this.

I would like to be able to inform the trusting public that Dr. Eric B (or his product suppliers - which I am sure he will probably blame) are shorting his customers on the number of pills they are sold.
Purchased 30 sleep aid vegan pills via his website. 27 arrived yesterday in a sealed bottle marked 30 pills. I strongly suspect we are not the only ones but, have yet to see similar instances via the web.
