I have a complaint with this company they supposed to been helping me with financial difficulties and I haven't hear from anybody the lady that supposed to be handling my case is named Sarah she's at phone. Numbe866-576-9211 ex 101 and work at Dr Finance.

Refund I would like to find out how this company got my information and to get the refund or get some kind of letter saying that I did not get this service so I can give it to my credit card company to get refunded because they need some kind of documentation so Ican get refunded.
I don't have a current or pass client by this name. I do however show that a *** with a email address of *** inquired about our services (*** CLICKS) 09/22/2017. This person received information by phone at the number he provided online. He did not elect to purchase any of our products or services we never charged him. The only information we have on file is the information he provide (Name Phone number, email address). We don't have a credit card on file for ***. I am requesting a copy of the transaction receipt he is referring to. We would like to offer our assistance anyway possible to Mr. in resolving this matter.
