I purchased the workout DVD and it's good. The workout routines are intense and challenging but also fun and engaging. I definitely felt the burn and can tell it was an effective workout. I have a strong interest in obtaining one of the "Nubby" products that captured my attention on Shark Tank. At the moment, I am coping with Trochanteric Bursitis, which is causing discomfort on the side of my leg, starting from the Greater Trochanter and extending about 5 inches above the knee. Furthermore, I am also experiencing pain in my right sacroiliac joint and hip. I have high hopes that the Nubby could alleviate the pain I am currently enduring.
