I am rejecting this response because:
Obviously my complaint was not read And GM is misleading. - Car was NOT DRIVABLE AFTER WEEKS. - Took car to Dealerships mechanic times within first Two weeks with knocking and grindingAnd Dealers mechanic looked and drove car and still found nothing wrong he saidSo yes, it is at MY Certified Mechanic.- GM TRIED to berate me about racing loudly on sales floor Incorrect I reminded him at that time he could have accessed computer for average rpm's, shifting speeds, etc (this is when he walked away) Please read timelines, and understand I think a car purchased for that kind of moneywhat I was led to be precertified...came back with concerns twice prior to the major failureI would think it would run more than weeks!!!! Again, First payment was not even made yet

The vehicle has been on the road for almost 2 months since the purchase. The vehicle has been utilized beyond its limits in "racing" it and has been...

In response to my claim with Open Road HOnda,  I would like to advise you that they called me,  I took my car there, they gave me a courtesy car...

to use and fixed the grinding noise...it was the starter...It cost me $483.07...Even though my car made the grinding noise,  I wanted it fixed as I didn't want to break down somewhere.  Thanks for giving this your immediate attention as my complaintwas taken care of...[redacted].
