Dear [redacted] first and foremost I would like to thank you once again for your business We understand that you have an issue with your GPS screen on your Lexus with 103k miles on it and also the trade in vehicles pay off Two months after purchasing the vehicle you brought to our attention that vehicle needed wheel bearings, we immediately obliged and had the issue taken care of for you at which time you also let us know that the GPS screen was not working and for us to look at it Our mechanics looked at it and found out that this is a common issue with this model year vehicle and the screen was not covered under the warranty that you had purchased ( the screen is not covered) To provide you with excellent service, even though the vehicle was sold months earlier, we offered to have the repairs done at our cost and that we would good will half of the repair costs and all work would have been done at our cost as well for a total of around $which you would pay about $( you would have a $deductible even if it was covered)You were not happy, and understandably, and told us will get back to us and let us know how to proceed Our biggest issue has been to communicate with you with out threats, getting hung up on and called every F word name that one could possibly imagineFirst it was in regards to your vehicle (the BMW) that was traded in This vehicle was paid off days after you traded in, and well before the deadline that we are allowed by law to process a pay off Since then my staff and I, have had many phone calls that the vehicle is not paid off, even though we had called the bank together (twice with you on a three way call) and the bank had told us that the loan was paid off and you no longer had any liability on that vehicle, each called ended with you screaming and calling us all kinds of names While on vacation ( late July ) I got several phone calls from you on my private cell phone and I informed to call the store and some one will take care your issue what ever it might beUpon returning from vacation, I personally called you to follow up with you to make sure all your questions were answered and again you mentioned the BMW and told me about the GPS unit before yelling and hanging up the phone, I thought ,maybe we got disconnected and called back and got an ear full of F bombs thrown at me and once again phone was hung up At this time I texted you and asked to please call me but try to be nice to me and allow me to see what the issue is and how I can assist you Most other dealers would have said that it is a used car and you bought it as is and they will help you, however we truly try to be different and make every attempt to accommodate each and every customers needs We understand we cant keep every one happy 120% , but sure do our best When finally you did call me back, you mentioned that you can get the unit for $and your friend can install it, immediately I offered you the $to help you fix it, but again I was hung up on and called many names saying $does not fix it, although that was your request!! next call you asked for $to fix it and I said no problem we will gladly you give you $400, if that what it takes to make you happy and also called the bank in regards to your BMW once again on a conference call and they told us that the vehicle was paid off and not sure why we have to keep calling them On the last call after getting hung up ( again) we started texting and the amount kept going up, until you finally said that you are going to file a Revdex.com complaint and essentially can hold us hostage unless we pay $!!! As per our conversations in the past it seems like no matter what we do you are not going to be satisfied and claiming that the GPS was not working since you bought in very very unlikely since we inspect these vehicles and for you not to have noticed that the GPS, AC, Heating, CD player, Radio, setup and many other components of the vehicle not working and that you had not noticed for over two months is not an argument that is not credible However, we understand that you are the customer and with out you we would not existI am extending my invitation to please contact me in a civil manner to find out how we can help and ensure your satisfaction As we have mentioned in the past we are here to help you and would gladly, within reason do what it takes to make you happy In fact the $cash offer that you requested to help you fix the GPS unit is still on the table Please feel free to call or email me at anytime to resolve this matter I understand that this has been frustrating for you and has caused you stress, all I ask for is to allow me to help and do what it take to make you happy, all we ask for in return is that give us chance to have a civil phone or in person conversation without the name callings

Our shop

As to the other parts of Mr *** complaint about financing and whos name appears first or second on the contract the bank decides who is first or second on their application is internally determinedAs to who is first or second makes no difference as they are both equally responsible for the loan according to the lending instution
We thank you for the opportunity to share with you how we are working with Mr ***

This Matter was resolved in a satisfactory manner by Ms [redacted].  This complaint was filed by client prior to contacting us and giving us an opportunity to respond or act.  At first contact when we immediately offered the customer to bring the vehicle back if she is unhappy for any reason...

at all, as had offered to her on day one.  She was not certain and wanted to renegotiate the deal again and we decided it was best if we just undo the deal.  Client was satisfied with outcome and it was a pleasure dealing with her and [redacted]. Her vehicle and money was returned to her immediately and we truly hope to be able to earn her business in the future. I believe prior to contacting us there was a presumption that Dream City will be just like most car dealerships and refuse to take the car back or make any repairs since the vehicle was sold as is. Upon first contact she realized that we are DIFFERENT and the last thing we would ever want is to have a client Onor about 5/17/2015 you and your husband [redacted] ([redacted]) came in to look at a 2006Acura MDX that was for sale at the time for $15950.00 plus any applicablelicensing/registration fees.  After testdriving the vehicle you decided to make an offer and move forward with thepurchase.  At which time all numbers wereagreed upon including your trade in vehicle ($450 after appraisal) a 2002 ChevroletMalibu.  Prior to finalizing numbers youwere offered a service contract and other products including Theft DeterrentProtection Plus.  There was a choice of a 2 year or 3 year service contract that was offered for you tochoose from and after discussing it with [redacted], you chose a three year extendedservice contract option with highest available level of coverage available(estate coverage) for a purchase price of $2149.00 at which point we updatedyour payment and total amount financed.  Allnumbers were properly disclosed, explained, signed and initialed to make sureall documents were properly explained. Specially in this case where everydocument was carefully read, reviewed and examined, by you in detail above andbeyond the explanation (please refer to attached documents that all numberswere properly disclosed, initialed and signed off on three different documents and each single item was itemized and initialed by you). Thefollowing day we received a phone call from your father whom was very angry andnotified us that a check engine light had come on.  Immediately we agreed to make any and allneeded repairs at no cost to you. And apologized about any inconvenience that this may have caused you. Vehicle was fixed to your satisfaction at the first availability and aloaner car was offered at no charge if one was needed. The same evening I personally contacted you and spoke with [redacted]. I asked if you wereavailable, and he said that you were little busy. I told him about the purposeof my call which was to make ensure that everything was to your satisfactionsince your father had called, I told [redacted] if you guys don’t like the vehiclebring it back or  if you choose to cancelthe service contract you can certainly do it. We had a very pleasant conversation and he assured me that you just hada frustrating day and everything was fine and you are happy with the vehicle.  I asked to make sure my message was relayedto you and if any questions or concerns come up in the future to make sure I amcontacted immediately.  Thatis the last conversation we had until Friday afternoon (May 29th) whenwe received an email that you had some questions and you felt like the deal wasnot what you had  Expected.  At that time I called the number provided andleft two messages, also called your work number and emailed you as well tofollow up and make sure if there is any concerns, we can address them for youright away (again in the email I suggested that if you are not 100% satisfiedto bring the vehicle back for a full refund of all your monies).  I received an email late Saturday night (May30th) in response notifying me that you would like to return thevehicle as we had offered. OnSunday afternoon, upon your arrival you spoke with Rami.  At this point you had asked us to do futuremaintenance work such as timing belt and few other items in or return thevehicle.  We gladly obliged and returnedthe vehicle and rescinded the deal and your trade in was returned to you.  There was no charge for the period of time youdrove the vehicle, detailing etc... Asper your request at this time we have rescinded the deal as if no deal was evermade.  Again I hope that you aresatisfied with the outcome and in the future we hope that you would consider usonce again for your business.  Weappreciate the opportunity that was given to us and I apologize that we werenot able to meet your expectations.Ifyou have any further questions or concerns please feel free to call or email meat any time.BestRegards, MehdiA[redacted]StoreManager [redacted]Cell[redacted]Phone[redacted]Fax[redacted]@me.com

We thank you for being a valued client and as you are aware we do our very best to accommodate every and all reasonable request by our customer to ensure their repeat business and understanding that word of mouth advertising is the most valuable asset to our company.   Since you have...

purchased your 2004 Ford F350 from us in January of this year we have made several accommodation including replacing a windshield at no cost to you, and when that was not satisfactory to you and you demanded to have manufacturer OEM part instead of the windshield provided we obliged.  We have had several service calls completed at no charge and provided you with a 90 day limited power train warranty with your purchase at no cost to you.  Prior to purchasing this vehicle from us, you had requested to have the vehicle inspected by your own mechanic that is a certified Ford mechanic (according to your statements to us), vehicle was inspected at this time and you came back happy with the results and completed the purchase.  At time of purchase other than the windshield no other promises of any kind had been made to you (please see the attached documents).  On July 18th 2016, months after purchasing this used truck, you asked us to pay for parts for upgraded parts to the vehicle.  These parts requested, are aftermarket parts to upgrade the studs, from what I understood the vehicle has no issues and is not in need of these parts and it is solely a preventive measure from any future repairs. Our offer stands and we would gladly provide the parts to you at our discounted cost and offer you $200 credit towards the purchase of the after market parts as well As a good will gesture.  Please feel free to call or visit me at any time with any additional questions or concerns that you may have.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: The place kept $300 of our down payment. The manager was unprofessional and the only reason we left without pursuing the additional amount while there is because we felt unsafe. Sincerely,[redacted]

Dear [redacted]

first and foremost I would like to thank you once again for your business.  We understand that you have an issue with your GPS screen on your 2008 Lexus with 103k miles on it and also the trade in vehicles pay off.  Two months after purchasing the vehicle you...

brought to our attention that vehicle needed wheel bearings, we immediately obliged and had the issue taken care of for you at which time you also let us know that the GPS screen was not working and for us to look at it.  Our mechanics looked at it and found out that this is a common issue with this model year vehicle and the screen was not covered under the warranty that you had purchased ( the screen is not covered).  To provide you with excellent service, even though the vehicle was sold months earlier, we offered to have the repairs done at our cost and that we would good will half of the repair costs and all work would have been done at our cost as well for a total of around $400 which you would pay about $200 ( you would have a $100 deductible even if it was covered). You were not happy, and understandably, and told us will get back to us and let us know how to proceed.
Our biggest issue has been to communicate with you with out threats, getting hung up on and called every F word name that one could possibly imagine. First it was in regards to your vehicle (the BMW) that was traded in.  This vehicle was paid off days after you traded in, and well before the deadline that we are allowed by law to process a pay off.  Since then my staff and I, have had many phone calls that the vehicle is not paid off, even though we had called the bank together (twice with you on a three way call) and the bank had told us that the loan was paid off and you no longer had any liability on that vehicle, each called ended with you screaming and calling us all kinds of names.
While on vacation ( late July ) I got several phone calls from you on my private cell phone and I informed to call the store and some one will take care your issue what ever it might be. Upon returning from vacation, I personally called you to follow up with you to make sure all your questions were answered and again you mentioned the BMW and told me about the GPS unit before yelling and hanging up the phone, I thought ,maybe we got disconnected and called back and got an ear full of F bombs thrown at me and once again phone was hung up.  At this time I texted you and asked to please call me but try to be nice to me and allow me to see what the issue is and how I can assist you.  Most other dealers would have said that it is a used car and you bought it as is and they will help you, however we truly try to be different and make every attempt to accommodate each and every customers needs.  We understand we cant keep every one happy 120% , but sure do our best.  When finally you did call me back, you mentioned that you can get the unit for $200 and your friend can install it, immediately I offered you the $200 to help you fix it, but again I was hung up on and called many names saying $200 does not fix it, although that was your request!! next call you asked for $400 to fix it and I said no problem we will gladly you give you $400, if that what it takes to make you happy and also called the bank in regards to your BMW once again on a conference call and they told us that the vehicle was paid off and not sure why we have to keep calling them.  On the last call after getting hung up ( again) we started texting and the amount kept going up, until you finally said that you are going to file a Revdex.com complaint and essentially can hold us hostage unless we pay $4000.00 !!!
As per our conversations in the past it seems like no matter what we do you are not going to be satisfied and claiming that the GPS was not working since you bought in very very unlikely since we inspect these vehicles and  for you not to have noticed that the GPS, AC, Heating, CD player, Radio, setup  and many other components of the vehicle not working and that you had not noticed for over two months is not an argument that is not credible.  However, we understand that you are the customer and with out you we would not exist. I am extending my invitation to please contact me in a civil manner to find out how we can help and ensure your satisfaction.  As we have mentioned in the past we are here to help you and would gladly, within reason do what it takes to make you happy.  In fact the $400 cash offer that you requested to help you fix the GPS unit is still on the table.
Please feel free to call or email me at anytime to resolve this matter.  I understand that this has been frustrating for you and has caused you stress, all I ask for is to allow me to help and do what it take to make you happy, all we ask for in return is that  give us chance to have a civil phone or in person conversation without the name callings.

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

[redacted]DOCUMENT ATTACHED[redacted]Mr. [redacted] came to our dealership September 24th, 2017 and purchased a 2010 GMC Sierra 2500. At the time Dream City Auto Sales, lie signed paperwork on what we thought the bank would approve, but unfortunately the next day we were informed that Mr. [redacted] couldn't...

qualify because of his income-to-debt ratio was high. This was based off the banks lending guidelines and terms. Then we received a call from a new lender, Oregon Community Credit Union. We resigned Mr. [redacted] with Oregon Community Credit Union which offered a "auto payment" discount of .50 off the interest rate to save on customer loan terms.Reguarding the payoff of the trade-in the dealer is responsible to payoff the trade in 15- days. The 2006 Dodge Ram 3500 was paid off in 12-days and we have a copy of the check to show. Icalled and talked to Mr. [redacted] and explianed to him the detailsand we wrote him a check for the difference on his trade-in as his payoff came in lower than what he quoted us. Check was in the amount of $758.83 we are on good terms and he is happy with the outcome. Please feel free to contact myself with any questions.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:  I am a 120lb female, I find it hard to believe you felt your 200+lb male employee felt threatened. I also took the vehicle home at 9 pm and returned it the next day when the check engine light came on. We purchased a car that weekend from [redacted] and have yet to have a single problem. This company is the reason car dealerships have a bad name. The people were horribly offensive and after a year to send what I can only assume is a copy and pasted response to there multiple complaints is unacceptable. This company unlawfully withheld $300 dollars of our money.
Sincerely,[redacted]

This client requested to return the vehicle and be refuned his down payment, we obliged and vehicle was returned, althought the vehicle came with a 90 day limited warranty.  I hope that client is satisfied with the out come.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: The response that [redacted] has filed is not completely true. Yes they replaced a windshield. And a 2006 Ford pickup was looked at. With that being agreed to. The salesman still assured me that the 2004 Ford I purchased had the stud kit done or I had told him I would not purchase said vehicle. In reference to my nephew. He said no the work the salesman said was done was not done. I do not understand why [redacted] thinks I was satisfied at that. I was not satisfied. I was promised something that was not true and was misleading by the salesman. Approximately 8/1/2016 I recieved a call from the Mechanic at Dream City. He said he spike to the owner of the business and told me the owner will provide the stud kit with gaskets to make it possible to bring the vehicle up to the standard the salesman assured me the equipment was in. I understand the document process that everyone has to sign. With that said the Company should still be held accountable for false statements made by the salesman. I have no issue with the Company other than the untrue sales practice of the salesman. I would purchase another vehicle from them in the future. As for the timeframe on the statements made by [redacted] they are not accurate completetly. After I filed the original complaint here I recieved a leter demanding payment within 10 days on funds forwarded to me . Seems really funny I recieve a letter demanding payment on funds I never recieved.

08/20/2017To whom it may concern,The customer who purchased the 2006 Dodge Ram 3500 from our dealership hasbeen taken care of. We purchased his truck back from him, paying off the loanwith [redacted] Credit Union. What lead up to this experience for the customer was unfortunate as he lost...

hisemployment. We offered to work with him, but frustration got the best of him inthis scenario. We always want to work with our customers however sometimeswe are unable to satisfy all scenarios. Moving forward with [redacted], heexpressed that he was happy with the outcome we had arrived at and assured usthat he would with draw his complaint.Best Regards,[redacted]ownerCc:
