Hello and thank you for taking the time to chat with me regarding the [redacted] and [redacted] complaint.  As per our conversation it appears that the customer had filed an additional response, which we had never received.  At the time we were working with MS. [redacted] in your department and she was aware that this was a very difficult client to deal with, to the point that our sales staff were worried about them bringing physical harm to them and that was the main reason we quickly returned their funds and unwound the deal immediately, even though the repairs were done and financing complete and we had upheld all our obligations.
Since the vehicle was returned to us muddy ( assume it had been off road ) and we were fulfilling customers wish to undo the deal, per our agreement at time of purchase cost of cleaning and miles driven were deducted the rest of the funds were returned to their card at that time ( see attached documents ).
