Review: I paid over 4k for chimney work and a new liner, dream team came and completed the job, I started having boiler issues as it pertains had another company come and tell me I had no chimney liner and needed to have this done immediately, the same work I paid Dream Team for. I contacted Dream Team they came out and their workers told me I in fact had a liner but they installed the wrong one the liner was too short for my chimney they promised to come back and replace it and I have been calling them for the past 5 months waiting for them to come back and do the job that I paid for. I have been leaving messages ladies in the office tell me someone will call me back but it never happens.Desired Settlement: I just want what I paid for and I am trying to be patient, I have my paperwork proof of payment, I have no problem getting three companies to attest to what I have now and what needs to be done and to right up an estimate. If Dream team is unwilling to do the work I will have no other choice but to sue them for the cost of what needs to be done. I shouldn't have to pay someone else to do a job that I paid them for.

Review: I reached out to this company to assist with clearing a blockage in a pipe that I had dealing with my furnace. Initially when the company came out, the first set of guys attempted to sale me on a variety of things in which I declined. Finally the gentleman called his boss and got a pricing for cleaning my pipes that lead to the furnace. The second group of guys appeared very knowledgeable and was helpful; however once they left the situation surrounding my pipes was still not handled. At this point I called the office and spoke with the owner and asked for my money back. The owner then proceeded to send out another person to look at my system. That gentleman then explained to the owner the situation and the owner advised that he had a colleague that could look at it for him. This gentleman came out and advised me that there was a blockage in my pipes, the same pipes that the second group of men stated they cleared out, and stated that the pipes needed to be snaked. The owner stated he would send someone out to do it. The person never showed that day, nor the next. On Saturday I was informed due to the snow they were unable to come out. On Monday morning I received a call from their office informing me that they did not want to do the job and would give me my money back. I initially reached out to this company on December 11th for services. Since then I have left approximately 5 messages with a person giving my credit card information twice and was told that it would take three days for it to be returned to my card. Since this time this company has failed to refund me as they stated they would.

Review: On May 23 The company installed gutters and were paid in full. One hour later it rained and the gutter was leaking alot. I called them to report the problem. I was told they would stop by on Saturday or Monday . They did not. I called them on Tuesday and Thursday, I was told they would call me to let me know when they would fix the problem. They did not call.

I had the gutters replaced to keep water away from the foundation, I now am out $650.00 and have the same problem.Desired Settlement: Srop leaking of gutter.

I have been trying without success to have Dream Team Construction LLC to make repairs to the deck they installed at [redacted].

The issue is one of safety. One of the support posts the deck sits on is too short and loose. I called Dream Team Construction LLC multiple times in November. Dream Team Construction LLC agreed to make repairs and appointments were scheduled. However, Dream Team Construction LLC missed at least two appointments with no notice or rescheduled date. These missed appointments are at my expense as I took days off work. Follow-up calls resulted in more promised repair dates and continued no shows.

The Dream Team Construction LLC has ignored my multiple requests via phone and missed multiple appointments at my expense. In addition, the Dream Team Construction LLC staff is rude and condescending especially when I bring up missed appointments.

I am requesting Dream Team Construction LLC complete the following safety outstanding work:

1. Replace too short post for deck

2. Stain post with customer provided stain. Customer already paid third party to stain post.

If Dream Team Construction is unwilling to complete the work, I will have the safety issue repaired by another contractor at Dream Team Construction’s expense.

[redacted] did contact our office regarding his loose beam on his deck. On December 4th we had one of our technicians out to his address at the time we tried contacting [redacted] by phone and was unable to reach him. On that day our technician did in fact fix the loose beam [redacted] was referring to. On November 20th we received the Revdex.com complaint he was contacted on the 21st and advise that the technician was there and the problem was fixed. [redacted] went and checked and verified that the beam was fixed by our technician at that time he advised us that there was now a 2nd beam that was loose. Our office spoke to [redacted] today 11/24 about the 2nd beam that was loose and we advised him that this is a short week due to the holiday and our skilled technician that has knowledge of his job was on vacation. Once he returns to the office next week we will contact [redacted] and set up a date that our technician will go and rectify the issue. Yes we do have more then one technician obviously but in certain situations we like to send the same person out because of prior knowledge of the job. We are working with the customer currently to rectify any issue that he is having.

I am rejecting this response because:I found more safety issues with the beam. One beam has brackets that allow for 8 screws total. The other beams only have two screws securing the post to the deck. Apparently only one person at DreamTeam can do the work and will not be available till next week. No definitive date has been provided when requested. I continually have to spend energy to call and followup with Dream Team. Case will remain open until Dream Team performs repairs. Also due to the casual response by Dream Team I will be filing with the NJ AG and including pictures of the safety issue

Review: On July 29, 2015, we hired Dream Team Chimney to inspect two chimneys in a house we were buying in [redacted] The inspector who came stuck his head into the chimneys for no more than a minute each, told us one was cracked and needed repairs and that the other was fine. He charged us $125 for each chimney ($250 total) and promptly left. The "inspection" given by Dream Team Chimney was determined to be inadequate by the homeowners and their lawyers and we were forced to have new inspections done. When I spoke to the inspector from Dream Team, he told me that he'd been doing inspections for 20+ years and didn't need to come back. We were forced to hire another company that did proper checks of both chimneys and found that there were cracks in BOTH chimneys. So not only did Dream Team charge us for service that they didn't properly perform, the inspector left us in a situation where if we had used the chimney that he had cleared, we could have put our family in danger. I have proof that the Dream Team inspector confirmed only one chimney was damaged as well as photographic evidence from the other inspection that the other chimney was also damaged. We attempted to contact Dream Team Chimney several times over the ensuing weeks and they never responded.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the full $250 for the inadequate service that Dream Team Chimney provided. It was not the valid inspection that we had paid for and could have put our family in danger.

Review: The company signed a contract for services, collected a deposit for the services and after a year of calling the work never began . And when a refund was requested it was never given. I am seeking resolution and some notice of the unlawful business practices from this company while they continue business day to day haven stolen from me.Desired Settlement: I would like the 8,500 to be refunded and for the buerau to take notice of the unlawful business practices performed by this company

Review: This project was supposed to take one week, it took months and was never completed. The porch that was painted started to peel within two months, needs to be redone and they never replace the gutters that we paid for.Desired Settlement: At this point I would prefer a cash refund.

We do apologize for the time it took to complete the project we ran into a few situations beyond our control. But in regards to the painting of the porch floor it is a masonry floor and at the time the current project manager gave the customer that as a perk for the delay in the work being done. It is also possible that the masonry work is needed on the porch and it's it has reach it's life span and it will not hold the paint. Also the gutter's were completed on 4/30/2015 so we do not owe anything further to the customer.

I am rejecting this response because: Their response is completely false. We originally wanted to put stone down and we were told by the company that we would be better off just painting it we paid for the paint job. As for the gutters they have never been replaced. This company told us the job would take just about a week or two, They came back the next day ripped down our columns in front of our house ripped down all the railings that they were supposed to replaced and then we did not see them for weeks. Finally after calling them daily for months the very last thing they did was finally replaced the columns in the front of our house. Other words what this company did was held us hostage they ripped down our columns and our railings and left. We spent months calling and texting daily only to have someone show up at two in the afternoon and leave at three. If you do not believe me I do have the numberS of their former employees who work for them who will attest to the service we got. once again I paid for the floors to be refinished and I pay for new gutters that were never put in.

Review: My roof was leaking and dream team chimney came to perform the repairs. After a dry summer, the first heavy rainfall of the fall let us know that the roof is still leaking. I called and they came out and "fixed" it again. Now only 3 weeks later the roof is still leaking! I call the company and there is no answer on the toll free number or direct number. I tried a number on their website and it is is disconnected number. I paid $1200 for this to be fixed and I currently have 5 bowls catching the rain!Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the $1200 I paid. $100 for the service fee and $1100 for the repair. This way I can contact another company to actually perform the repair.

Review: Dream team company did my roof on 2-24-09. The room started leaking almost 4 weeks now. Since I have a 12 years warranty from them, I gave them a call. It took them at least a week to come in to repair the leak. When the technician came he also mention my chimney and vents need sealing. Since it is not warranty, he said just give him $200 and he will take care of it and he also said he will clean my gutter. I feel like he just scam me. The gutter is still clogged because water is still over flowing Next day it started raining. I called them back because the roof is still leaking. I have been trying to call them for the past 3 weeks and they just keep making excuses. I tried asking for the supervisor and it seems like, supervisor is always not available. They just keep ignoring my issue. Now my roof is leaking and I the ceiling damages is getting worse. I hope you guys can help me resolve my issue. Thank you.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to fix my roof and damages by the roof leaking like the ceiling inside the house. I want a refund of the $200 that their technician charge me, he didn't even do what he said. If they don't want to fix my roof, I'll get someone else to do it but I want them to pay for the repair.

We do honor all customer warranties and have sent a technician out to check the problem for the customer. Due to the weather that we have been experiencing we are unable to work in these conditions the snow below freezing temperatures etc. All we ask is for patience from the customer we are not ignoring the customer at all. He has also been in contact with the technician and would like him to contact the office directly. We have all intentions on coming out and rectifying the problem. We will try weather permitting to have this handled by the end of this week.

I am rejecting this response because: Its been 3 weeks and there were days that the weather were good. They never took initiative to call. I always have to call them. They keep saying they will call back and they dont. This is an emergency. Water is dripping from my ceiling. And everytime I call most of the time they will say , they are coming the next day but they dont and they dont even call. They always have some kind of excuse. 3 weeks waiting and they never even call not once to give me a status when they can come.

They saw it was leaking but they can not pin point the leak so they told me they have to consult their supervisor. Review: When they came to clean the gutters they didn't unclog the downspouts resulting in water leaking down the fasade and causing damage under the sidingDesired Settlement: To return and properly finish the job they were paid for instead of asking for more money. To also fix any damage caused by their improper work.

We came out and cleaned the customers gutter's and downspouts on 12/31/12. We have not heard any complaints or concerns from the customer prior to filing this complaint. Gutter cleanings are a temporary to preventing your gutter's or leaders from clogging. We recommend to all customers have gutter guards placed over the gutter's so that avoids as much possible debris from filling into the gutter's again. We also recommend to customers to have there gutter's cleaned seasonally to also avoid as much clogging as possible. There is no way possible that from the time we cleaned the customers gutter's till when this customer filed a complaint that there will not be any debris build up in the customer gutter's. If there was an unsatisfactory job done by our customer and they were not satisfied I feel that the customer would have contacted our office a lot sooner so the problem could have been rectified not at least 6 months later as this customer has.

Review: Job was canceled due to no show, all within 3 business days. Requested for refund with written cancelation. Called for refund several times. No response from company on all tries. Still trying to get status of refund.Desired Settlement: Just refund my deposit.
