The crew that came out to do my windows from Dreamhome were very professional and also pleasant to deal with.
They arrived on time and made excellent progress in finishing their work. They left very little to clean up and now I get to enjoy a more fuel efficient house that bring more natural light into my home. I'm quite pleased with the pride and pace of their work note to mention the courtesy of office employees. No wonder this firm gets so many positive reviews on the web. Top notch craftsmen, too.

We had our roof done a couple years ago by Dreamhome. Just recently found out we had a leak I had contacted Chris Brown and he was very concerned and got the ball rolling. Tony came out that very day and checked out the attic and found that the dormers were the problem. They came out to put a tarp on the roof, until the next day they can do the repairs. The team of two cane out Saturday and went to work replacing the aluminum with copper on both dormers. It took about 3-4 hours and no more leaking. The problem was fixed and we are very thankful and very happy! Thank you Dreamhome.

This company makes each step simple with lots of steps completed through email, text and phone. Employees genuinely honest and work on your behalf 100%. No need to look elsewhere.

Amazing company!
I met with TJ for a roof issue that I was having with my townhouse. Throughout his presentation I knew that his roof was going to be more than what I originally had in mind. I told him that the property in question was just a rental and that I wasn’t going to spend a lot for it. TJ was the 5th estimate that I met but he was extremely profession and unlike many of the other sales guys that I met with.
A couple others sort of dropped their presentation and hastily packed their bags and left. However, TJ was different. He told me that he had rental properties as well and completely understood my position. There wasn’t any sort of pressure approach with him. In fact, he stayed for just about 3 hours just talking to me and educating me on the process of a roof replacement — all the while knowing that I wouldn’t sign with his company.
If this was my primary residence, I would have signed with Dreamhome in a heartbeat. The product is fantastic and his presentation was out of this world. But above all, I was impressed that he took the time to listen and understand my situation. I never thought I’d actually enjoy a roofing estimate.
Highly recommend this company unlike some of the other companies that will try to make you sign on the spot. If you want great service... ask for TJ. You won’t be disappointed.

From first meeting the team at a home and garden show, through installation and beyond, we couldn't be more pleased with DreamHome. Everyone has been pleasant and professional, and the appearance, quality, and value of the windows is fantastic. We definitely made the right choice when we picked DreamHome for our project.

Honest people, prompt responses and projects that finish on schedule and budget.

Contractor hired to install new roof including a ridge vent. Several days prior to installation, homeowner verified with Anthony, the in-office project manager that the manufacturer's, (MFG) cold weather shingle installation recommendations would be followed. Anthony claimed he called the MFG and verified the recommendations will be followed and provide the name of the roofing cement that would be utilized. Homeowner verified with delivery service the cement was included with the delivered materials. At the end of the day, homeowner verified that the cement had not been used and spoke to Francisco, the on-site project mgr who claimed he was unaware of the requirement and that no one from the office advised him. I provided to Francisco the ***, (***.) Cold Weather Shingle Installation Technical Bulletin TB-05, he read it and advised he would be back the following day to apply the cement. I also received a call from Louis, assistant to Anthony and he left a message on my voice mail advising the shingles would be cemented down as well. The following day, no one came back as promised or called. I was home all day waiting. The next business day, I verified with *** that the Wind Warranty would not be in effect if the cement was not applied to the rake edge of the roof. I hired a certified inspector to inspect the shingle and ridge vent installation. The results show numerous shingle installation, (Low nails - over driven, exposed nails, starter strip upside down - seal is not at the bottom of shingle, drip edges stapled, not nailed down) and ridge vent installation issues (mfg installation instructions not followed), Also, the rake edge shingles were not cemented down. These are the major issues noted in the report. Minor issues such as clean up of attic space is necessary as the contractor removed some of the ridge blocks and left them on the floor and some are partially hanging from the trusses. Some blocks were not removed so there is no venting in these areas.

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: All issues have no been resolved. Contractor failed to calculate specific ventilation requirements for the ridge vent installation. The house has gable vents which are insufficient to properly provide ventilation air flow. This failure exposes the MFG warranty: Excerpt from e-ml from ***, President of Roofing, ***: "The *** Roofing Limited Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper or inadequate roof ventilation."
The question of gable vents meeting air flow requirements was also posed to ***'s Tech Dept. Their response: "A proper ventilation system would have intake vents at the eaves and exhaust vents at the ridge. With this, the gable vents should be blocked off. However, if there are no intake vents at the eaves, the gable vents will help with some air flow."Additional research of the internet regarding gable vents providing sufficient air flow and whether soffit vents are necessary show that soffit vents or eave vents are necessary as the gable vents will not provide sufficient air flow. See *** website information regarding ventilation: ***By not adding soffit or eave vents, the design of how a ridge vent properly and effectively works is negated: Ridge Vent works on the basis of several principles. Adequate soffit ventilation coupled with ridge ventilation produces a pathway for a continuous airflow along the entire underside of the roof deck.Complete copies of e-mls & information pages have been provided.

Never heard anything until 45 days later I got a phone call from someone at the office saying can we come and complete the job. I said No Way you have Breech the Contract and you still want me to paid you no way. On 10/23/2018 at 3:10 pm Michael and another person shows up at my home unauthorized and wanted me to let them to complete the job. I said get off my property before I call the Police. In the past 20 years we have had only a few complaints, and all were resolved immediately. We are willing and have tried to do all we can to resolve this.As a policy we do all our work with no money up front and make sure any concerns are taken care of before we get paid. At the completion of job is was brought to my attention there was a service needed on *** job. On 8/20 I went to *** House to see what service is needed. The issue was the trim around the bay window we did in white to match the rest of house and as it was existing like we always do. *** wanted the trim to be a natural wood and not white like installed. She told the installer at install so we did not caulk the white wood because we knew we would return. We said no problem and even asked if there was any special style also. There was a small scratch on bottom of outside bay that needed to be buffed out as well. The wood trim and buffing out the scratch is a small service that would not take more than an hour to complete.I took pictures and called our install manager to explain. Our manager simply did not put a work order in the system and therefor did not have it on schedule. We realized service still needed completion and called *** to schedule 8/21/18. We continued to call 8/22/18 our project manager spoke to *** and she said, “it took toolong, and she does not want us to try and fix anything” and hung up on him. 8/23/2018 our customer service manager Tiffany tried to call, and she said talk to her lawyer and hung up on us. On 8/23/18 I tried to call as well asking to please let us do this little service.....and was also told to talk to my lawyer and hung up on. Realizing she was mad and would not communicate by phone and sorry for the delay in serviceI ordered an edible arrangements gift basket with a letter of apology to hopefully get *** to communicate with us and let us perform the service we had been trying to do for some time now.We received no response to this letter. On 10/23/18 I was in the area brought the project manager over to *** to let him apologize in person see if she got the gift basket and ask to please let us finish the service for her.We have not taken a penny for the job and bay window is beautiful. All we need to do is replace the trim molding with a natural wood (which was not on work order) around the window and buff a small scratch on outside. We have offered to take a big discount off the job for the delay or anything to make this right.
We did not know what to do and this has never happened before when a customer will not respond with a solution and simply just wants a free job. We had no choice to seek a lawyer’s help in sending her a letter. Please tell us what we can do to resolve this fairly for both parties.

Date: Wed, Jan 23, 2019 at 11:54 AMSubject: *** complaintTo: ***@myRevdex.com.org <***@myRevdex.com.org>***,Please see attached letter that *** submitted to our lawyer regarding her Revdex.com complaint.

STATEMENT OF DISMISSAL *** and ***, hereby dismiss their Complaint with the Revdex.com which was filed against Dream Home Remodeling, LLC on or about December 7, 2018.

The parties in this matter have resolved all issues of any actions, causes of action, claims, demands or liens for breach of contract or any other claims or damages of any kind allegedly caused by the alleged improper installation of windows which were installed at the *** residence located at ***, Randallstown, Maryland. (A copy of said Mutual Release is attached to this statement of Dismissal)

Therefore, it is this 21st day of January, 2019 that all claims having been resolved between the parties, this matter shall be forever dismissed and discharged.

In March 2018, I contracted with Dream Home Remodeling, Inc to replace my roof shingles, after receiving damage due to a severe wind storm. In May 2018, after weeks of not hearing from Dream Home, I called to asked what was the delay. Within a one week span, I was told three different stories by three different people. One person told me the shingles were on back order. Another person told me they (Dream Home) was waiting on the insurance company to approve some additional work (Dream Home attempting to get more money). The third person told me the project manager had been trying to contact me to schedule my roof replacement. Finally, in June 2018, Dream Home replaced the roof on the house. The most costly part of the insurance claim. However, the insurance company also approved repairs to the shed roof, fascia, and painting, which cost much less than the house roof. Six months and thirteen days later, Dream Home still has NOT completed the repairs of the less costly work.

The project manager/scheduler from Dream Home informed me that because the shed roof and fascia were such small projects, it was difficult to send a crew to complete the repairs. Dream Home was scheduled to return and to finish the project in July 2018. Dream Home DID NOT return as they promised. Dream Home HAS NOT contacted me to reschedule another day to finish the repairs.

We are working diligently to make sure this customer is pleased with the final result of the project. We have had some unusual delays regarding this project and have clearly not done a good enough job of communicating this with the the customer. We anticipate weather permitting we will have everything complete by his proposed date.

I needed to have my damaged roof replaced. DreamHome did the job. They were professional and courteous. The crew were efficient and careful. I would highly recommend them to home owners who need projects done in their homes.

Good service from Sales through installation. Communications were good - misunderstandings and clarifications were handled professionally. They delivered what they said they would, at the agreed upon price (the price was lowest & best value out of 3 bids), without ANY after-the-fact hidden charges or nickel&dime add-ons.

DreamHome Delivered a very professional and attractive roof.
Thank you!

My experience with Dream Home Remodeling, Inc. was very pleasant. The quality of work was excellent and professionally done. I would recommend this company to everyone I know who is a home owner.

Dream Home Remodeling did a great job replacing my roof and gutters. I was completely satisfied with the entire process from beginning to final settlement.

I just had a new roof and gutters installed and my experience with dream
home remodeling was excellent from beginning to the end.the entire team including anthony calabro robert allen and louis are absolutely
wonderul to work with !!very cordial very professional.they did an awesome job and left the site very clean.I would highly recommend this company.

About 10 years ago, I had Dream Home Remodeling accomplish the following services: Vinyl siding; Rain gutters, and aluminum cladding on all exposed wooden surfaces. The siding was outstanding quality with 1 inch foam insulation on its back side; the gutters were oversized, and the aluminum cladding was artfully done. They gave me a no-cost lifetime warranty on their products and installation and honored it several years later by repairing pieces of siding loosened by high winds. And recently, after a tree limb fell on my garage and damaged a long length of gutter, they returned and replaced it for a very reasonable charge. I would highly recommend using this company.
