Dear [redacted] ***, I apologies for the inconvenience this process has been to you.We can understand your frustration, and we wish there was more for us to do in order to service you.Unfortunately, we have a contract with the installers of the amount of weight we need to met in order for them to travel the distance to MT, or in this case to Shelby, MTIf the orders do not meet the required weight limit unfortunately, the waiting time becomes longerAs it would not be worth it for a installer to travel so far for only one order that they might only make for example $onWe do tend to service the area of Montana at least three times in the year, as the snow season starts early and last awhileWith this being said, it is only possible to go those three time varying on the amount of orders that are receivedThe first load that went out this year was in the billings MT area, still too far from where you are located.Regarding your deposit, this is something you would need to discuss with your dealer, as they were the ones who took that down payment, not Dreams CarportsThe dealers are not obligated to do any refunds as per the signed contract you made states "No refunds"However, this is a conversation for you to have with them personally and work something outAgain we truly apologies for the inconvenience

Mr***,From the information that we researchedAll information that you have stated is trueIn the situation that the building was off 3" on the bottom, we do have a repair put in to go out and fix that mistakeWe do apologize from Dreams Carports that they did not make the measurement correctly, but we do stand behind our building and will go out and fix the errorI do understand that it is unbolting and bolting again into your cement, but this does not break your concrete it will leave a small whole but we will fill those.In regards to moving the carport we have given you the price that we charge hereWe are aware that it was high and you did not agree so we turned to you speaking with the crewWe do apologize that he has not answered your calls or contacted you back.we are willing to move your building but it will be the charge we spoke about over the phonethank you

Again, when I first called I said that I needed every thing but the frameWhen they E-mailed me an order confirmation (not a contract) I called and said that there was no trim I was told not to worry, we know what all you needI think that when a company from one state sub contracts to a company in another state to do a job in a third state, some thing gets lost in the mix I am going to mail you two pictures, I want you to see what this job looks likeI am older and I don't know how to send attachments Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Mrs [redacted] , As many of our employees informed you over the phone, the building you purchased is not a certified structure and therefore CANNOT have engineer drawings issuedThe person that told you that you did not need engineer drawings, was your Dealer, not anyone directly from Dreams Carports officeYour terms and conditions clearly state that any agreement/ conversation between Dealer and Buyer does NOT involve the SellerIt also states that customer is liable for all permitting, and requirements needed from city/county before installationAs a buyer you should be aware of all permitting and requirements for your area before having purchased the carport, and before installation was scheduledOur suggestion would be to have the existing carport removed, and purchase a carport that does have all the requirements that your city needsThank you, - Dreams Management

Order for Ms [redacted] was received in the office on 09/01/2016, the order takes 2-days to be processedOrder was processed on the same day of 09/01/ Lead Time for all of the state of Utah on 09/01/was 6-weeks The information given to the customer of days for installation is incorrect and Dreams Carports is unaware of of where this information was given to the customerMs [redacted] was scheduled and installed the week of Oct 17-22ndThis is in the 6-weeks that the order was in the scheduling department We did receive the call from Ms [redacted] about the trim of her building and anchors the day after of the installationWe did put a repair in for the same crew or a different crew to go out and re do anything necessary to the building Once there is a repair in for a existing building it is treated similar to a new order and it gets scheduled for the same crew or a different crew to go fix Lead time occurs again at the 6-weeks, due to us just recently being out in her area it does get difficult to be out in the area quicklyDreams Carports General Manager has spoken and we have came to an agreement to what the customer is requestingWe have the crew to arrive at the location Today 13th to do the repairs that are needed on her buildingWe understand the frustration for the customers animals to be covered for the winter weather and we are doing everything possible to have the repair complete

***, We apologies for the inconvenience you have had with the installationWe at Dreams Carports truly understand your frustrations.We know the process for your repairs were much lengthier than needed, sometimes unforeseen events occur which cause the delayIt is our understanding that we have kept in good communications with you in informing you of specific situations that were occurring and of re-schedules that worked for both yourself and our installers We also know, that the installer that had his accident, did end up arriving at your location days after the scheduled date and that he did complete all the necessaries repairThank you,

We do apologize for all the inconvenience this has caused to our customer This area of Nebraska is a longer time frame than the 6-weeks due to that we just recently started covering all of the state of NebraskaWe did have the crew out there the week of July 25th-30thOur crew had customer orders on his trailerOut of those he was able to do and unfortunately his truck broke downHe did look into getting it fixed in the city he was but it would take up to a week for him to get his truck backWe did contact the customer [redacted] in regards to this issue, and let him know we would try and reschedule him as soon as we were able to be back in the areaWe did reschedule them for the week of Aug 22nd-27thWe were able to get them on a schedule for the weekend, due to our crew still not being back from his previous jobThe crew loaded all material on Friday to be out Sat- Mon to install all buildings that were on his trailerSaturday morning an employee from our office received a call from the head of crew who was a different crew from the previous schedule timeHe stated to him that on his way to Nebraska and no longer in the state of South Dakota his truck broke downBeing that it was Saturday he would have to wait until Monday to get the truck into a Mechanic Shop to be able to diagnose the problem with the vehicleSaturday the employee who was working, contacted everyone on the schedule from that trailer and notifiedWe do apologize these situations are out of the hands of the officeWe have all crews make sure their truck and trailer is in working condition before the load all material and head out to the first customersWe are trying our best to get a crew out to the area as soon as possible

Mr [redacted] , The scheduling department has informed me that you have accepted an install date for the customer [redacted] The installation should occur on July 12th, with the approximate arrival time between pm and pmAt this time I would like to inform you that your dealership contract has been cancelled with Dreams CarportsMeaning any orders you send will not be acceptedIf you have questions regarding so, please feel free to contact our officeThank you,

We're really sorry about the situation and we're working hard to get you on the schedule as of today we can possibly have you down for the week of July 18th-22nd if this is acceptable to you, here's the situation as it was explained to me when the scheduling department confirmed the original order with your wife she never stated that the siding was part of the items you weren't able to pick up for the original order, in addition to this the 10% that you received as a discount for pickup was never added back to the price of such materials which means you still owe for the first order which by the way would have incur on the $fee anyways, the delivery fee was for the extra panels that you purchased not for the ones you didn't pick up originally, as of this point the previous stated date is the soonest we can have someone delivering those panels out to you or we can always stick to the original contract of you picking up the materials which you can pick up at anytime which would expedite the process for youLet's us know how you'd like to proceed but paying the $return trip fee is required for us to deliver those panels out to you or like we have previously stated you're more than welcome to pick them up at anytime as per the written contract agreement between you and us

The employee who spoke to Mr [redacted] did advise that the check would be sent over to accountingWe have checked with accounting and the check has been mailed out on Friday 12/Customer should have received the check by now or should be receiving it soon due to the holidays

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: two months/Days is reasonable as we live on the coastNot another country, so four month in today’s world is far to long a time for any company to get this small job doneMy brother builds a SF Custom built home in SixMonths in the snow No refund was done so most would hang in thereWhat a way to do businessWith so many people out of work, and only an hour and one half from Portland this should have been easy for labor.Your also holding up money that most people had in there savings accountYou are bad newsWe are sorry we ever ordered from this company or believed the sales pitch Your gal who answers your phones agreed that four months was a long timeAnd we never were left messages on either phoneThats a lie, as even when we called the gal sent the call straight to schedule department and they said “We will call when we have a schedule” and actually hung up after the word scheduleNo niceness, and no reason why either it was taking so longSo you haven’t call as you haven’t schedule! Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Again; still no delivery date (ETA) for building after almost monthsNo contactHang-ups when it is clear I am callingI worked in trucking industry and logisticsWe have had numerous deliveries of large items to our location for our remodel and upgradesALL other companies got items here in reasonable time frameYOUR company stated it was an approximate (8) eight week lead time for deliveryI have been put in contact with one of your competitors who were able to take order, plan and deliver in less then daysGarage will be up and useable by July 27thI do thank you for your timely response to Revdex.com incident reportNo further action needed Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Mr [redacted] , Looking through your contract and our notes that we have on file we see that your order was received and approved in our office on September 27, It has been four months since the original purchased date, and not six months as you statedI looked through our records on phone calls, and we have not received any voice mails from you, we did find several emails from your dealer Courtney from All Steel NW to some of our employees regarding your contract, and one made this last Friday regarding an installation dateI have notes that two of our employees here in the office have called you twice and both times left a voice mail and no call backs were receivedYes, your installation date will take much longer than needed based on the location you are inThis is something All Steel is aware ofAt this moment there is still no schedule for installation available for you, which was informed to All Steel NW on January 29, 2018.If you feel the need to cancel your order, you will need to contact All Steel NW - your dealers, and have them place a Cancellation Request with usPlease know that the deposit you made was directly to them, and it is in their decisions to refund your depositAs stated in Terms and ConditionsPayments are Not -Refundable, but it is up to the dealer to make that decision for themselves- Dreams Management

Our crew arrived a day early at customers homeFriday May Crew Knocked and called customers phone and no answer or voice mail optionThe crew called office and stated they would go eat lunch and come by again to see if customer was availableWhen they arrived later Friday afternoon there was still no one at homeOffice attempted to call customer and it would just ringCrew then told office they would just go on to the next customers and arrive at Mr [redacted] 's home tomorrow at the scheduled timeCrew arrived on Saturday at 10-11am and stated there was a Gray small sedan parked outside and they knocked and no one came outThey also said they could see the area was marked but customer had dogs that were out in the yard and crew did not want to attempt to go into the yardThey called and knocked for hrs and no one came out or answered the phoneCrew then decided at 1pm to drive back to Rapid City, SD
