As previously stated before we're working hard to try to take those panels out to you, now you're acknowledging that you did indeed purchased the extra panels separately which in fact has nothing to do with the original contract I'm referring to the one that states you were given a discount for pick up and self install, we will work on not charging you the $return trip fee but only if you also work with us on waiting for the panels so we can have someone go out to the area and deliver them out to you, other than that we can only stick to the original legal sign document that states you will pick up and self install and you are more than welcome to pick up your material on site anytime, we have previously presented our resolution to no avail and as of today we would like for this case to be closed if the customer does not come to a reasonable agreement Thank you

By signing and agreeing to the contract you agreed to those terms whether you read them or notOn the front page of the contract where you signed, and dated it is clearly written "NO REFUNDS AFTER DAYS" and it even tells you that there is a second page to the contractBefore signing you should have read that and immediately requested the terms of your contractThe dealer you went through has these contracts and the terms and conditions on handYou will also read "Call Seller at 877-670-if you believe the Dealer is asking for more than 10% of the total price." & "In no event will Dreams Carports I, Incbe responsible to refund deposits collected by Dealer." The order the customer placed with Dreams Carports is a Certified 40LBS Ground Snow Load CarportAny information that was given to the customer at the sales rep location is out of Dreams Carports controlThe Dealer tried to assist customer in getting a larger snow load to try and reach city code Cache county code is 50LBS Ground Snow LoadDreams, (I called building department) Carports does not offer this snow loadWe offer a higher snow load 60LBS Ground Snow LoadWhen customer call in to purchase Engineer Drawings our representative of that department did ask the customer if he knew the city codeCustomer did not have the informationDreams Carports does not keep track of the snow loads in each countyWe service more than States When the customer did not have this information the employee did advise that it would be better if he asked what it was to make sure the building he was purchasing was to his city codeCustomer got upset and started to use foul languageThe employee respectfully advised that if he could not keep the conversation professional she would hang upCustomer Reimer kept with the foul language and the employee advised again to not speak to her in that way and was now disconnectingCustomer paid to Dreams Carports the $for the Engineer DrawingsThere will be no refund due to the engineer drawings were given to the customer to the snow load that he requested
