I am building a new tub for Mr [redacted] who has told me that he intends to remove his complaint upon receipt of the new tub.Thanks.Ron

Hi,Please reopen this complaint, I was unaware I needed to relay the details of our agreement with Driftwood Tubs for resolution.Those details are:Driftwood Tubs are unable to refund our tub purchase due to lack of funds.We have agreed to accept delivery of a replacement new tub, made correctly.Driftwood Tubs have agreed to manufacture and ship the tub, to be delivered NLT Dec 2017.Upon delivery, inspection and acceptance of the tub:We have agreed to withdraw our complaint, and register a satisfactory experience with Driftwood tubs.Thanks,

Mr. [redacted] has been issued a refund.

It is my understanding that the customer was going to drop this case. The customer has received her tub and told me in an email dated 4/4:Thank you he got itI was getting a little worried that he was going to install the other one todayI will be taking out the dispute as well as the case with Revdex.com by this evening. On Tue, Apr 4, at 7:AM, *** ** wrote:Hi, You can call *** at ###-###-####Ill give him a heads up. ***On Mon, Apr 3, at 9:PM, Ron L*** wrote:No problem. It will be there in the morning. I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find the resolution is satisfactory to meI request that this complaint be kept in file as this has happened before with Driftwood tubs and a customer should not have to chase down a business in order to receive shipping status for days without any responseI don't want other customers to have to deal with the stress that I went through

HiAs of today, 1/10/we have not received our tub from Driftwood tubsAdditionally, we have not received any communication from MrL in regards.We have made numerous attempts to contact MrL or anyone at Driftwood tubs, with Zero results
