I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find the resolution is satisfactory to me.

Hi. As of today, 1/10/2018 we have not received our tub from Driftwood tubs. Additionally, we have not received any communication from Mr. L in regards.We have made numerous attempts to contact Mr. L or anyone at Driftwood tubs, with Zero results.

are unable to refund our tub purchase due to lack of funds.We have agreed to accept delivery of a replacement new tub, made correctly.Driftwood Tubs have agreed to manufacture and ship the tub, to be delivered NLT 15 Dec 2017.Upon delivery, inspection and acceptance of the tub:We have agreed to withdraw our complaint, and register a satisfactory experience with Driftwood tubs.Thanks,
