I bought a nebulizer compressor through [redacted] and it came with a 5-year warranty. The product went out within a couple years and [redacted] replaced it with no problems. Now Drive Medical has taken over the company, and the product has once again broke. Now Drive Medical did not want to replace their product even though the 5-year warranty is still good. They said that the warranty only covers the compressor. The reason the product broke is because of the compressor. The machine heats up way too hot which caused the plastic piece that holds the hose on to become brittle and eventually break off. The compressor is the only thing that could have caused that machine to heat up like that. But they still say that it's a piece that's broken off, so it's not covered and that only the compressor is covered. Before that, they were telling me that the distributor who sold it to me are the ones I need to contact in order to get the machine replaced. The manufacturer is the one who supposedly warranties their product, but they were finding every excuse not to honor their warranty.

Review: I ordered a duplicate DV8 Aluminum Steerable Knee Walker online from All-Time Medical on August **, 2015 at 8:31 PM. This item is distributed by Drive Medical. The order did not seem to go through. I waited 45 minutes and went back to the website and ordered this item again at 9:15 PM. The next day, I got emails saying I had purchased 2 of these items, instead of 1. I was buying this item to help me recover from some upcoming foot surgery and certainly would never have ordered 2 of these items. I spent quite a bit of time documenting my orders and eventually, I was told by All-Time that the problem would be resolved by returning the extra item to the distributor, Drive Medical. I filed the original Revdex.com complaint a couple of weeks ago naming All-Time Medical, and shortly after, I got a call from Reuven K[redacted], the owner of All-Time, telling me that he was going out of business and that all issues, including mine, would be resolved by Drive Medical. Specifically, I was told that Danielle J[redacted] at Drive was going to refund my money and that she had already authorized this refund in September of 2015, when I returned the item to Drive. The order number is [redacted]. The RA number is [redacted]. I followed all the instructions carefully when I returned the item but never received the refund. I called Danielle 3 times last week and left messages, but my calls were not returned and I have not received a refund.Desired Settlement: I expect a full refund in the amount of $226.18.
