Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted] ***

Company's response below:Dear Mr [redacted] I would like to start off by saying I am so sorry for your frustrationI have read through your complaint thoroughly, and it was brought to my attention by our [redacted] and ***, **, that as soon as you were approved for the loan, you bought a ticket and flew right overThere was no time for us to look over anything or get things ready for you when you arrived hereWhen you got here, you found a couple of of kinks in the [redacted] that we gladly repaired for youAs you were approved for the loan, it was by pretensesSo, being that you left immediately after we gave you the car, we never got paid because of certain factors that disqualified you for the loanNaturally, we demanded you return the car until further noticeWith this long and painful process that we had to go through, we did lose money, so we just wanted the car back at this pointThrough having to repo the vehicle and charges we recieved from the bank, we are not able to return your deposit

Mr***, again, I'm sorryI did not want to get too personal since this is a public websiteYour loan for the car was approved because the bank believed you were buying the car for personal useWhen the bank found out that this was false, that you were using the car for commercial purposes (limo/*** black), it automatically disqualified you for the loanDriveline then tried reasoning and working with this for a couple of weeks, but we did not receive the money or get anyuntil ** contacted your *** informing him of the mishapAfter many failed attempts of leaving voice mails, calling, and texting, due to the lack of miscommunication on your part, the repo was ordered

Discrepancy with Mrs***’s complaint
After speaking to the *** of Driveline LLC, it is to my
understanding that Mrs*** purchased the vehicle on September 12th
and immediately booked a ticket for OctoberWe held Mrs***’s vehicle
for almost three weeks with no charge to store the vehicleIn our last
response we stated the truth that we held the vehicle almost three weeks and
picked up Mrs*** from the airport after hours, therefore she made the
claim that the scratches on the car was not noticeable because of passed
business hours of 8:00pmThough it would be difficult to see any scratches, it
is impossible to bypass if the vehicle had a sunroof or notThe fact that Mrs
*** states that in our ad there was a “sunroof” in the *** *** convertible
is a statementThere is no such thing as a sunroof in a convertible;
there is no such thing for a *** *** convertible to have a sunroofMrs
*** may have mistaken another vehicle or assumed the *** ***
having a convertible sunroofIn fact, if you research for a *** ***
convertible, there is no such existenceWe are unable to fulfill any wishes of
Mrs***’s satisfaction regarding to a convertible “sunroof”, there was
no ad stating the vehicle had a rooftop on a convertibleMrs*** made
a complaint after four weeks of leaving the car lot that the car was “suppose”
to have a sunroofWe never claimed the vehicle had a sunroof
The ad Mrs*** copied and pasted is not an ad from
usAt Driveline we specialize in selling and buying high end cars such as ***s
and ***We are well aware if the vehicle is convertible and if a vehicle
has a sunroofWe are well aware if a sporty convertible such as the *** *** convertible
carries or passengersWe did not state or claim the vehicle can seat passengers
In response to the headlights, if in fact the headlights
were broken and Mrs*** had to buy a plane ticket to *** to
pick up the vehicle, at any point
she may state that it was illegal to drive miles away from home on the highway
with a broken headlightWhen Mrs*** inspected the vehicle, there were
no broken headlightsThe “halo” light was broken, in which the owner pointed
out to Mrs***, but the headlights was not broken
The *** is unaware of any leakage in the radiatorIf
there were a leak in the radiator, Mrs*** would not make it home to ***
from *** and then complain four weeks after purchasing the vehicle
Initial Complaint from Mrs***: (one month after
picking up the vehicle)
Complaint Background:
Product/Service: Car
Purchase Date: 9/13/
Talked to Company: 10/13/
Mrs*** is well aware that there was a bad title to the
vehicle, once Mrs*** arrived on the lot there were opportunities that
could presented with any concernsAfter Mrs*** drove off the lot and
then produced claims after four weeks of purchasing the car, with the opportunity
to inspect the vehicle upon arriving to ***, there is nothing
Driveline can doThe vehicle was fully inspected upon Mrs***’s
arrival and the customer fully acknowledges the vehicle has a rebuilt title
Unfortunately, Driveline LLC is unable to satisfy Mrs*** request

***, we both know this is NOT trueI called YOUR BOSS and told him that you are STEALING the car and if I dont get my car back that I would pay for the billboard and put your picture on it along with shame on ***I could care less what tag you have on the car today and we BOTH know that you have a limousine company on the side and why the loan got turned downIts called BANK FRAUDYou got caught by the bank, they reversed the payment, you didn't pay for the car for almost a month and you stopped answering my callsThat's when we ordered a REPO ($total, remember?) So have some common decency and be a human beingYou caused us damages far greater than $1,between my bounced check to the floor plan company, month probation they put me on and I couldn't write checks, NSF fees, repo truck, not to mention stress I had to deal with when I thought the truck wont be paid forSo think about your actions *** because they represent you AND the department you work for as well as peopleDont try to *** the little guyNo fair man and you know this Regards**

I saw the car on *** and, after confirming with ** that the car had no cosmetic or mechanical issues, I made an offerWe settled on $10,not $10,He told me he could not complete the sale of the car on *** to avoid paying there fees, so we completed the transaction outside of ***I should have suspected there was something awry here when I agreed to do thisI don't understand why ** is harping on the "Wholesale Price"The price has nothing to do with the fact that he sold me a car that is in bad shape and was too dangerous for me to put my family inI didn't take the car to my local Lexus Dealer (That's a lie) as I didn't need to because the issues are so obviousSo far I have replaced a rear wheel hub bearing and the front brakes and rotors ($675) During this, the locking wheel nuts had to be broken off as there was no key for themIt was also discovered that the two front tires are not the correct size for the car and are going to have to be replaced ($***'s) I also discovered that the hood has been replaced and the front bumper and fenders have all been repainted and these panels don't line up (accident damage?) Also, the upper engine mount is shot and the water pump is grinding and needs to be replacedYet, ** assured me that the car has no issuesI think he knew a**ut all of these issues and was happy to off-load and pass the problem onto someone else without any care for the safety of whoever **ught itLike I said before, If I had driven to Jacksonville, Fl and looked the car over, I WOULD NOT have **ught itI don't understand why this man will not take care of his customer and do what's rightI'm still seeking my $2,
Regards,
*** ***

Mr*** purchased a Lexus ESunder wholesale priceThe asking price of the vehicle was $12,995, including a free warrantyMr*** insisted he didn't need the warranty and he even stated, "this is a Lexus, I don't need a warranty"Assuming he met by that, he was secure and
comfortable with a lexusAt that point he waived the warranty and made a very low offerWe communicated back and forth several times, settling with a price of $10,With that price, I made it clear to Mr*** that I will not include the warranty and the car would be sold as isMr*** received the vehicle and then contacted me informing me a**ut his unsatisfaction and all edged condition of the vehicle. Mr***'s local Lexus dealership told him that the Water pump, brakes, and tires were recommended for replacementThe vehicle was last inspected with the tires at 65%, brakes at 35%, and the water pump does not leak nor is badIt's just due for replacement according to LexusAlso there were no bumper damagesWe told him that the car runs and seems to be running fine, the vehicle had no damages that we are aware of and anything he was unhappy with, are the ware and tear of a 132,mile, vehicleWe offered him warranty at a discounted rate to keep him happy but his deman is unreasonable and he wants $2,I was not able to do that

This customer has been refunded and this complains should have been closed. He came here with his wife and we made nice. That truck sold the next weekend for more money and customer wouldn’t pay more for King Ranch. So we agreed to part ways.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
Regards,
[redacted] Driveline's [redacted] says that is not his ad I copied but it is. So I have linked out to [redacted] and the ad is still in the sold items. It plainly states it has a sunroof and that all lights work.I ask him if it would be a problem for the car to be there until the first and he said no. As you can see in the add it's self we purchased the car on September 12th and picked it up on the first and I didn't wait a month to contact him, I contacted him on the 13th of October. We had the car in the shop being checked out . It was 12 days after we picked the car up. It seems Driveline is trying to stretch everything's timeline.  [redacted]=>>> [redacted]All anybody has to do is read Driveline's ad. Maybe he hasn't read his own ad but here it is below[redacted] [redacted]                                   ... [redacted]

Mr. [redacted] purchased the [redacted] and had questions of the mechanics of the vehicle. After answering all his questions about the "mechanics" of the vehicle, he agreed to purchase the vehicle. scratches on the car. Mr. [redacted] understood that is was a used vehicle and a 6 year old vehicle. Also Mr. [redacted] wanted to know the history of the car, it is a clean car fax with one owner. He never inquired of the cosmetics of the vehicle. We have tried to resolve this issue with Mr. [redacted] by buying back the vehicle but at a lower price. Mr [redacted] and Mrs[redacted] purchased a
convertible [redacted]In September we received a payment of the vehicle and Mrand
Mrs[redacted] wanted to fly to [redacted] to personally pick up the car
After the full payment we were told that they were trying to make arrangements
to purchase their airfare and drive the vehicle homeIt took approximately one
month for Mrand Mrs[redacted] to pick up the vehicleWe did not have room
in our show room or on the lot to hold their vehicle for almost a monthWe
also did not charge them a storage fee to do soWe kindly waited for them to
make their arrangements and patiently waited for them to pick up the vehicle
After Mrand Mrs[redacted] arrived to [redacted], we personally picked
them up at [redacted]'s international airport after 8:00pm (our
operating business hours are from 09:am -08:00pm)Once we arrived to the
dealership, Mrand Mrs[redacted] took a personal look of the vehicle and
inspected the vehicle themselvesTo their satisfaction they drove away with
keys in their hands and the vehicle off our lotThree to four weeks later, we
received a complaint that Mrs[redacted] was unsatisfied with the vehicle
because she has five [redacted] and complained the vehicle did not
comfortably accommodated five of her [redacted]Remind you, it is a
"convertible" [redacted].
Mr[redacted] then made another complaint that the vehicle
had scratches, unfortunately the vehicle had a rebuilt titleIn which we are
will be gladly to provide documentation showing Mrand Mrs[redacted] signed
documents acknowledging that the vehicle had a rebuilt title, that is why we
sold the car for an inexpensive priceThe convertible [redacted] was sold
for $9,500. Keep in mind, Mrand
Mrs[redacted] also personally flew into [redacted], arrived to the
dealership, and took a look at the [redacted] themselves before leaving the
dealership. We are unaware of any
scratches to the vehicle and any claims of any scratches on the vehicle
In conclusion, it is unfortunate that Mrs[redacted] files
a complaint to Revdex.com and is unhappy with the vehicle due to scratches and the [redacted]
convertible does not accommodate her five [redacted]We hope doing business
with future customers will not be effected by this reviewWe have done our
best to accommodate Mrand Mrs[redacted], we are a dealership that strives
to make our customers happy to a degree where we are able to meet

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:  I do not even work for the [redacted]...now you are making stuff up. Car never had limosuine plates as you describe. Always passnger plates. Never said loan was for a limo to you or the bank. The bottom line is I gave you a $500 deposit for the prepayment of the taxes...I paid the taxes and submitted the proof (as I obviously got the car registered too) please refund the $500 as our agreement. And I will stop all negative business stuff about this company
