I am rejecting this response because:You received every dollar from the contract you signed, plus an extra $500 deposit that was supposed to be released when I showed proof that I paid the ** State taxes. This had nothing to do with the purchase price of the car. The total purchase price of the car was received by you. I have supplied the copies of the bank checks to prove. There were no false pretenses on the loan. I asked numerous times for him to show me a "false pretense" and he never did. I never heard of a bank that would give away a car, and then 3 weeks later deny a loan. Even after I signed all the bank paperwork! If there were false pretenses it was with your company. Yes I do appreciate your fixing of the vehicle of a few minor things, but this $500 deposit for to be held until proof of sales tax paid. There was no reason to call for a repo truck the minute the bank reversed their decision (3 weeks later) I communicated every step of the way with you, faxed you copies of my app with my bank, told you when there were closing the loan, contacted you the minute I closed the loan, contacted you the minute I overnighted the bank check. It was the day you received the check in full that a repo truck pulled up to my house. That is your cost, as there was no reason for it

Mr. [redacted]Again, I am trying to make, in good faith, an unbiased approach to this situation and would like to email or talk over the phone. Email is a paper trail. But, regardless, I am reaching out to you. Since you indeed want a paper trail and you say you have pictures - can you attach them on here so I can see what you're talking about? We cannot predict what will happen to a car when it leaves the parking lot. Our [redacted], offered multiple times to sell you the Warranty we offer on all of our cars. You refused. You signed the paperwork taking us off the table for being "at fault". I am prepared to order the oil gasket cover for you, as I do sympathize with your circumstances and, as you said, I want to do good business. We are a good business, that's not the problem. The problem is not us, sometimes cars through years of wear and tear decide to break down. This is nobody's "fault". This is life.

I am rejecting this response because: I was not told that this car had all this issue. I was not going to buy a car for my [redacted] that was unsafe for her n kids second I tire had a big knot in it that was not talked about in selling the car bad business on there part. There was no dash lights on there web site the day we picked up car lights on. This goes to anybody who sells a car be straight up with the buyer to gain good status n sell more cars to others by word of mouth. 3rd I'm not contracting anyone directly so I can't have a paper trail. Once again if the [redacted] would have said mr [redacted] the car has a oil leak, water pump is bad, has a airbag recall, bad hoses do you think I would had purchased this car or if anyone. Now you all trying to say it's my fault. I found a this out sitting in your parking lot the same day I picked it up. I even called [redacted] an told him this issue then took it to the dealership to get checked out, not one but two just to get a second look at it n they both gave the same report these are certified dealers too. So I talked to you n you gave me the run around [redacted] is trained by you so he did the same thing. Then [redacted] said he was goin to order the parts n shipped them to me never happen. Bad business again. Then said u was on vacation call back Monday he said call back Tuesday I did then here we are now. I gave y'all 4 weeks trying to work with y'all just be a business [redacted] and do good business you will gain more less problems and sleep better at night. Try it for 2017
