First of all ***'s Automotive is not owned by Driven Auto SalesSecond of all we spend thousands of dollars a month to make our cars pass MO state inspection and change oilHe bought the car knowing it was (faxing over signed docs) and now months later we get this complaintWe did our
part at the time of sale and no dealer pays for maintaining a vehicle months later

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
Sincerely,
*** ***

This vehicle was inspected (twice) on 3/30/*** *** in Troy Moperformed a Missouri Vehicle Safety inspectionAt that time the vehicle needed a headlight replaced and new windshield wipers to pass inspections, both items were replaced and the vehicle passedThe vehicle again went
through Missouri vehicle safety inspection at *** Automotive on 5-20-and a blinker connector was replaced at that time and the vehicle passed againThe vehicle was sold to the consumer with a current and valid Missouri safety inspection Neither time were the brakes an issue for the vehicle to pass inspectionIt could be possible her complaint might need to be with the shop that replaced her brakes when other completely unrelated shops didn't think they needed to be replaced. *** ***Driven Auto Sales

The vehicle *** *** stated in the Revdex.com complaint for
Driven Auto Sales was purchased on 3/28/15.
I do not understand why he wants to make a complaint after months of
owning the vehicle. The vehicle was
sold to him "AS IS with NO Warranty" from Driven Auto Sales. When I read the complaint, he has excuse after
excuse why he didn’t come in earlier. If
the brakes were an issue from day 1, I would have brought the car in the next
day and say that the brakes are not right.
He has all these claims after months of owning the vehicle and is demanding money. Something does not make sense, we fixed the
brakes and still wants money

There was some confusion with our floor plan company, [redacted]. They make our payoffs on our trade ins. The issues did  get resolved and the payoff was made. We did and do sincerely apologize for the delay?

In regards to the complaint with ID of [redacted] from [redacted] submitted on 7/10/17. Notexactly sure what the customer is saying about disabling the sensors? I don’t think that you can disablesensors on a vehicle. If so the check engine light would more than likely come on notifying you of...

aproblem. [redacted] purchased the 2003 BMW on 5/2/2017 not 6/8/17. She came in on 6/23/17 and saidsomething about a sensor. We took the cal’ down to Fixed Right Automotive and had them run an emissiontest on the vehicle and it passed. I’m not sure exactly why she put in a complaint because she seemed finewhen she left the lot afterward. So in closing we never tampered with anything on the vehicle. We put a lotof money into the car to make it right before she purchased it. We also put a 3 month AUL warranty on thevehicle. I am enclosing a copy of the bill of sale and warranty. Also she signed a due bill stating thatnothing was wrong with the vehicle when she took delivery of it.If you have any other questions please don’t hesitate to call. Thanks,Joseph R[redacted]OwnerDriven Auto Sales LLC

The dealer is completely off track of the issue, and trying any way to make me look like I'm a lier.  I brought the car in Numerous times and was always sent away with an excuse.  The first time by the owner [redacted] telling me the mechanic would be on vacation for two weeks at the time I bought the car. That was the first excuse from the dealer. All other times I would be send away from the manager [redacted] with all the excuses you can think off; you took to long to come in, so I returned the brakes, ya I need to diagnose the car before I order brakes, Revdex.com you must here where I am coming from he tells me he cant order them until I bring in my car; and the next time I come in you he tells me he returned them I took to long. IF [redacted] told me he used them an another car he would be maybe telling the truth.  The guy is defiantly a bad lier and honestly should be fired from his job.  The deal was I was getting new brakes and rotors front and back, after 6 months when Management ran out of lies to tell me after seeing how frustrated I was they told me they will finally do it. I leave the car their for over 2 days and when I get to my vehicle they claimed to change my rear brakes, completely disregarded the deal or replacing my 4 rotors and 2 front pads.  Besides for all the betrayal and lies they gave me, [redacted] rescinds on the agreement to give me a $300 discount that was also promised to me.  When I get the purchase agreement I ask what happened to the $300.00 discount. [redacted] "No Worries Our dealer has the best customer satisfaction you wont be disappointed and were getting you all OEM PARTS for you brake job and when you come back in Ill make sure we get you a couple free oil changes that they supposedly due from time to time for customer appreciation.  All LIES!!!!!

I recently bought a vehicle from Driven Auto Sales. Mike [redacted] provided me and my family with exceptional customer service. After searching for days at different car dealerships, and feeling pressured by sales people whom only cared about closing a sale, it was a relief to meet an honest sales person who took the time to show us different vehicles to find out which one would best fit for our family's needs. Mike bent over backwards to make sure that all of our questions and concerns were addressed. and was with us from beginning to end throughout the long car buying process. He also made sure that we were offered different options to help secure the lowest finance rate possible. If you want to deal with a professional staff and a knowledgeable, and honest sales person, see Mike [redacted] at Driven Auto Sales.

Driven Auto Sales has some of the best used cars in Chicago. After researching the shop extensively, I came in to purchase a vehicle. Being very young and having had very little credit built, I was in a tough position. Salesperson Ali worked with until we could find a vehicle that I was both comfortable in and comfortable with paying for. After some hour of working, we found that vehicle which was a 2011 Buick Regal.

The customer service has been fantastic. I have been able to reach driven auto with any questions since I bought the car and everything was fully explained prior to purchasing the car. They maintained good communication while still be quick and responsive which showed that they valued our time. The buying process was not overly confusing. They was NO bait and switch or false information about the deal. Everything was up front. The shop does repair vehicles that may need a touch up and I found that to be true with my Regal. It came to me in fantastic condition with very minimum scuffs or issues and everything works as advertised. The facility is well maintained and holds some of the best used cars in Chicago.

I enjoy my 2011 Buick Regal and feel safe driving in it. At the end of the week after purchasing it, I had a shop take a look at it and they reported that the car was factually in fine working condition. In your search for a used vehicle, please keep Driven Auto Sales in your options as they have fantastic cars at fantastic prices!
